The front desk help is a bit rude. The other vet, not Bedi, was pretty good and the assistant too, but not much was done for my dog Shelby only to find out I needed to let her go. That sad part I spent over $ 700 on meds and bloodwork and they couldn’t send a sympathy card. Bedi called two days after I put my dog down, and he lacked empathy. NEVER AGAIN!

Dr. Bedi and his team are friendly and made me AND my dog feel welcome and safe. The most thorough exam my pet has had in his 8 years! Confident and knowledgeable vet that really cares for the animals he is treating.

Wouldn’t take a dying cat in off the street, was hung up on and the people are just rude

We highly recommend this animal hospital! It's obvious that Dr. Bedi and his staff love animals. We needed to leave our cat with a boarder, since we were going out of town for 11 days, and it was stressful finding the "right" people to watch her. We had never been away from her for so long, and we didn't want her to think we abandoned her. But any worries disappeared when it was time to drop her off... It was very clear that she was in good hands. Her coat actually looked and smelled nicer upon pick-up, so I think they gave her a bath and/or washed her coat, which was really sweet. If you're looking for people who love animals, then this is the place to go.

I am now using Dr. Bedi for my European Doberman Pinscher Zamira . I found this doctor due to my puppy having ear issues from when I received her back in December. And my ear doctor I normally go to is all the way in Columbus Ohio . He fixed the infected ears very fast and well . He is very compassionate, highly knowledgeable, and a true animal doctor that is there for the best interest in the animal. Zamira’s ears have been great and been standing up great .But her tips started curling inward and I panicked. ... if you have Dobermans you understand the feeling .... I went back to my old ways as almost every Doberman owner has Hurd of tampond posts, zip Tye posts , breath rite strips .... you name it there’s a breeder or video on a new contraption for puppy ear posting every were . Well I freeked out with it curling inward and used the tampond post witch is Also posted on Akc and Doberman pincher club of America web sites ! Well the Dr. saw what I was doing and was mad . I’m happy he was tho !!! Why you might say and that’s because He educated my husband and I on what trama those posts can cause ! and is just simply no good . I felt horrible bc I was only doing what a lot of people in this Doberman world do and swear by and I used to do before on all my other Dobermans ears over the years . He educated me on what trama those posts do to the ear in side actually and is not at all needed. He showed me the proper more humane way and not to be worried about the ear it will be ok . I drove home thinking about it all and well felt bad for doing what I did and for my past dogs that I had done this on and they hated it . The only other vet that knows ears like Dr. Bedi is a older gentleman that is all the way in Columbus. He also does ears and only other vet that takes the time also . Ears are a talent and a very very delicate and sensitive area to work with and master . A lot of people don’t understand this and go to back yard doctors who crop, or doctors who have no idea about the procedure and art of the ear cropping . It is not a joke at all !!! you can loose a ear very easily but it can be all avoidable by going to true ear cropping doctors like Dr. Bedi and others who truly know the art behind it . Dr. Bedi taught me the humane way that’s easy and does not irritate the dog or cause the dog pain or uncomfortableness or ear soars ! I’m happy he was upset at me bc it shows me he truly is there for my dog and her well being and not to just make money off of me , but to make sure my dog is healthy and handled the rite way . I hope he keeps being a vet for many many more years and if I do somthing wrong gets upset and tells me what I’m doing wrong because that’s the only way I would have known . Thank you very much Dr. Bedi and his staff ☺️

My poor cat is left with a bleeding gap in his arm. I paid $1,300 to this dr. I feel he plays on the sympathy and love you have for your animals to make money. I highly suggest going elsewhere!!!!

