Tremont Animal Clinic Cleveland, Ohio

The Tremont Animal Clinic is consistently incredible. Regardless of which vets and vet techs we speak with, their bedside manner and communication skills are impeccable. On top of everything else, they have been up-front with COVID-related staffing issues, and whenever we arrive for an appointment we are very quickly processed and given a room.

TAC has the nicest doctors and staff. Their prices are reasonable, and they always include you in the decision-making for how to treat your pet.

Very clean, the staff is very friendly and the veterans are so nice. A great place to take your little furry animal that you love and care about.

Terrible experience with this vet. My 70 lb weimaraner-lab mix tore her CCL 3.5 years ago. Dr. Matt did the wrong surgery on my dog. 3.5 years later her same leg is completely torn. The line he put in my dog to "fix" her CCL has completely stretched out. This should not have happened if the correct surgery was performed. I took my dog to see an orthopedic surgeon at OSU Veterinary Clinic. This orthopedic specialist told me that the surgery done on her should have never be done on a dog that size. He even said that this surgery is best for small dogs only. Dr. Matt is a young doctor, so his lack of experience, knowledge, and wrong medical advice has put me and my 12 year old dog in a even worse situation today-emotionally and financially. If you are considering this vet for orthopedics please go else where so this doesn't happen to you.

I am updating my review from 5 years ago. (1/6/2022) I'd like to thank Tremont Animal Clinic for caring for my pets, and keep them & the staff safe during their vet visits. We are living in unprecedented times, where safety should be a priority. And it is at TAC! TAC's efficiency, coupled with tender care for my babies does not go unnoticed. It is much appreciated by myself, my 18 year old Toy Fox Terrier, Trevor, and my sassy Ms. Kitty. This Clinic has grown quite a bit since they first opened. With that growth came improvement, more experience and options. During this past year my old boy had repeated UTI's. Of course it seemed to happen during a time when his doctor (Dr. Bob) was out. I usually wait it out. But, there were a few times he had to see someone else. That someone was Dr. Sutherland. I'm sooo glad it was! She was AMAZING! She carries a very warm disposition, she is patient, and has great expertise. She also went out of her way to help us. Giving Trevor the help he needed. To know my babies will be safe in the hands of Dr. Sutherland, in the event they are unable to see Dr. Bob, is a welcomed relief. Over the years, I've been to many animal hospitals. None can match the ethics and caring consideration given at TAC. From front desk, to physician. Thanks for everything TAC!!! I travel from Cleveland hts to come to this Clinic. And I have no problem taking my precious little pets the distance to get the great healthcare they need. By an excellent doctor, Dr. Bob. Therefore, I had no issue following Dr. Bob from Gateway to Animal Clinic. At Tremont Animal Clinic, I find its easier to bring in my pets. There are no long wait times, its not overly crowded, its very clean, the front desk is super friendly, and its not overly priced! I bring my pets to this Clinic with confidence, and leave with a peace of mind. Thank you Dr. Bob and Tremont Animal Clinic!

I love this place, they are very kind and helpful. You know they love your baby as much as you do!

Fast and efficient. Routine check up today and we were in and out (mid morning weekday visit) within a half hour. We appreciate the services they provide our lil PUppY.

We love TAC! The front desk staff, techs, and vets are all absolutely wonderful. The veterinarians go way above and beyond for our babies and we are just so thankful!

The people here are so kind and knowledgeable. Every issue I have brought to them with my pitbull, they are able to easily diagnose it (sometimes via email) and give me the solution to remedy it. Dr. Nichols, Dr. Alex and Dory are such wonderful veterinarian professionals and are so tolerant of my hyper-licking, clingy boy. I cannot imagine putting my dog (and all future animals) in better hands than Tremont Clinic. Tucker loves you all so much!

Dr. Bob is a warm hearted gentle giant. Unfortunately, he's so busy that i can't get in with him. I go way back to his beginnings. I moved an hour round trip years ago. But when i lived in Cleveland i went to no one else for a good 15 years.

We have been going here for years. The staff treat my dog as though she was there family member. All if the vets are great, and i sincerely trust their opinions.

They are absolutely amazing to my rescue boy Percy. From his allergies to his ear infection and the lump on his leg. We came in yesterday for an exam on his leg. Percy was super brave and didn’t even flinch when they had to get a sample from his lump. Although they need to preform surgery on Percy for his lump the entire staff and his vet were so compassionate and warming to me while I was crying. They really do all have gifts when it comes to our fur babies I will always recommend them!

They don't "work" with exotics... But the lady in front help me! Thanks for that!

The vet and tech were very friendly with my cat. I also had a great experience with receptionists and getting a prescription ordered quickly!

Perfect, kind, professional! You stay w your pet start to finish. Reasonable rates. They accept 5 or 6 pet insurance policies. No up~selling treatments or products.

This review is on Dr. Sutherland, the vet that we saw. She was rude , arrogant, lacked empathy and good bed side manners. Even her interaction with her assistant ,to me, appeared rude.
