I was very impressed with the quality of the veterinary hospital this week. I brought in my 10 week old puppy and they were simply wonderful, answering all my questions and giving great advice. They never made me feel rushed, so it was easy to have a conversation with both the vet technician and the doctor. I am so glad this hospital was recommended to me!

UAVH was so accommodating, clean, and friendly! The staff was welcoming and were patient with Pippin as this was her first time to a vet! Lots of treats and pets from staff, so she had a great time, she didn't want to leave! Appreciated their patience and knowledge!

The staff at UA are fantastic and kind. They offered helpful advice for my cat's weight management. Despite him being on the grumpy side today, Dr Rob and Holly were very tender but measured with handling Opie. Would recommend them to anybody!

Everyone at North Star and Upper Arlington are super . We have had issues with our doberman when we got her -- skin problems --they worked with us every step of the way to get her healthy. Also we had our mix Oakley ,who went through cancer surgery that was found by Dr. Parson, once again everyone went above and beyond for Oakley and support for us -- Don't know what I would do without them -- they are my family !

Just moved to the area and needed to find a vet I could trust. I have an older dog and I'm a protective momma, everyone at UAV has been beyond understanding and helpful. They are extremely knowledgable and patient.

Everyone at Upper Arlington Veterinary Hospital are fantastic. The front desk, Taylor, is super friendly and helpful. Nurses Katie & Lisa are super knowledgeable and helped me find a treat solution for medication via Mixlab. My cat, Gracie, loves them and it makes administering medicine super easy. Both Dr. Wildman & Giatis treat Gracie as if she were their own. They’re super thorough in their examinations and always take the time to explain and answer any questions. I can’t recommend this practice enough.

Amazing! Always a great experience, & Dr. Bonfiglio is wonderful! Update: I've taken my dog here since I got her in 2019 & have seen a few of the doctors on staff - they've all been excellent! Knowledge from staff/doctors & kindness is always wonderful!

Our appointment today was handled promptly out of respect for us having to walk an hour, which was incredibly helpful. Dr. Giatis was incredibly friendly, helpful, and informative. We were granted peace of mind regarding our dog's condition.

They were great at getting my dog in when we were in town visiting family, who also goes to this vet! Thank you so much for all your help :)

I have gone to the Parsons since they first bought a practice in Grandview. They take exceptional care of our dogs! They know me and my dogs and take care of my dogs as if they were their own.

UA Vet Hospital has very friendly staff and is extremely clean. Dr. Giatis was very patient with my dog who is nervous around strangers and allowed my dog to sit in my lap during the exam. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and ensure all of my questions were answered.

I had a great experience at Upper Arlington Veterinary Hospital. The office itself is beautiful and pleasant - spacious with lots of windows. The doctor and other staff members were friendly, professional and interacted so nicely with my dog. They had a calming demeanor with my dog and gave a thorough exam.

Very responsive and easy to schedule appointments. Everyone on staff is very nice and the doctors are knowledgeable. They take care of my dog like they would of their own family pet. Easy to fill prescriptions on other sites if they don't carry the medication.

All the doctors are so cheerful and positive, and the staff is always very polite and caring. We love this place. the sincere interest in keeping Roxy healthy and feeling well. The facility is really nice and it's a great location.

This veterinary hospital is the best I've ever experienced and literally every person working there has been superlative and just amazing. I have a difficult dog with special social needs and high anxiety who comes from some clandestine, probably multigenerational stray roots and spent her first few months in that environment. This place is a godsend and every time I go there, my life and my wonderful special pup's life is made happier. And it's been 5 years of that. I can't thank you all enough truly. You make such a difference and are incredibly competent caregivers and kind people. The attention to special-needs/quirks, and outstanding level of vet care given mean everything.

I've had pets for a long time and had many veterinarians that I've worked with. Upper Arlington Veterinary Hospital is by far the best experience that my pets and I have had. They genuinely care about my dogs and not just about ordering a bunch of expensive tests. I have never felt rushed or limited as to how many questions or concerns I could address with the doctors. One of the things I appreciate most is the pet first philosophy.

This was the first vet we chose for our rescue dog, Lucie, who has severe anxiety surrounding the vet and having her feet touched. From the very beginning, the entire staff was so helpful and willing to work with us and our terrified pup. Lucie ended up having to be sedated for any type of procedure (exam, vaccines, nail trim, etc.) and they are so good about it. They don’t charge an arm and a leg for completely sedating her. They communicate with you the entire time and thoroughly listen to your concerns. We even moved 30+ minutes from their office and attempted to establish a new vet closer to home and the care did not compare to Upper Arlington so we eventually came back and make the drive. We absolutely love them!

I love and appreciate how much everyone cares about my dogs - from asking about Annie, our new dog, to checking how Nessie feels about having a new dog in the house. It makes me confident that my dogs are getting care specifically for them and what they need. I also appreciate that it's always easy to schedule an appointment and I always feel the care my dogs receive is thorough and compassionate. Updates from our most recent visit: overall, as always, we felt like Nessie got wonderful care from a kind, sensitive and empathetic team (she was so nervous she was shaking all over when we brought her in). We are incredibly appreciative that any time we call for either Annie or Nessie, you are always able to work us in and help us - whether it's a goopy eye or hurting back, thank you for always treating our dogs like your own dogs. Your ability to always work us in when unexpected needs come up is one of the top reasons I would recommend you - since my husband and I both work, your flexibility helps us make sure our girls get wonderful care whenever they need it. At the same time though, what is just as important to us is how kind and caring every single one of your staff members is all the time. We never worry about dropping either dog off with you because we know they will be treated like one of your own.

A role model in the industry. High effciency at processing pets, beautiful facilities, employees well trained (even during pandemic!!!) and very proficient health providers and nurses. EMPATHY all in uppercases glow when compared to other indifferent/robotic clinics. They continue to re-invest in facilities, as they are adding space even after been open only about one year. A winner clinic!

Dr. Harney and Sofia were wonderful! Both were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable expressing issues I have been facing with my pup. I really appreciated that they treated him with so much love, patience, and kindness— as if he were their own dog! Reception was very kind and helpful as well! Very happy to have found this place :)

First time visiting UA Vet Hospital and we were so impressed with the service we received. Everyone was so kind and informative and the building was clean and nice. They addressed all my concerns and gave us a full explanation of all things pertaining to our puppy.
