Very friendly and cared about your feelings

We have been to 2 different VCA locations and both places it has been outstanding customer service and support from staff. Our trip to Westerville sadly we had to make the hard decision to let our dog cross the rainbow bridge. The care they gave us and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye was so appreciated. Just top notch staff and service.

We've taken our dog to VCA East for several years and have always had great experiences. The front desk team is helpful, kind, and efficient. The technicians and the vets are knowledgable and work with your dog patiently. My dog is timid at the vet and they are intentional to make her comfortable during exams. It's clear the team at VCA East cares about their jobs and their patients.

We brought our babies for their check up. The techs and vet were so sweet. Our babies got super spoiled. Nails clipped, check up and shots. Everyone was professional and personable. They took such good care of our babies and answered all of our questions. We drove 45 minutes for our visit and it was worth it.

Great services, caring and well trained staff!! My German Shepherd and our calico received outstanding care every visit <3 from a regular checkup to boarding. We had to bring our kitty in for bloody issues in her urine and we were given different treatment options in varying price ranges and made us feel comfortable with our choices. They checked up on us and made sure our meow meow had a successful treatment. Big dog likes going because they ask think he's sooooo handsome:) and he is!! We moved here from our of state and we feel blessed to have found such an amazing staff!! Five stars all the way!!

We brought our family dog here because of a growth on his eye. I take my pets here, but my mom's financial situation has recently changed. Anyway, she saw that they had a coupon for a free first exam, which would've been helpful for her due to her current circumstances. We just wanted our dog to be seen, so that we know what needed to be done for his eye. Well, I called in to make the appointment for him, and I told the lady who answered the phone we had a free first exam coupon. I also told her why we were bringing him in. She said okay. She didn't say anything about not being able to honor the coupon. Well, we get there and the other vet tech told us that they couldn't honor the coupon because it was not a "wellness visit" or something like that. I mean, the visit was about 45.00, so it wasn't a dealbreaker but it was the principle. I feel like because we were told the coupon was going to be honored, it should've been honored, even if his visit was part of the small print or whatever caused his visit to be excluded from the coupon. We had the money, but what if it was someone who didn't and they relied on the coupon ?? That could've put someone in an awkward or embarrassing predicament, had they relied on that free visit coupon. Like I said, it wasn't a huge deal, but the money could've been taken off for the coupon. However, with all of that said, the staff there is pretty nice, overall, and the vet did give us a discount on the total cost of the surgery. Without the discount, the surgery would've probably been much cheaper somewhere else, but since she gave us the discount, it was quite reasonable. The discount was due to her being a newer vet at the practice. So, overall, this place is okay but if you do happen to want to use the free first visit coupon, double check to make sure they'll honor it.

We love the entire team! They are friendly, caring, and genuine people. Our little has been sick twice and they have done a wonderful job taking care of her.

We had an emergency situation with our aging dog, and while the poor thing didn't end up surviving the Vet & staff could not have been any better

Made an appointment with the Vet I’ve been using for the last 4 years, and didn’t even have him. Don’t understand the point in asking what vet you want then not using them. I even had rescheduled days because his schedule changed then still didn’t see him. Very disappointed.

The groomer is terrible and her fee was excessive. She said she washed both of our dogs twice because she said they pooped and she said they are nervous and bark all the time. Our dogs obviously don’t like her! And I understand why because her attitude was obnoxious!
