Staff were fantastic! Our puppy had a foreign object in her stomach. They quickly got her in and fixed the problem. Great communication and service!

I get a tube of dormagel almost every 6-8 weeks, treated me well at first then as time went by it’s attitude and they are not social at all get in get out, most of them bring it out for me this time I was told to pull to the back and come in the office all I said was “they usually bring it out to me if that’s okay” she said “no come in the office” I’ve been coming here 10-12 times and that’s how it was done and she gave me nothing but attitude. Might switch to buckeye because now their prices for it went up by 10 dollars.

Countryside Vet. Champion is such a wonderful veterinary service. They always show care and compassion for our animals, and to us, the humans. Today, I had my 6 month old with me for my dog’s appointment and the vet came outside to debrief me after so that I didn’t have to juggle a baby and a dog. They are amazing!

Went to have a procedure that needed to be done for the health and welfare of my canine and was turned away because I wouldn't spay my dog. she wasn't even old enough to spay this business only cares about the money and does whatever they want without the welfare of the animal in mind this place should be closed down!

About a month ago I brought my dog Jagger in to have a tumor removed on both of his bottom eye lids. We had discussed doing both eyes at the same time, makes since right? Well, they said there was a miscommunication and only one eye got done. Now, the other eye lid is getting noticable bigger. And now he will have to go through another surgery, anesthesia and a whole day of my nerves being shot while he is going through another surgery. Both eyes should have been taken care of durning the one visit, all in all, this is one expensive miscommunication And I completely feel, that is was done on purpose for another 500 dollar visit.

Misdiagnosed my dog who had cancer, he maybe could've been saved. But just kept giving him xrays, tests and racking up costs. Gave WRONG DOSE amount of medication to my other dog and didn't admit it until a month later. It is sketchy that all other vets let people back in with their pet, not them. Questionable that they claim they don't have medical license to phone in prescriptions, which are cheaper at drug store(hoping you'll pay their exhorbitant prescription costs)yet every other vet in the area can call prescriptions in. Doesn't profit them. They do not care about your pet, only how much money they can make off them. Dr Crawford is a control freak and Dr. Evans is just heartless. Keep your pets away from this place.

Dr dean is incredible. Truly caring and willing to listen to your concerns. He went above and beyond for my very sick puppy at the time. He’s doing so much better! As long as he is there I will continue my business with this office.

We love our Vet. They are always so thorough and helpful. We had an emergency a couple weeks ago. Stopped there and they came out to see what was going on with our Pirate. Pretty soon Dr. Dean came out and advised us to go to the emergency vet in Girard as they could treat him overnight. The next day we brought him back. He was very sick. They did all they could and in the end we had to put him down..Everyone was very sweet and understanding. All of our babies have always gone to Countryside for the last 16 or so years. We trust them with our babies. ❤❤ If you are reading this to find a vet for your babies, please call them. You won't be sorry

Thank you for taking good care of our Zuzu. They took us in right away when i suspected she had pancreatitis. The staff is the best . Every time i called, and even once i was not polite, they always were polite and professional !! Thank you, Dr Evans . It's the best seeing my girl outside playing and being her old self !! Thank you all for getting us in when you were already busy !! I appreciate you all so much . Lisa Johnston

I've been taking my dogs here for years. I THOUGHT I had a good vet. Then I NEEDED them. I called yesterday because my dog was having a seizure. They offered me an appointment two weeks out. Basically they are in the business of selling vaccines and flea treatments. They don't keep any time available for emergencies and didn't offer to try to fit me in. It's a business, and that is all. Great if ALL you need are your pet's annuals. They don't care.

Best vet I’ve ever taken my pets to!

I just tried to call them and was put on hold. No big deal. Then I was put back in hold que 2 times without even a voice response of any kind. After being on hold for 13 minutes and 30 seconds I was disconnected. if I'm not worth their time, they're not worth mine or my Abby's! Not the first questionable experience there but will be the last.

I've gone here for years. I've taken my dogs and puppies and rabbit here. Yesterday evening I talked to 1 of the rudest technicans here I've ever talked to.

Veterinarian was extremely rude and inconsiderate. I complained the the company and got no response. I did the satisfaction survey and got a message saying that would get back to me about my experience and they never did. Would give 0 stars if I could. Will not be returning.

They looked at my dog, did some testing. She has a tumor. They set up a return appointment for when the vet was off for the holidays. This place could care less about your pet. Take my advice, go somewhere else. It’s a chain Veteranary clinic and chain stores are always about money!

I am new to the area and didn’t have a regular veterinarian. I didn’t know who to call when my dog got sick. After many calls trying other clinics, countryside was able to fit my dog in. I was so relieved and very happy with the service I received.

I was enjoying bringing my dogs here until I found out they lied to me about taking my pet insurance. I told them what insurance I have for my dogs and they said okay yeah you just pay your bill now and then mail it into your pet insurance and they’ll reimburse you. Well, $1,300 later and a phone call with my insurance company Champion Countryside vet doesn’t take my pet insurance. Absolute garbage.

While they're a little pricey, I can't complain about the level of care they provided to my pup.

All vets are on vacation this whole week for Christmas. My senior dog is sick and we have to find another vet . A new vet that doesn’t have his history. This is terrible and very uncaring . They can’t care about animals. We have gone here for years but it ends now. Do not take your pet here.

Very friendly staff. So caring. A little on the pricey side, TBH. The doctors and techs go out of their way to ensure your fur kids are comfortable (and fur moms).. lol

Used to go here when it was Family Pet Center at All Creatures. I started seeing the Vets when they were at their first location in Champion. I loved it then, the Vets were great, the prices reasonable. This practice has completely lost touch with caring for animals. It's all about the money here. I would never go back or recommend. Specifically, Dr. Evans is one of the rudest people I have ever met.
