Keep calling to get an appointment and they put me on hold and never come back to the phone

My pets and I have been clients of Sigler Animal Hospital for 42 years. Ever since I was a teen and financially responsible for the care of my own pets. The doctors and have staff have changed, but I still get the best care for my fur and furless babies.

Extremely rude and unprofessional.looked at our dog, did lab draw and xrays. It took over 2 -3weeks to get the results, and that was only because we managed to catch the door unlocked and we walked in. Our dog has a broken leg, which after waiting over 2 weeks for them to see him, said they would do surgery, and now its been 5 weeks. And paying them $655. For nothing, now we have to go to another vet to get his surgery done. Be warned! We have had Sigler for many years, but he sold out to another Co. They don't care for our pets...as much as they like collecting money

I've been taking my pets to Sigler for years. I always feel like they're in good hands here and the staff is great with me and my pets. Very informative and affordable.

They practically begged me to adopt a dog bound for euthanasia. Visited with 2x and loved her. Showed up at appointed time for pick up. A cat 911 ground the operation to halt. Many people walked out. I offered them my address to deliver the dog since they wasted my time today. Nothing but excuses. Called back and refused to be put on hold. Hung up on. Very professional. No respect for other people's time and obvious mgmt problems. A tech could have leashed the dog and gave her over in 5 minutes but apparently they prefer the needle.

Last time I took my cat there to get blood testing for his diabetes, they said the vet would call me with his new dosage. Never did. Call two weeks ago to get a refill on his insulin. Was told someone would call me back when I could pick it up. A week goes by with no return call. They really need to get their business together. How can we trust them with our family members with this poor service. If it was their pet. They would expect better service.

I used Sigler for years for all my animals and they used to be a great place. Since they are under new management it takes over a month to get in and even when they were able to bump up my appointment they ended up cancelling on me and telling me they would call me when the doctor was back and available. I cannot trust the well being of my animals here any more.

Definitely different with Jamie there. She takes the time to gain your pets trust. A lot has changed at sigler's, so far for the better.

Stay away from the new practice! Put off a dozen times on appointments and made to reschedule. Finally get in and they won't tell me how much it is for what they're doing after telling them I'm on a strict budget. Only to be overcharged on everything (at least double what they used to charge) and charged for services that they were told not to do. Shady practices like this will hopefully put these scammers out of business.

First visit since new staff n veterinarian, what a refreshing experience. The decor , new vibes, new everything! I was skeptical seeing a new vet , but I have to say I really loved her and so did my dog. She’s very caring and thorough. The techs were amazing loving and my pet who normally had a hard time with people took to them. Although the wait was long even with an appointment, I couldn’t be more happy and neither could my dog . Thank you everyone there:)

Stay away. The new ownership is horrible. When I call them I’m ALWAYS told someone will call me back and days go by and no one does then when I call back I have to repeat everything again only to be told again that someone will call me back.. My last experience is that sadly it’s time to put my dog down and I was told they don’t have time and will call me when they do, that was 4 days ago and still no call. Looks like my beloved old girl is going to a strange new place to be put down.. as if I’m not broken hearted enough, they could care less.. Dr. Marietta is ok but her staff lacks skills.. rude

While Dr. Sigler was there I had great care for my pets. When he left and they sold out to a large corporation I had trouble getting available appointments. Two of my cats were seriously ill and they still tried to schedule me a month out. Don't take your pets here. Go to Valley Animal Hospital!

Called today because my grandmothers dog started to limp over the weekend. They said the soonest I could get in was NOVEMBER! It’s June 14th. I asked if they prioritize clients and Kathy stated they do but we are no longer a client. Sorry, my 93 year old grandma didn’t get the dog a wellness check during covid!! Ridiculous.

My family's been taking our pets there for well over 40 years. The service is great, and the prices are affordable. I highly recommend Sigler Animal Hospital.

I have always used this veterinarian but I have in the past two years been very disappointed. I have established pets and last year my cat got sick and they were not able to see him during Day hours, after he was released from the emergencyhospital. So I had to take him to a different vet far away. this year he is sick again I called again during daylight business hours : we're booked we can't see you. used to be you could go there with no appointment and if an emergency came in we all set and we waited because we knew it was important for the emergency to be seen. now they won't see anybody without an appointment well in advance. This is unacceptable and I am really discouraged and just upset over the way they don't care anymore!!!

Very reasonable prices, staff was very caring, the doctor took a good amount of time explaining things to me about my new puppy and her breed. Very impressed, will not go anywhere else.

Take time to do a test and don't explain or make changes.

We like Sigler animal hospital. They are close to home which makes them very convenient for our pet needs. They explain what they're doing .they take their time to really attend to our dogs and I believe they are expensive however I don't have any other vet to compare them too so they may be reasonable. I do know big dogs do cost more and we have two large dogs.

Sigler has been our vet for over 20 years. They absolutely love and care for animals as if they were their own. Appointments have always been on time and when we needed to put down our cat, they came to our home so she wouldn't have to spend her last hour of life freaked out by a car ride and vet office.

Been a customer with a multiple animals for a few years, our dogs got in a fight on Sunday night and one needed stitches on her face. We called early Monday morning to get our vet to look at her but they just told us to they were too busy and to basically kick rocks even though she was missing skin on her face, really disappointed in the business. I understand they might be booked up but I really wanted a veterinarian that I trust to at least check her out since I have been a customer for so long. Will not be going back and will not be recommending this place to anyone.

It was necessary for us to take our 15 year old terrier Lily to the vet on Monday due to having an abscess on her right knee/leg. Our worst fears were confirmed it was cancer. I really appreciate the work of the vet to support us in the decisions that had to be made and assured us that if we had tried to save her there was not guarantee that they would get everything at worse case or that she would lose her leg. We made the decision to have her put to sleep rather then see her suffer. We were there with her the entire time and was able to see her until the last moment of her life. Thank you for allowing her to die with dignity and allowing us to be with her until the end of her life like we had been with her since she was six months old. Lynne Harper 3-17-20
