This place is great! The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. The grooming stations are clean and they provide everything you need. The pricing is fait for the value. This was so much easier/better than doing it at home and having to clean up afterwards! 5/5 stars, highly recommend.

I LOVE this place and it's concept! They were kind and helpful! All I needed was to give my German Shepherd a bath...no time in my day for much else. I opted to do it myself...they gave me an apron and plenty of towels. We were in and out!! Definitely coming back!!!!

This place literally shaved my dog after I told them not to and when we got home from here we found dried clumps of blood from the nape of my dogs neck! They gave us a $20 off discount for the hack job they did. My mom took her dogs there the day before and the groomers cut off their $60 flea collars! When we reached out to the owner she did not seem to care or listen! Do not take your dog here

My dog needs only a bath and nail trim for her coat and they do a fine job and take care not to stress her. Good service provided to the dog and me, lol.

I only use this groomer as a last resort. I feel they do not listen to what you want done in regard to grooming. On a few occasion they have neglected to groom my dog's face, and they are expensive for incomplete work. This past experience was particularly upsetting, as my dog was completely shaved (in the middle of winter) and the cut was uneven.

We were hesitant to try a new groomer as we have been burned before, but we have now had several great experiences with DIY, especially with Carly. You can tell she is a dog lover and that makes a difference. You would think anyone going into grooming would be, but evidence is to the contrary. Carly has done an excellent job with our Shih Tzus, making them look fantastic, but they also leave DIY happy and in good moods. I picked them up elsewhere and they were clearly anxious and not pleased with the experience. Every time we pick them back up from DIY they are cheerful and playful, having obviously enjoyed their time there. They were a bit hesitant as it was another employee who got them from me in the parking lot this time and didn't seem to want to go with him, but again when we picked them up they were happy as can be and look adorable!

My daughter brought in our Newfoundland who is 12 years old. We had used this Grooming before and we’re very very pleased as they knew how to handle a aging dog. This time we were bringing our Newfoundland In for a bath and drying as they have the special hairdryer that won’t overheat her. It was explained on the phone.Then again when a young lady had noted that Gracie had some hotspots questioned my daughter was she sure no groom. She was told only bath and dry her no groom. When my dog was picked up by a friend they charged him $150 that’s what I paid the first time she was Groomed. My daughter called the next day as we had a great deal of difficulty trying to get a call through and question why was the charge 150 for only a bath and dry. Some man whose name is Matt and claim to be the owner said because of the size of the dog and because she had hotspots it cost more. When he was informed yes my daughter had told a young lady we were aware of the hotspots still wanted only bath no groom. This Matt who was screaming so loud at my daughter I could hear call across the room . When she explain to him she knew all the conditions that my dog had, she then told him she just recently graduated from Veterinarians school. Asked him to stop yelling ,he hung up. So no I do not recommend this place find another if that’s how he treats his customers I would hate to see how he treats the animals behind scene he said something about he was having pain well again is your pain causing you to treat the animals in an anger way. I would’ve given a zero or no stars if possible

Fantastic with our mini schnauzer- we always take her here!

My girlfriend is a Veterinarian, and we own a rather large-breed dog. We went to DIY Pet Grooms to get just a standard dog wash, which is appraised at $60-80 online, and can vary based on dog's temperament, coat, etc. When it was all said and done, a simple dog wash was charged at $140. After calling to see where the discrepancy of a 175% surcharge was added, we were told that because of the extra coats of the dog, they charge it as a groom. My girlfriend then called to try and reach an agreement, and was yelled at over the phone. We have gotten our dog fully groomed there for $150, which is ridiculous when we only got a dog wash this time, and had verbal confirmation over the phone that it wouldn't be that much. Unfortunately, we were very displeased. In the reviews I have seen either 5/5's, or 1/5's, not many in betweens, and we are adding to the lower end after how poor our latest experience here was.

My golden retriever was groomed here last Tuesday, and the job that was done has left my dog looking terrible. They shaved her belly, trimmed all the hair off the back of her legs, and left her hind end way too short. She was to be de-sheded, and there's still tons of hair coming off of her. I want to talking to a manager, but they won't call me back.

First and last place in Columbus I’ll take my dog to get groomed. Staff was friendly and attentive to how I wanted my Golden Retriever cut down. They told me it would take 3-4 hours and they did not disappoint, and the price was much better (lower) than I anticipated.
