I recently used The Pet Hotel for my cat. She was their for a month. They treated her like she was their own and did a great job of keeping her occupied. It's also nice to know that, in case of an emergency, your cat is in a veternary clinic. When I picked her up, she didn't seemed to have missed me. That's good.

Love how caring and helpful staff is. Thank you for helping our Casper kitty.

Dr Harrison was wonderful when we had to put our beautiful Golden retriever down in August. They 'd taken great care of him for his almost 9 years. Many thanks for your kindnesses.

Not at all satisfied with the service here. I took my best friend there for breathing issues she has been having and the doctor didn't even listen to her heart or lungs he just did a very light examination. The prices in comparison to Ark veterinary hospital are way over priced. The nursing staff was very kind ❤️ but the doctor was very rushed and not very thorough at all ????

I took my cat in to find out what was wrong and the staff are very concerned and sensitive to you and your furbaby. They were very compassionate to me and my family as we had to say good bye to our baby.. thanks

My dog Archie had recent surgery. Dr. Chad Bailey is an outstanding surgeon, and all of the staff involved is the same way. Everyone is professional and caring. My dog fully recovered. Best Vet I’ve ever been to.

This was our first time here and the Dr and staff were so nice to Charlie (our Basset Hound) when when he peed all over the waiting area!! LOL!! The Dr took her time and addressed all my concerns. The expense wasn't to terrible and the facility is gorgeous!! I think we found a new Vet for Charlie. Thanks Ladies!!

Fancy building, kind technician. Took pet in for ‘well visit’ appt.Had to in order to get monthly flea/parasite prevention pill. vet ‘suggested’ at least 5 different tests (cha Ching) for my well pet??? I did agree to some of the tests. They came back fine ( just like I thought) so the vet would then ‘suggest’ another test ‘just to see what else MIGHT be going on’. What’s going on is my pet is happy and healthy and old. $300 and an hour later, finally escaped out of there. Such a shame that a routine , no concerns, visit felt instead like a high pressure sales appointment.

Doctors Hencke and Stephanie are very excellent vets. The day care has been a blessing for my dog, and the staff are all very friendly. Grooming service is a cut-above, too.

My dog was having some allergies and they got him right in. The vet and tech were so patient with my shy pup. Facilities are beautiful. Prices are fair.

This is the only Vet we will go to from now on. The doctors, nurses and staff here truly do care about your pets. They are very helpful and patient with you and your pets needs. The facility is very clean and nice. We have brought all 5 of our pets (2 dogs and 3 cats) here for checkups and they take good care of them. One of our cats was not eating and being lethargic. It had lasted for several days and her health was rapidly declining. Cleveland Road Animal Hospital took care of her and sent us home with the right medicine and advice. She started eating almost immediately and was better in just a few days! We were scared and terrified for her but Cleveland Road took care of her and assured us that she would be okay. I fully believe that they saved our cat's life. I will always bring our pets here and recommend them to anyone, anytime.

A wonderful place for my best friend to be taken care of.

I am on vacation and my dog is sick. I called several places to get her in with being from out of town. They got her an appointment. We showed up early and the got us in an took great care of Princess. I will recommend this place to anyone with in the area that needs vet care.

I have been here twice and both times they have been extremely rude and uncaring. I was getting upset and almost in tears because of the diagnosis they gave me on my cat, and the vet (Dr. Bailey I believe) was getting extremely rude and impatient and even started huffing at me. I was absolutely appalled. They don’t seem to take the time to do their job to completion and that has caused both of my cats misdiagnosis. This is a horrible place that only cares about your money, I will never go here again.

First time visit here and so pleased with my experience. People say the price is high but you get what you pay for, and they were happy to give me a price before proceeding. Fast, friendly service and peace of mind that my little buddies have their health looked after.

They are wonderful!!! They treated our boy like family!!! I'm glad we decided to switch vets!! We will never go back to the that that wanted to put him to sleep to clip his nails because he was nervous in their office and they said he was aggressive. He is nowhere near aggressive and this veterinary clinic proved that!! We love you!! Sincerely, Rock and Vicki Frost and of course Brutus!!!

They took care of my baby girl Nahla. She was sick and it was the hardest thing I've had to go through in my life. They got the job done with compassion and showed me they truly care.

I used to like this place. All they care now is about money, money, money. I came in for an exam for $63 and the bill in the end was $220. They like to add on little things here and there to your bill that your pet "reaaaally needs" (can get the same thing on Amazon for half the price). Unfortunately, the vet that saw my cat was very unprofessional over the phone when calling about the exam and literally laughed at me as well. Not happy.

Can't say enough praise for the staff and vets. Recent surgery for our Jack Russell and they took amazing care of her. We're so thankful for the care they showed our pup. Romi is all better now. Thank you ❤️