Hello my name is Julieann DiPasqua Dr.Bedi and his staff is always good to my dogs . He’s helped me out with horrible ear issues I had with my Dobermans due to the breeder I bought them from was a back yard crop shop . The Dr . Fixed them up amazingly , and now 4 years later I would not trust any one els with my dogs . He made sure my female Doberman was ok during her pregnancy, and went above n beyond for her and her puppy’s . He called me on his off hrs to see how her birthing was going and was concerned for her . He truly loves what he does and looks out for the best interest in your pet . I’m excited to use him for my puppies ear cropping and he takes the utmost humane way and safest way to doing ear cropping . Their tails came out amazing at 1 day old he did them . Due to it’s the most humane time to do them . Dr. Bedi and his staff are great and well worth the One hour drive I do to get to him . Thank you and most of all my dogs thank you ! Julieann DiPasqua

I took my cat to see Dr. Bedi well over 20 years ago. I thought he was more expensive than the vet that I took Tigger to in Painesville, but since he was very close to where I lived, I thought I would take a chance. I was very pleased with Dr Bedi. He was very caring, knowledgeable and friendly. I have since moved away and Tigger has passed, but I would recommend Dr. Bedi to anyone.

I can not put into words how much I appreciate Dr.Bedi, his wife and staff. A few weeks ago we were hit with an unexpected illness with our little guy Archie, with our normal vet closed on a Saturday Dr.Bedi is the only vet with in a 50 mile radius that would see us. Unknown to us our guy was way sicker then would could have ever imagined, Archie had contracted parvo. Dr.Bedi did everything he could to save Archie, even made time for us to bring in our other 4 dogs to be tested and treated(which they were negative) thank god. We got to take Archie home and unfortunately my baby passed away later that day at home in my arms. Dr.Bedi called numerous times to check on us and to give his condolences. He truly tried to save Archie and for that I will be forever grateful, we have decided to have Dr. Bedi our permanent vet now, the love and concern that he and his wife have shown for us is out of this world. Thank you Dr.Bedi and staff for being there for us when we needed you so badly. My heart will forever be broken over Archie but I thank you for loving and caring for him and the rest of my kids♥️

They ripped me off they’re supposed to be on the list with the APL, And not charge my office visit. They play on semantics and said they don’t charge you a office visit but they charge you a fee for the exam which is the same thing. So the office visit is $22 but Just to see the veterinarian is $35. I spent $112 there the other day and they did absolutely nothing. I went to Gateway animal clinic on Abbey rd, in Cleveland Ohio. It was very clean, staff is very nice, and most importantly they treated my dog, gave her the medicine they are also on the list with the APL and it cost me $44. When I called and complained to love & care animal hospital they still finish charging me their remaining balance of $32 and took there remaining balance off my card. They’re only about the money be careful, very disappointed they had The opportunity to reverse the charges to my card and they had the opportunity to not charge my card the remaining balance but chose to do so anyway.

We took our dog here for a checkup. $750 later... our Dog was unable to lay comfortably due to the excessive number of vaccines he was given by Dr Bedi. Our Dog was in a lot of pain and when we hugged him later he yelped in pain as the area …

Your pet will be taken care of here, and the staff is friendly, just be prepared to wait. Even with an appointment made weeks in advance, I had to wait an average of 15 minutes to be seen (once 45 minutes). They even once asked if I could …

First, I would like to say the ANONYMOUS poster is wrong in their statement about Dr Bedi being a pill pusher. However, it is normal to be upset about vet bills. Vetting is costly, very costly. But, you want good service, you pay for good service. I have been going to Love and Care Animal Hospital for over 8 years. Dr Bedi is ALWAYS available. He is as thorough and knowledgeable with my pets as my primary physician is with me! That's the way I would want it and as it should be!

18 years, 12 critters and 5 vets ago, I started going to Dr. Bedi. Methinks you can trust what I say here. My husband and I consider ourselves rescuers as all of our critters have been strays, abandoned and/or injured with history …

This vet is a medication hog, took no precautions with a healthy animal and over medicated to cause kidney failure. The icing on the cake was on a follow up visit when he was pleased at how well the cat looked after it lossed half its weight, after getting spanked another 200 bucks to do some blood tests that confirmed my suspicions he didnt take the time to explain results and have had no follow up calls. Do not recommend this vet for any precious animal you Love N Care about.
