I've been a customer for over 15 years and have always been very satisfied. Recently, our family adopted a new puppy and Jen was our Invisible Fence trainer. She was absolutely amazing, always very encouraging in every training session and full of positive reinforcement for our puppy. Highly recommend this franchise and Jen as a trainer!

I bought a new house that had an invisible fence already installed. However, we had a real fence at our old house before we moved, so my black lab was very confused. I had them come out and make sure the system worked and paid for three training sessions. Jennifer was great and my dog loved her. My dog is now almost completely trained! I highly recommend!

Julio came and put our invisible fence in for our dogs! He was very nice and did his job well! We are very satisfied with Julio and invisible fence!

Install was quick and non-intrusive. Justin did a great job of explaining the system to us. Training was effective and Sadie loved Sam and was super responsive to him. Sam taught us so much about the system and how to support Sadie as she gets used to it. We cannot be happier.

The installation process went very smoothly thanks to the staff and Julio, who completed the installation. He was very knowledgeable about the hardware and able to install quickly.

Julio was professional and skilled. He was able to trouble shoot a unique layout and install our electric fence exactly as I wanted.

Sam was great! Very knowledgeable and eased all my fears about getting an invisible fence installed. Would highly recommend an invisible fence to anyone who wants their dog more fun and freedom to run around in their yard. We had long chains, but our dog now has SO MUCH more energy and enthusiasm now that she has the whole yard to roam!

I had invisible fence installed a few weeks ago and from installation to training was wonderful. Sam the trainer was great within two weeks our dog could be off leash and stay in the yard. I would highly recommend their services

We had great, quick and affordable service with Invisible Fence of Columbus. We had been trying for ages to reach the vendor (a different company) that installed our fence and never got a response. I called invisible fence and they came out the same day! The service was great, the person that came out to work on our fence was kind, professional, and efficient. Definitely recommend!

Julio came out and replaced our previous fence, and he did an awesome job! When we moved in, we didn’t really understand how our fence lines should be set up, so this is a really welcome change! Already took the dogs out to walk the perimeter and they love it!

Another great experience with Invisible Fence. We have used them since 2015 when we moved to this area. They got 12 year old Golden, Zuzu, to learn her new perimeter quickly. We just acquired a Golden puppy, Lucy, and Damien & Laura were great at getting her acquainted and learning the new perimeter. They worked with her at all corners to help her learn safely and quickly. Lucy has some dog friends in the next yard and they play together frequently. Laura gave us a routine for letting Lucy know when it is safe to cross the line into the next yard so she does not get confused as well as some great pointers to get her ready to go walking and exit our driveway. Lucy has broken through a couple of times when she see our neighbor who she really loves and so Laura worked carefully at ensured the collar fit just right but not to snug up against her neck to keep her from breaking through. She advised us on when to increase the size of the collar as she grows so it is not too tight. In terms of installation and repair of the fence, prior to getting Lucy, we realized our line had been broken and Invisible Fence was very responsive in coming out and fixing it. All technicians were great to work with.

Laura our trainer was very knowledgeable and helpful about the invisible fence product. She was caring and very experienced dealing with dogs of all ages. It was fun for us to watch Laura train our puppy in 3 short week sessions. Thanks again for a job well done!

We have two black labs. We had a fence installed last summer to help the two year old pup stay in the yard. On installation day, I walked them through the yard and pointed out hazards and showed the path I wanted followed. They did not stick to the path and hit my irrigation system four times. That was the minor headache though. They do three training sessions. The first went great. The second, the trainer showed up a half an hour late and sat in my driveway. Eventually, I got a call from their office saying he couldn’t get ahold of me. He then took each dog for about 10 min for their training. He basically calibrated their collars and tightened them. Unfortunately, he put the collars on so tightly that he punctured our older dog’s throat. The younger dog’s was also tight enough that the fur on her throat rubbed off. After about 5 hours (I was working), I realized how abnormal and skittish the older dog was. That was when I found her throat punctured. We quickly got her into the vet and she was taken care of. However, both dogs are too terrified to go into the yard without me walking them. When i called to complain and explain what was going on, the first trainer came back to the house. She tried to accuse me of leaving the collars on too long and placing them too low on the neck. She was extremely confrontational and blaming. Mind you, the issue was found and reported to them hours after their trainer put the collars on. The Invisible Fence Company paid the vet and irrigation repair bills after several months. Unfortunately, our dogs still, almost a year later, are too afraid to go outside without me. If I’m not home to walk them, they pee or poop in the basement. This was not an issue before the fence. Our dogs loved playing outside and the accidents in the house are frustrating. Today, I discovered the collars no longer work even with new batteries that cost $80/year/pet. I write this review today as I realize how annoyed with the dogs I am. I’m struggling to remember it is not their fault.

I would recommend Invisible Fence to anyone looking for another option of containing their pet (for reference: we have a 30lb Beagle mix). From the moment we signed up to receive information to the day our pup 'graduated', it has been a wonderful experience. Due to Covid our initial Q&A presentation was done over the phone and it was beyond thorough. Our rep answered all questions and provided a wealth of information so we could make an informed decision. Once we had a scheduled date (1 week after our call!) the installer came and explained everything and within about 90min the install was complete. 20 or so min after that the trainers (trainer and trainee) arrived to begin. From the start we had a great understanding of the equipment, the process and how to be successful, complete with followup emails to ensure we knew next steps. Our trainer, Sam was FANTASTIC. Seriously, I cannot say enough good things about him. He's thorough and gives you so many tips that you feel confident you are set up for success. A few other things to note: we had an issue with the system right after install with our garage and the tech came back out same day and fixed it. Easy Peasy. Also, cost - we found invisible fence to be 2-3k CHEAPER than having a physical fence installed and that's with getting their top tier system. It's a win all the way around. I was sold on their approach and the trainers you get and they did not disappoint. The whole team, especially Sam, our trainer, was WONDERFUL to work with! I cannot say enough good things about our experience with this company.

Service was outstanding- Sam and Damien were great with Billie and cared about her specific needs. I also have a ton of takeaways to keep her on track with the fence and for overall training. Highly recommend!!
