Amazing Customer Service. Always my first choice. I love that Wooster has a store as great as the Elyria Pet Supplies Plus location whose team is also amazing. Customer service that is consistent from store to store.

One of the workers is a young man with a beard and he is always so very helpful and nice. He goes above and beyond to help customers!

This pet supply store is my first choice! Friendly staff always willing to go above and beyond in helping me. Aaron, Robin, and Tera, Tommy, and Bob are excellent! They always greet me with a friendly "hello"! Tommy and Bob will help you reach something on the top shelves, and are always willing to help you carry heavy merchandise to your car. This place just makes you feel important! Thanks everyone!

They have good prices on crickets when I need them. The cookies in the glass case near checkout were really dry but better with a cup of coffee.

The best service ever. I will go back. They have just about everything you could possibly want for the fur babies and good service to boot. Can't beat that!

Nothing but sincere thanks to the Wooster Ohio pet supply plus store!!! Crew are amazingly helpful knowledgeable and friendly! Always a positive experience. Extremely grateful for having the store and without question the staff in our area. Ty ever so much!!!! :)

I do not know the names of the managers out there but they are awesome very patient also help when needed with nothing but graciousness have shopped here for a very long time with no bad experiences
