They are always so helpful, even when they can't be!! They give suggestions when they are unable, so thank you!! Plus they are way cheaper than these other vets!!!

My Grandparent's took all their pet's to Mairs, My Mother takes her pet's there, My Sister's take their pet's there and so do I. Mairs has been the only place my Family has taken our pet's to and they have and will always go above and beyond for Our 4 legged Family members and they will do the same for your's. Our Pet's are Family and there's no one else we Trust with our Family.

Very knowledgeable and caring staff.

They don't really care about animals just the money. Can't even look at a stray cat that's not even mine about to lose its eye because somehow they are booked for a month. As if they are a dog grooming business or something. Take care of animals it's your job. Especially those really in need

My dog is over protective so I like to call it. He's not very nice and Mairs did not give up on him. They are wonderful. The staff was very helpful with getting him in that was safe for everyone. I wish they could see him at home when he's lovable and happy because he is such a great boy.

Couldn't ask for anything more!! Small animal vets are great for our dogs. We own a horse breeding program, and Richard Mairs is awesome with them. We never worry, he does everything possible to take care of our horses and very very reasonably priced!!!

Finally! A veterinary hospital which is definitely service oriented. The sensitivity and compassion demonstrated by the staff and Doctor was exceptional! Prices are reasonable. The waiting room was very clean. Very professional staff.

All Vets and staff have always been very professional and knowledgeable. Much more affordable than many other vets.

I called for appt, and was told to seek another vet, due to covid??? Not sure this is or was the best way to handle this, I also had called emergency line and never received a call back. I had told receptionist that my dog was in pain. I just felt that this could have been handled much much more professionally!

Everyone is always very friendly here, they work with us with different treatment options based on price instead of pushing the most expensive thing, and they let me schedule all my pets' appointments at the same time, so I don't have to make several trips. I highly recommend this office

We had a great experience at mairs.the ladies were so kind and friendly. But....when you bring a 3 month Doberman puppy in ,everyone wants to see him.lol.worked out very well,back in 3 weeks for more puppy shots.

Mair's Veterinary recently helped us with our very ill cat. He feel ill pretty quickly and when I needed to get him in to be seen, it was fairly easy to get him in for the first evaluation, but when he needed x-rays, etc., it was going to be almost a month wait. In their defense, it was around the holidays and the cat really did get worse quickly. We were able to find a medication that enabled the cat to regain quality of life for the short term, that also bought us time to get in for the deeper evaluation. When it was discovered that he had a fatal mass, they were very kind in how they communicated it to me and they offered every option for treatment. Unfortunately, we made the decisions to put him down. This is where Mair's really shines. They allowed my husband and I to bring the cat in. They handled us with so much empathy and support. I've never had to put an animal down before and they knew exactly what to say and do to comfort us. When we left, we were assured that our cat would be very well taken care of and I am confident he was treated with respect. Thank you, Mair's for helping us through a very painful process.

My appointment was at 10:00 and I got there 15 minutes before my appointment and was taken back right away. Everyone was nice and it was a very calm environment. Will continue to go there.

Absolutely love Mairs♥️ The staff is so friendly and caring. I've been going there for years and they are more affordable than other places I've been.

Doc Mair would be so dissapointed!! Very unprofessional. Limited abilities. They will let your pet suffer and make you wait forever for follow up appointments. They are cheaper but you get what you pay for. I guess routine vaccinations are ok there. Other than that, don't depend on this vet to truly take care of your pet!! You tell them 4 days of the week you are available. They only offer the day you work. One minute won't do anything without seeing your pet. Next time prescribe medication with no exam. Medication for a diagnoses that didn't exist and the medication did not treat said condition. Confirmed by a long term specialist vet. Come on Mairs!! No wonder both of my neighbors questioned why I would take my pet here. So saddened this vet caused more issues with my pet. I get to pay to improve what she created!

Staff is very patient, helpful and knowledgeable! They will not rip you off doing fancy tests , like some other vets in town. I definitely recommend this doctor.
