I have been going there for 14 years. The staff is so caring and compassionate. They helped me through a very difficult decision for my dog of 14 years. If I ever get another dog I will definitely go back to them.

I could not be more disappointed in the service we have received here. We are not new pet owners and we had questions…a lot of them. Not only were we belittled and spoken down to, we put our feelers out there to get the clarification we needed since we weren’t getting that at Meadowlands. Ultimately, Meadowlands was in the wrong and rather than owing it, we were wrong for getting the proper answers we were looking for in the beginning. Not only that, but we waited 37 minutes to be seen (on more than one occasion) and there was not a single person there. I would never recommend this vet to anyone.

Well I also thought they were great people. They are very sneaky and do not want to admit when they are wrong. They ruined both of my dobermans ears and are themost ignorant people I ever met. They can deal with the lawyers. The sad part is they forgot where they came from. Don't believe every thing they tell you.

Hands down the best vet in the area very professional and knowledgeable. What I like the most is they don’t treat certain breeds differently they treat all breeds and animals the same every time I go it’s a very assured pleasant visit thank you guys

This place is my go to! Especially when having a liter of puppies they are amazing and truly do great work!

Dr Marshall is wonderful. The problem is getting in touch with her. They have an app, Petnexus, which I utilize because I prefer not to sit on hold for 25 minutes and then get hung up on. I completed the form for a medication refill on Monday. No response. I emailed my request on Tuesday, then Wednesday to no avail. I call the office on Thursday, sit on hold for over 25 minutes and the phone gets disconnected. I find the easiest way to get in touch with the office is to call after hours and leave a voicemail message. I did get a return call on Friday stating the prescription was available for pick up. This should not take 5 days to resolve. This is not the first time that I have had an issue getting through to the staff. It has become "the norm" to sit on hold for longer than 20 minutes just to speak with someone and the constant disconnections. I would think the app and or email would help cut down on phone calls, but if no one checks these, we are left with contacting you via the phone. This needs to improve or you will lose more clients.

They did an amazing job cropping our puppy Kobe's ears and doing all his vaccines.

Wonderful, Professional, Caring . Great vet for reproduction and took the time to help me with issues I was having a year ago with my Dobermans . My husband and I are from Ohio and make the drive to them because of their reproductive area they specialize in . We are not another number to them and they remember who We and my dogs Pax aka Alfadel and Zamira are . Very good and I suggest them for reproduction. Thank you very much ! I really appreciate dr gardener she is very nice and takes very good care of the animals and it's very hard to find any vegetarian that can take care of Shar-Pei does a great job

Vets and staff are knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate. Access and parking is easy. Prices are fair. Availability is excellent. Covid precautions are very appropriate.

They always are wonderful with my French Bulldogs. Dr Marshall is very knowledgeable and I always recommend them.

Assured me they would assist with my dogs pregnancy, then never returned my calls and wouldn't answer the phone when I called.

With covid and new policys, its hard to go anywhere. 5 stars plus here. I have big dogs that go 150 and getting them out of the car is a big stressor (on them and myself) not to mention they have to go in by themselves. My girl wouldnt get out of the car, so the wonderful vet and staff came out and did the yrly visit in the car, shots and all. Best customer service since the whole pandemic started. If more people would leave positive feedback when they see it! They have NO PROBLEM posting the bad. Thank you, you made my day a whole lot easier. Bella thanks you too????

Best vet hospital, ever.

Our first visit was during COVID for an xray for our pregnant English Mastiff. These ladies were dynamite! Very thorough, educated, informative and super sweet and gentle with our baby. Can't recommend them highly enough!

I love everything about this place. From the wonderful caring people at the front desk to the veterinarians themselves, everyone here really cares about your pet. They have been wonderful during the pandemic, and I would never go anywhere else.

I would never recommend this place to anyone unless it’s to bury your pet . I spoke with someone that told me to come in on a emergency visit because I had a sick 12day old puppy that’s was not eating I told them where I lived they assumed I was 45 mins away and and marked me for a appointment in 1hr . I have a litter of 8 I packed up all the puppies grab the mother put them in car gps the directions it says I am 56mins not 45 so I’m speeding to catch up on lost time I get 15mins away and run into traffic and call them only to tell them I’m 15mins away and they tell me they can’t see my puppy today they have other appointments and ask me to reschedule I told them I have a 12day old puppy that need emergency attention and was referred by another vet to come here and I drive 45 mins Only to get turned around if my puppy survives thru the night then maybe I would reschedule even though is evident that they care nothing about a pets life well guess what the pet never made it through the night died in my hands I believed that the Exceptional dr garner would of been able to save the puppy but I guess we will never find out and I will never bring any dog there or recommend this place to anyone

Meadowlands Vet. Is first class. They have been carrying for my fur babies for a very long time. Great care always.

First visit with my dog and I was impressed with the cleanliness, professional staff, COVID precautions and i was in and out quickly. I spoke to a veternary surgeon who I thot was great. My dog is having surgery next month and I am hopeful for a good outcome after the quality of this visit.

Always receptive to the needs of our Boston Terrier. Have been going to the vet hospital for many years. Dr. Dougherty treats Rosie like her own. I trust all of the Vet Dr.'s there.

Usually quick and on-time. Dogs aren't scared to go. Later appointments available.
