Always perfect Experience. Well organized and first class care without exception

The staff is nice, facility is clean, prices are fair. The only problem I have with the place is it feels like I'm meeting them and they're looking at my animals for the first time. Even after multiple visits there's not that connection that you'd want with a vet and that's the major drawback of the place. There's no first name basis at this place so when you need something emergent they don't know you enough to help. You kinda need that with animals bc at any minute that can do something or eat something stupid lol and they'll just tell you theyre scheduling 3 weeks out. I would rather have a vet part of the "family"

Poland Vet Centre is by far the most helpful and reasonably priced vet I've ever been to. The staff are incredibly helpful and respectful. I have been and will continue to refer people to this establishment.

Truly COVID has far reaching implications… but I like to think that humanity can overcome these. And Poland Veterinary Center is just that. I owe a huge thanks to the really special people here that have been integral in helping me import my cats from the US to the UK. Dr. Daugherty and the amazing technicians were nothing short of phenomenal when helping me and my girls navigate the complexities of health certificates, exams, and even boarding my cats. This is a clinic where they care for your pets like their own. Can’t recommend highly enough.

I love the vets there great with my dog . They need to let you go in with your pet if it is just to drop them off for test. I fell so bad when I have to hand my dog over to someone standing outside.

I started coming here with my dog as a second opinion for kidney disease and haven't looked back. They are very compassionate and thorough with everything. All of my questions always get answered and I always leave feeling good about the care my dog is receiving. I definitely recommend.

I brought my cat Chloe (25 years old) and it was both amazing and devastating. Dr McMurray and her team is incredible. I unfortunately had to put my baby Chloe to sleep and Dr M was there with every question I had...and I had a lot. She was so kind and compassionate towards us. She allowed me to be in the room with Chloe even after she passed for as long as I wanted and never rushed me. It has taken me over 3 years to write this review..and it's still hard for me to think about that day. Friday the 13th..all black cat. 10/13/2017

They really take good care of my dog...

I’ve always had good service with theme. They are all kind and compassionate. My only issue is that I feel some things are a little pricey.

I cannot say enough about the staff here, from the moment you and your pet walk in the door, they are so caring and compassionate. Dr. Wolf is amazing. She takes the time to explain the problems your pet is haivng and offers so much insight. Words cannot express my gratitude to her. The staff personal is just off the chart. I would recommend in a heart beat. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Our experience was wonderful. From the moment we walked through the door, Roxie was shown tons of love and care. I was treated very professionally by front office staff and nurses and doctors throughout our entire visit. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful answering any and all questions and concerns.

Nicest most caring staff for furry family members. They offer great, compassionate care and are super efficient with appointments and getting in/out without all the stress of bringing pets to the vet.

Caring, kind staff. Clean office. Knowledgeable doctors and techs. They take the time to try to calm my fearful dog and accept my hyper dog. I actually think my hyper dog comes up with small illnesses(read as normal things that his spazz of a mom worries too much about) just so he can go there.

It would be difficult to make it better. The service at Poland Vet Centre is always top notch. The vets, techs and receptionists are always so caring and helpful. Dr. Dougherty has assembled an All-Star team. We are always very impressed!

My experience at your office is always a pleasant visit. Considering all the restrictions we are currently under, I can’t imagine my visit being any better then it was. Your office is always a class act and you provide exceptional care.

Took our new pup here today for shots and a check up???? Everyone i spoke to was extremely professional. The staff is kind and patient. They take the time to answer all your questions and explain everything they are doing with your fur baby❤ So happy i took my Sadie here. Thank you allfor being so wonderful.
