Went to purchase flea medicine and they wouldn’t sell it to me because my pup hasn’t been seen there since 2017...I’ve never taken my pup to be seen I just purchased flea medicine in the past...not professional at all...apparently they would rather an animal suffer fleas then provide medication for them.

Amazing vet and everyone from Drs and Staff has been incredibly kind, helpful, compassionate and committed to helping the pets I've brought to them. Really appreciate and trust all their work and everything they've explained to me. Affordable prices and just like the name complete care for your pets.

Great experience! I called close to closing with an emergency for my puppy. Not only did they take him immediately, they gave us the best care as if they’ve seen him all along. Dr. Rogers was amazing!!

I've had to use them in the past. However, I only use them when my vet is unavailable because every time I go there they charge me a fortune comparitively. Recently (due to Covid), my regular vet informed me they couldn't kennel my animals during our vacation and could not fit me in for a vaccination update appointment prior to our leave so I was forced to use them. We called ahead (so we wouldn't get blindsided by their outrageous prices again) and I was informed the bill would bearound $200 (double what my vet would normally charge). Upon arriving at their facility it immediately started feeling like a used car lot and everyone was trying to upsell me. I repeated to the staff that I was only there for at vaccination updates. Long story short my final bill was over $400.... SERIOUSLY?!

My dog, who is Irish Wolfhound mix, was in a lot of pain early one Friday Morning. He had a spot on his neck and back that rapidly changed to a horrible infection. I called our regular vet and they were booked and could not make time for him. They referred us to OSU Vet who turned us away bc they were overflowing with dogs with infectious diseases. MEDVET had a 6-8 hour wait and we needed someone quickly. I took a shot in the dark and called our old vet from 5 years ago. They referred us to Complete Care. I am so thankful they were able to see our big dude. They took great care of him and helped us get him back to good health. We live over an hour away and I could not attend due to work so they took the time to call me and explain everything. I appreciate their time and level of concern for my dog. I will definitely be using their vet services again.

Dr. Rogers is an amazing veterinarian. She is both extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. I have been taking my pets and fosters there for years and I am very thankful to have someone I trust 100 percent caring for my animals. The entire staff is very caring.

This vet is caring and knowledgable. Support staff the same. My dog is excited and happy to go there. I have never had a dog react to a vet like this! Highly recommend.

We first met Dr Amanda for an emergency after hours surgery for our furbaby and appreciate her knowledge and expertise as a surgeon. She was open about our options and willing to share info on cancer treatments. And losing one means as much to her as it does to us.

A few months ago I found a Fox with its tail hurt on the side of the road. I brought it to this vet and she quickly told me they couldn’t take in animals and that it was a dog. I was literally baffled that this “trained” veterinarian didn’t know the difference between what was obviously a fox and a dog. I took it to the the clinic across from Kroger’s and they were very helpful in finding the owners of the Fox, and also provided me with great advice since it was injured and they understandably couldn’t take it in.

I am absolutely LIVID. I was just notified that our beloved cat has been sitting there all week because no payment was made, after we made an attempt to pay at the back window while signing the consent for to cremate. I called the office and spoke with an employee (Kelly) who no offered no apology and basically said we were at fault because we stated we would make a payment (which we never did). I then spoke with the "office manager" (Louanne) who abruptly advised we were to go to the front window and she did not see us do so (because we were not instructed to)...basically saying we were at fault. Trying my best to stay calm, I explained that we made a full payment at the office visit and offered to pay prior to leaving the evening we dropped her off but were advised it was not necessary...and that it seems like little compassion was being offered. She then abruptly disconnected the phone call as I was speaking. My former veterinarian did not treat their clients this way...and none should. I am absolutely horrified at the front staff and the lack of professionalism. I would not advise my worst enemy to go here. At the VERY LEAST, an "I'm sorry" should have been said. I hope no one else who goes there is treated as horribly as we were.

By far the best vet in town. Dr. Rogers and the vet staff have helped our cats through some tough times and when the end came, they were exceptionally compassionate. They really do care about every animal they see.

The staff is friendly and very helpful however on my last few visits the veterinarian, Amanda, refused to do testing on my dog that was having seizures. Will look elsewhere for a second opinion.

My first two visits for my cat were positive. Mostly friendly staff who went above and beyond to see my cat for an emergency; however, subsequent visits for cast changes were negative. The wait was too long for scheduled appointments (waited an hour for cast change at last appointment), rude tech that shamed us for being unable to keep our rural, outdoor cat from escaping. Won't be returning and will follow up with our regular rural vet who respects our wishes concerning our pet's care.

We love CCAH, including the pets. The entire staff is friendly and fantastic with animals. They always give our dogs pets and treats and are gentle with our cats. I've never been to a better vet.
