We will never take our beloved animals any place else! These ladies take care of us, and our fur babies!! Sifferlin's has the most accommodating, friendly, and patient staff who go above and beyond to ease your mind of any worry or concern, while finding time to fit you into their exceptionally busy schedule!! 5????+

The veterinarian and her assistant were very kind to our cat, and very good to explain his condition and necessary treatment. Their courtesy made a difficult time easier.

Heartless staff. Go to Oak Pointe instead; at least the people there care about grieving pet owners.

The techs are very well in tune with my dog and Dr. Sifferlin is well informed, a great Vet.

Just called and got an estimate over the phone. Wanted $60 deposit before scheduling. Wanted $90 for initial visit. $515-570 for front claw removal and neutering of 1 male cat that would be 6 months old. This is why we have street cats running around. People can't afford vet costs. Course covid didn't help things either. The world plummets toward insanity as we speak.

They don’t care about animals, they care about making money

We have had problems from the start with both of our dogs. There is no respect for our animals and they push everything so they can make a profit. I should have taken it as a sign that they were the only clinic accepting new patients during the start of Covid. Doctor herself told me my dogs were not welcome back after we questioned things.

They are kindest vets I know. Dr. Gano is so thorough and patient with your furry loved one. I drive down from Lakewood to Dover because I haven't found a better vet in my area.

So far so good. People seem nice and so far our pets have gotten good care. We are retired and sometimes the bill seems high. My grandpa who had a farm used to tell me"you don't spend more on an animal then you paid for it."

I had been going to Sifferlin for many years and then had my cat have teeth cleaned on a Friday. He seemed fine and then Wednesday at noon I knew something was very wrong. Called Sifferlin and they said they were closing in 30 min (noon, day before Thanksgiving) and they wanted me to go to Canton Emergency. Called them and they were closed. Called SIfferlin back and they finally said they would but as long as I know my sick cat would cause them to stay extra? After some back and forth while I am in my car driving to them, I did not end up going there because they clearly did not want to see the cat that they operated on 5 days earlier. We got him seen by other Vet in area and he was put to sleep by 3pm. This is unacceptable. My cat was their client and post-surgery, their patient. Nowhere did they post they were closing early on that Wednesday, but they answered the phone and I explained it was serious. I had left half day from busy Hospital to take him, but they blamed me for not calling earlier in the morning. Get back to caring for animals!! The other 3 animals that had gone here will be going to Vet that cared for mine even though I wasn't their client. Sifferlin extended my cats suffering, possible caused it from surgery and the delay might of caused the ultimate death.

I love this clinic and their staff. They are the most thoughtful people. They care about the animals that are brought to them and their owners. I recently had to put my 11 year old cat down due to health issues. Not only did the staff take care of my baby girl but, they also made sure I was okay. I got to hold her and take all the time I needed to say goodbye. I have since then got a card signed by the whole staff. Very thoughtful.

They have good safety measures in place. You drive into a parking space, call, and they come out and get your pet. They are caring, they work with your situation, and good at what they do.
