I have been using another vet for over 3 years but I was very impressed with the care my dog received. I will be changing vets for both of my dogs.

They've taken compassionate care of our animals for many years now. We don't even live in the area but still go to them. 1 rabbit, 2 dogs, & 3 cats!

Apparently not accepting new clients or unable to schedule for sick patients- my cat has an URI & said I wouldn't be able to be seen for almost 2 weeks! Said they aren't even able to schedule the patients they have now!

We just love them. We had to let go of 2 of our dogs and we took them here. They were so kind and gentle with them. Very caring group of people. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Best vet in cleveland and beyond is Dr. Mandel ! Very pricey but worth it. He does titre testing do your dog is not over vaccinated!!!

I can't say enough good things about this vet and the staff and doctors here. My dog (Eeyore) is a high energy dog..I mean very high energy and on top of that he has had A LOT of medical issues over the past year. Everytime I have reached out to them they have been there without hesitation. My dog has seen both Dr. West and Dr. Mandel for issues and they both are extremely helpful, patient, thorough and you can tell they really care. Dr. West is his primary doctor and she is amazing. Everytime I reach out to her no matter what day or time she gets back to me very quickly. They always make time to see him if needed no matter what. And the techs are very kind and thoughtful. They know how high energy he is and work with me to make sure he can be transported in and out of the facility with as little chaos as possible. And honestly that's not even all the good, positive things they have done for me and my dog. I know finding a good vet is hard and I feel extremely lucky to have found them. Thank you for all you do and the patience you have for Eeyore and myself.

This is by far the best group of animal care professionals I could have ever asked for. The doctors and staff are amazing and I know one of our two dogs would not be around today without them. Can't say enough about the wonderful staff here.

Had to take my guinea pig in for an issue he was having, Doctor West was amazing with him and all the staff was wonderful.

The Doctor here is great. He's friendly with the animals and their owners. Very efficient and explains everything.

The entire staff here is incredible. Extremely grateful for all Dr. West has done to accommodate my cat and I. Everyone we've seen is very caring, knowledgeable, patient, fair, and professional. We are very happy with Dr. West's care and highly recommend this vet office
