I cannot fit all of my gratitude in this comment box. The staff here are almost too helpful. When I walked in I was greeted immediately and asked if there was anything that they could help me with, I then responded with the dog food that I was buying and the older lady helping me offered to carry my dog food to the front counter for me which I of course did not allow her to do but the offer is what counts. The staff also helped me with understanding how to save money with the rewards and everything. Absolutely the best pet store I have been to, hands down. Thank you guys!

They've made my pet owning experience so wonderful. Sam, Anita (sp), Miranda, and so many other wonderful employees have been so compassionate and helpful to me and my pets. Even though they don't carry 'Prescription' Diets they have Farmina N&D that has ingredients that entail beneficial ingredients like cranberries and pumpkins that aid in digestion and kidney health. They all deserve a high wage for the quality of work they output.

Nice product selection Very overpriced though

Sales person was very helpful. None of the things I was planning to buy would have worked. Sales person sold me cheaper items that worked better! Gave me samples. I had never been there before but will ABSOLUTELY go again. Best customer service I have received in a really long time!

Not a wide Variety Store caters to dogs mostly. Can't say much about pricing. Store was clean and well-kept. Those some Isles were packed too full to really look around. They do have a cat section. Friendly staff was greeted as I walked in the door and they did try to help.

I had talked to a lady about trimming my dogs nails and she helped me so much. Took about 15 mins and saved me $238 bucks. Freaking love you guys!!!

Stopped in today to grab a couple cans of cat food. Anita greeted me and was very thorough in helping me assess what products met the criteria I had. At checkout she was quite busy with the phone ringing and multiple people in the store. But she stayed focused and friendly on each person in turn. This store isn’t super close to me. But I may make it my place to go whenever I am in the area.

The store was very accessible, parking out front. Associates were friendly and knowledgeable. Listened to the needs of my dog and showed me options to choose from.

Nice selection of pet food, supplies, and toys. I've been going here for eight years and the staff have always been friendly and helpful, even giving me multiple free samples of food to help me figure out what my finicky cat would eat.

It's alright high price, would like to shop there more just cant afford it.

Visited a few pet stores in preparation for a puppy. The quality of service and advise I received at PetPeople was incredible; will continue going there. From selecting a leash, to treats, to interactive toys, they helped me understand the various options, which can be daunting for a first time dog owner. Grace deserves a special commendation for being so nice to my very intense 5-year-old as she engraved a dog tag for us. Thanks!

I love to visit the Pet People. The folks are always so nice, knowledgeable and helpful. The dogs also love when we visit the Pet People because we get their bones there and they are always welcome there (on a leash, of course !) when we take them.

Love the flexibility of ordering for delivery or pickup, plus they're locally owned. And they have the best customer service of any pet store around

People were friendly. Only gave my big dog 1 or 2 little snacks. Didnt attempt or ask to give more. I am Used to going other place that keeps on giving/asking if it's ok to give more, which I always say yes! I was very surprised that a DOG place does NOT sell a cooling mat! My dog(s) LOVE them! Otherwise they seemed to have a good selection. But prices could be a bit lower. That goes for ALL dog stuff in general!

It was okay. Didnt have the brand's I give to my dogs. Fun toy section.

Helpful, quality products and OK prices.

I’ve driven by this place many times and never thought twice about it, but then I got a puppy and decided to check it out! The customer service here is the reason why I keep going back to buy my husky more treats and toys. Staff has been very helpful in picking out treats and kibble for a beginner.

Excellent service and selection. Associates are helpful and carryout the heavy items to your vehicle for you.
