Great place really made me feel comfortable losing my best friend

I have always trusted Dr. Yurko and all of his staff. They have treated my pups including my reactive pup very well. They have always accomodated my dogs' needs.

Excellent. Very good with our dog. Professional. Clipped toenails without any issues...5 stars just for that!

This place left my dog out to dry because I wasn’t a member, my dogs in pain and needed to be seen asap. And she told me sorry we can’t help you we are too busy. Absolutely terrible wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone based on my experience. neglect my dog. Shame.

Dr Yurko did a surgery on our Atlas that was difficult and challenging. He is now walking on same leg and doing very well! We love everyone here and always feel welcome and safe. The best place in the Ohio Valley and beyond. ❤️???? The staff is amazing as well ✌????

The place was great but some didn't have great manners. Dr took time to explain what was needed and now our dog is walking instead of sleeping. So glad we were sent here. Just wish the tech's had better manners as some did

Amazing place. Doctor Yurko is amazing. Anyone with anything bad to say has to just be a miserable person because if you truly love your pet, this is the place to go. I’ll defend that man and his staff until the day I die. God bless KEY animal hospital.

If u put a bad review u won't be aloud back. Its not my fault he said she had a blockage he opened her up an an there was nothing. Said she had a infection in uterus so he fixed her. I was upset I had to pay 2100 to get my dog fixed an boarded for 3 days. An she randomly passes her self now.

They are great the female Doctor took care of my Blousie she was very she was very kind she explained everything in detail and later within the week called me to check on Blousie I thought that was very very compassionate of her key hospital is my number one care for my animals. Receptionist in office staff is also great thank you.

Our animals are family members, not pets. The staff always treats them as four legged children.

The best veterinarians hands down

Called to see of we could get our 9 year tabby to be seen who is sick. Our normal vet had nothing open. I was placed on hold for 30 minutes. When they answered i was cut off in the middle of explaining the situation to be asked if we were clients there. Said no and tried to explain further just to be cut off and told rudely they are not acccepting new clients at thos time. In my opinion if you care about animals enough to be a vet service, maybe you should show some kind of passion and professionality when receiving a call from a concerned pet owner. Will never use this vet.

I’ve had my pets with Dr. Yurko for around 25 years or more. Very educated and personal with my pets. Caring about all needs. I trust him totally. He is compassionate to your needs and feelings, especially when hard decisions need to be made. Dread the day he retires

Dr. Yurko is by far the most compassionate and experienced veterinarian in The Valley. Had a potential emergency today, and was in complete hysterics because they were closed. He provided his personal cell phone number on the vet’s office voicemail for urgent situations and called me back within 20 minutes. He calmed me down, talked me through what needed to happen, and reassured me everything would be okay. I would gift this man millions of dollars if I could. My dogs are like my children and he understands this wholeheartedly. Thank you, Dr. Yurko, and your incredible staff for giving me piece of mind and treating my animals the way you would treat your own. You are more appreciated than you’ll ever know!

Briana (I think is her name and an assistant) did a wonderful job trimming our at least 16 year old cat's nails. Recommend to everyone. Very reasonable cost as well.

Dr, Yurko and his team are always so awesome!! The love for your animals at the clinic is the same love you show for your animals if not more!! Highly recommend!!!
