Great caring pet vet!!!! Been there 20 yrs.

Person who answers the phone is rude when your cat is sick and possibly dying and you’re trying to make an appointment that’s not how you treat someone who is trying to help their animal. I have had issues with them before when I was trying to pick up my guinea pigs medicine an hour before they closed the same person was there saying I couldn’t pick up the medicine even though they closed in an hour. The doctors are very nice and understanding the person who runs the desk and answers the phone is very rude and does not provide a very welcoming service. It makes people not want to come to this vet.

I was a client for approx 10yrs.Took both my dogs there.Went through the passing of my one dog with them.They were understanding of my other dogs behavior issues.When it came to payment I was on a fixed income they did a payment plan with me.My dog who had issues never acted out there,staff liked him.I was so thankful for having him as my vet.Until I called to get his nails trimmed& was told they don't do it anymore,then told they will do it if he gets all his shots. I could not afford to do that.My dog is having other issues& I planned on paying for a vet visit.Hes been unable to walk¬ well past week or so.My dog trusts the vet.I even got Care credit.There response was "w** hospital " on 91 takes care credit. IS THAT HOW U TREAT A CLIENT OF 10YRS WHO HAD 2  DOGS THAT U CARED FOR?? I'm appalled by the way they handle this.I ended up going down the street to a very nice vet.I would recommend him.Hes on the street opposite side.

Great Vets, they really care about your pets.

Dr. Solwitz is a kind and caring vet who takes your pet's wellbeing seriously. The front office staff are amazing, too. They really get to know people and do their best to help. They even call to follow up on how everyone is doing. Even though I can't be with my pets during appointments right due to COVID restrictions, I'm completely comfortable leaving them in the care of everyone there. I definitely recommend Willow Run for vet needs. An added bonus is that their rates are the best around from what I've been able to find. Payment is required at the time of service.

Absolutely amazing service!!!..We love them.

Called to schedule a semi emergency visit for my dog who has been having diarrhea for a couple days. Was advised that they are not accepting new patients. I certainly won’t be looking to visit in the future either. It’s one thing to have no availability, but she didn’t even check.

I've never been to a vet that cares about the animals the way these people do! They are truly concerned about the best possible outcome for your pet! Reasonably priced and friendly personell. I won't take my dogs anywhere else.

I've had 2 dogs all my life and my last dog is now 14 years old and I just found the best vet couple of years ago...Best I've ever had!!! wow he is so caring and doesn't do anything unless it is needed!! You never have to ponder what to do because of price!! thank you Doctor sol..! The whole office is so great too.. so sweet and attentive to your pets needs unreal. From the top to the bottom everyone does their job you are in the best hands.. ! God really blessed me with them! Thank you all

We have taken all 3 of our girls to Dr. S since we got them. He, along with his staff are wonderful. I have recommended them to several people. I wouldn't take our girls anywhere else. Only time they weren't treated by them was an after hours emergency situation.
