The girl in morning was very rude very unorganized place! I will say the evening people alot nice but lack professionalism on the phone!! Will not recommend them going to wait it out to get the next cat in at S.O.S

Went there to spay my cat. They did a lot of things right - trimmed her nails, included an e-collar, included pain/anti-inflammation medication for 2 days, used dissolvable stitches, gave good aftercare instructions, and had a great price for the procedure - but when her incision kept opening, they put in a couple of staples (didn't charge, which was nice) but didn't clean up the area very well and didn't give her an antibiotic, which she really needed. She ended up with a bad infection and I took her to a vet close to where I live for treatment. She eventually had to be opened up again to clear out the scar tissue and close up the incision again as it wasn't closing.

From the time I walked in the door the very nice receptionist said hello, now this was my first visit with our family pet/child. The vet tech was really great with our puppy and overall I great experience!

I scheduled 3 dogs to be fixed. 2 males 1 female. Was quoted 325 for all 3. At drop off time I was tole the older 2 would actually cost 745 because of additional lab work due to age and an upcharge for the female because she has had a heat cycle. Needless to say they didn't get done. At pick up for the puppy, I was given a cone collar and his pain meds and a couple papers. The cone he was given is not long enough as he can still reach his stitches. When I called to ask about follow-up Instructions I got a voicemail. I called a while later and the lady that answered was less than thrilled to be speaking with me. The second lady I spoke with was very helpful. Double check the price they give you and be prepared to call a few times to get someone on the phone.

So slow and so disorganized. They need someone in there who knows how to run an office. STOP TAKING PHONE CALLS DURING SURGERY CHECK INS! It's so unnecessary and just complicates and already complicated procedure. So much more that could be changed to make this better. I'll never understand why we're supposed to accept that "low cost" equals terrible service. Zero COVID precautions... Multiple people crammed in a tiny waiting room, no one wearing masks including the staff. No cleaning whatsoever. A bottle of hand sanitizer on the counter is it.

Not worth the cheaper prices, not sure about qualifications of the staff. Took my cat in to get spayed. The incision was poorly put back together and she also developed a hernia. The additional vet costs bc of a poor surgery.

The receptionist (tats of trees)knew I didn't bring my glasses and was charged $130 instead of the $70 that was discussed over the phone a month before my appointment. All I wanted was to get one rabies shot and have my cat neutered. Not to mention on how she needs to read the book " How to Win friends and Influence people. Grow some matters missie!! Being nice goes a long way!! The person that answers the phone is AWESOME!! keep up the good work!! But.... I'll never be back.

We took a cat here to get spayed, and she developed a hernia due to improper procedure. From some of the comments I've read, it looks like they may have had unqualified/unlicensed personnel doing the surgeries. I will be looking into this, and perhaps try to start a class action to help cover the vet bills that have piled up after the fact.

I'm very happy with the service we received here=). We had our kitty Lucky neutered here. Very affordable prices compared to other places. They gave us a cone and pain meds and went over care instructions for our kitty. The staff were very sweet and professional. The place was very clean. I didn't hear any animals barking or meowing. I highly recommend this place=).. thank you for taking such good care of Lucky!!

The staff was polite and helpful. Place was clean and smelt of bleach which I knew things there were sterile for any procedure performed. Very happy and would recommend them.

Just got two kitties spayed on Tuesday. The staff were quick, professional, and personable. I was very nervous dropping our girls off for surgery, but they did their best to reassure me and the cats are already back to being personable and healing very well (5 days later). I was able to pick them up in the early afternoon.

A lot going on...but 24 hrs post op our female's spay surgery opened up. Really, not looking for someone to blame, however, the vet was out of town on the weekday following the surgery. Our early a.m. option was medvet 3800.00. If you don't have 3800.00, find the couple hundred you need to have someone to call when things go south on you.

I had made an appointment 2 weeks ago to have my pet neutered. They called last week and had to reschedule because they were understaffed and then said they would call the day before to verify my appointment. Not only did I not get a call from them, I called them 4 times and was hung up on, on hold, and I even left a voicemail and heard nothing back. They might be cheap but they will waste 2 weeks of your time. I wouldn’t trust these people with your pet considering how unprofessional and unorganized they are.
