Very impressed with this vet, the office was able to get me in in a reasonable time frame. The staff was professional and kind. The veterinarian was outstanding. My dog is fear aggressive and she didn't shame him or I. She gave me great information and was just wonderful! I highly recommend this place!

It cost me a little over $400 to get a couple shots for my cats. They don’t let you into the clinic because of COVID precautions when many other vets have waived these practices already and they scared my cat to the point of him getting highly aggressive. This cat is one of the friendliest sweetest cats I’ve ever met. He’s very confident around new people and has never had a problem at the vet before. However when they dealt with him they had to give him anesthesia just to get him out of his carrier and vaccinate him. At this point I don’t know if they did this just to squeeze more money out of me or because they don’t know how to properly treat a scared cat. I’m never returning to this vet because I no longer trust what they’re doing with my animals behind closed doors and quite honestly I can’t afford it. They charged me for services that I did not request as well and forgot to give me their rabies tags which I had to return for. I was not expecting a vet bill this high and it caused me to be unable to afford food for myself and Christmas presents this year. Don’t go here unless you don’t care about what they do to your pets and have a lot of money to shell out.

Won't help animals in need.....tried to get help for an abandoned animal.....I can't afford the cost to care for it.....n they wldnt even take her to help her n find her good home

I have been at many different vets with my dog Chad but no one was as kind and understanding than highland vet clinic staff with what I was going through at the end with my dog. Thank you for being so amazing and supportive through the whole process of my baby boy crossing the rainbow bridge. I will forever be grateful and all the keepsakes will stay in my heart forever. Thank you for everything. We will miss Chad forever!

Dr. O'Conner, Dr. Andray and the entire staff are wonderful. We switched our boys care to them a couple years ago. From day one, Harley was treated like he was their family. When it was time to make that gut wrenching decision for our 12 1/2 year old boy, we felt so much compassion from them. We got a beautiful card in the mail and they all wrote heartfelt messages to us. We highly recommend this exceptional Veterinary group!

I called to make a very simple request for shot records and that they be emailed to me. After several attempts of calling and receiving busy signals I decided to contact them via Facebook. A representative called thereafter and was very rude on the phone. Her tone of voice and demeanor were argumentative and not helpful. She questioned why I didn't have my shot records in a pressing manner making me feel backed into a corner. All I wanted was my shot record not a pressing interview as to why I don't have them. Clearly someone was having a bad Friday. Be careful. This is the second confrontational conversation I've had with a representative from the company. Very rude and unprofessional.

They are skilled and compassionate. We have been talking our pets to them for decades.

They are so good with our animals. The techs really care about the animals and seem to remember the regular clients. It's clean and while they generally take dogs back themselves for tech visits, they don't mind if mommy tags along.

I had a wonderful experience at Highland Veterinary Clinic I had just adopted my cat and needed to take her to see a vet for a routine check up. I went here because it is the one in town. I was nervous because she is a pretty skiddish cat but everyone at the vet was so wonderful to her. Everyone was friendly, kind and very helpful. I am pleased with my choice of veterinary clinic and would recommend to anyone!! A+ job guys!!

A very rude clinic . (Lana?) the receptionist rose her voice multiple times at me, over the phone, because she simply didn't understand my request. (My cat went into labor 12 hours ago, and only had 2 kittens so far) so i asked is this normal for a 5 year old cat, expecting a quick answer i was quickly met with lana: "we dont have any opening for 3 days, you will have to take her somewhere else. ." I tried to explain to her that i just had a quick question for the vet that would take 3 seconds to answer, and she didnt get that and just kept getting more and more upset. Never once did i ask to bring her in or schedule an appointment. I just wanted to know if it was normal or not. She did finaly ask the vet and called me back but was still being extremly rude about it. And then hung up on me before she even finished her sentence. even though i live 1 minute away i will not ever be going there. The vet herself i've seen do work on my roommates cat, so i can speak that shes knowledgeable and he said she was nice, but Lana could use a lesson on manners if you want customers to come back.

I've been taking my cats here for the past five years and have always been impressed with their care. I'm always able to be seen quickly, and the staff always remember me even though I'm lucky to say I don't have to go very often.

Excellent and thorough veterinary service. Recommended.

My dog was very sick and had to be put to sleep they were very passionate in their care of my best friend. They have been our family veterinary for years.
