Dr. Carson is the best vet I have ever encountered. He is so professional and really cares about your pet. He has been my vet for the past eight years. I will only see him when I take my cat in for check ups or treatment.

I waited 50 minutes to see Dr Richie. At 45 minutes, I told a vet tech that I'd been waiting this long, and she said "Something's wrong with that" and then she said "I'll see if we can comp you a nail trim." She never got back to me. I think a complimentary nail trim would be a good way to say "Sorry for the extraordinary delay." By the way, I think Dr. Richie's surgery last year on Washo was the best I'd ever experienced!

I've been going to Cryan's since 2008. They have always delivered professional, kind and compassionate care. From basic check-ups to the sad time of saying goodbye to my doggie best friends, Cryan has been there and been extremely supportive, informative and caring.

The staff is so professional, sweet, and Boots gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot. Small home town feel with comfortable prices, I couldn't ask for more. My kitty is a spicy boy. He hates going/being at the vet, but the staff and Dr. Balasz are very understanding and accommodating for his needs as well as my own. I appreciate all of the steps they took to ensure that Mercury was well taken care of and all my questions and concerns were addressed. I appreciate all the knowledge that Dr. Balasz brings to the table and she understands Mercury more than any other vet I have been to. If I could give more stars, I totally would!

Cryan has been our primary vet for several years and we absolutely love them! Everyone is nice, attentive and wonderful with our dogs. Scheduling is easy and pricing is fair. Highly recommend!

They got my dog in at last minute for Emergency. He is doing great. Wonderful vet!

Cryan initially said they were not able to get my cat in for a few days for his swollen eye. They then called back and got us in last minute. I had called them about an hour before they closed, so I was very impressed that they did that for us. They have a great team there. They are prompt and professional. The extra care they showed was admirable.

Our pets receive the best care at Cryan Veterinary Hospital! The staff really care for both the animal patients and their owners.

They are always great. They work with you to determine the best outcome for you and your pet, but never try to push you into treatment or procedures you don't want or can't afford, but provide great alternatives and resources to ensure your pet is happy and healthy. We live about 30 minutes from here but keep going back because it's a place we trust.

My parents have been going to Dr. Balazs for years. I just took my first pet to Dr. Balazs and she did an amazing job. I have never met a professional as genuine and thorough as Dr. Balazs. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable but she truly cares about animals and their well-being.

Best vet in Westerville! Thank you for taking good care of my dog, it really shows that you guys care about my little lady.

UPDATE: 7/24/2021 Dune( my second kitten) and l, had a lovely experience there at his first vet visit! He was treated to a wonderful nail clipping and got lovely hugs from his vet! He also sends his disregards for the vaccines.. but...well he's a kitten, what does he know????? TIGGER my kitten, was treated to Kind and friendly service and a cheerful, sweet veterinarian as well. Tigger sends his disregards for the vaccinations as well, but everything else was great!

Very positive interactions with Cryan. They found a next day appointment fir a new puppy, were very thorough in first exam and Dr Borders gave me excellent information and solid answers and advice to all my many questions.

Very good service and good place to take your pet.

WOW!!! I'm from Arkansas, here working. My 15 month old Labrador had a bad fall in a parking lot and I thought he had broken his leg. These folks were booked solid, and after telling them what happened, they told to come straight over. Wasn't outside but maybe 2 minutes. They got us right in. The vet was very friendly, and VERY knowledgeable. X-ray and a thorough check over and mobu has only hyper-extended his lower leg. 6 stars for these awesome people! I would drive hours to get back to them if something else happened to my fur baby! Thank you very much, Cryan Veterinary Hospital!????

They were able to get me a same day appointment for a leg injury my dog suffered. They did SO well with my nervous dog. They talked me through everything, made sure he got his follow up appointments as needed and always explained everything to me. Everyone is so friendly and personable. This place is the best!

This place misdiagnosed my dog, and sadly because of it she was not treated appropriately. I understand misdiagnosis’ happen, but what really upset me was how we were treated today. We were informed our dog had 5 days to live by Cryan and sadly she did not make it even 12 hours. When we requested to come in once our dog passed, stating we would be there a few minutes past closing, the staff was incredibly rude, lacked empathy, and would not help our grieving family. It breaks my heart that our dog was just seen by them the same day she passed, we were told she had a few more days to live, and when she passed they were unwilling to meet us a few minutes after closing for after live planning. If you’re looking for a place that will go above and beyond, treat you like family, and provide care like the dog was one of their own, I would not recommend Cryan.
