Canine Social Club Columbus, Ohio

The facility looks a little underwhelming but it's for dogs! The staff are very responsible with feeding and medications, I feel comfortable leaving my dog in their care. The staff is amazing and friendly, they remember our names and the prices are incredibly reasonable for a daycare. Also cant beat the convenient location just a quick hop from the highway at Grandview ave! Some of their holiday and weekend hours for boarding are a little sad, the dogs are left unattended in crates for all but a couple hours. However, I find the daycare to be very successful at spending all our puppy energy. Even after a half day, the little guy is falling asleep on the 5 minute drive home.

Dogs were in for a full grooming . they called at normal time saying that they couldn't complete due to groomer recovering from rotator cuff injury. told they would still charge us for the bath but we would have to reschedule for the grooming and another bath. let them know that if they were not able to do the grooming then we should have been notified that before going ahead with the bath. did not feel it was right still charging us for an incomplete job. groomer swore at me and hung up. very unprofessional... then texted to say we were no longer welcome. when I called the manager to inform of the situation, they were very understanding and apologized for the incident. based on this experience make sure nothing goes wrong when you take your dogs here, this groomer was not professional. Typically this place is professional and polite but this situation has turned us away from this establishment hence the detailed review of the situation...

Friendly staff. They're great with my dog, he can be anxious around new people, and after two daycare sessions he was completely comfortable being around them. He also comes home exhausted, which is no small feat because no amount of walks can drain the battery on this guy.

Our dogs get so excited when we head to CSC! The staff is exceptional. During the pandemic, CSC staff have been coming to the house to walk our dogs. Anna helped us immensely today when a deer died in our yard and we couldn't let the dogs out until city services could remove the carcass. Anna came early to exercise our boys for us.

My pup always comes back happy. Love work with Ms. Fox. She's always very friendly and my pup leaps into her arms when he sees her.

My dog loves going to canine social club. After starting off very shy the attendants there spent extra time with him. He loves going there in the morning now. No other dog daycare compares in Columbus.

i've been taking my dog here for about a month as i work right down the street. he is always exhausted which is a great sign, but i also love the safety and knowing there is no chance my dog could escape (he's pretty sneaky!). and cassandra is a sweetheart. we love it!

Best price around town for boarding. Either military or not they take great care of you and your fury animal. Quality service and exceptionally amazing dog car all around.

Love Canine Social Club and the staff is fantastic! The facility is kept clean and my dog always leaves happy. The staff let me know how my dog's day was and they are always excited to see my dog when we arrive in the morning. I feel like he is in great hands when when he goes here!

Canine Social Club is absolutely amazing!!!! They took the best care of my furbaby for a couple of months while we were looking for a new home out of state! They have always treated him like family during his stay there, and he comes home a happy and tired doggo every time! Azure misses his second family so much! If you are in the Columbus area I highly recommend canine social club!!!

In a big rush I needed help with my dog as I came from out of town to support my sister after her big cancer surgery. I called at the last minute, my dog did poorly on her social skills test, but the folks here really came through. They told me that I should "not have to worry about my dog" during such a stressful time, and they just took care of things. This was customer service like I have never seen in any pet-care setting, and I would highly recommend their place to anyonbe looking for professional=grade care.

Great daycare - my dog is always excited to go and the staff are very friendly. They go to great lengths to take care of the dogs. My dog came down with a stomach bug on an overnight stay and the manager took him to the emergency vet and kept in touch throughout the whole process.

Canine Social Club is the best! I have been taking my dog there for a couple years now and I know she is always so excited to go back. Cassandra and the whole staff are so friendly and really care about the dogs. My pup got sick while being their last week and I couldn't come pick her up until the next day. Cassandra gave me update phone calls about how she was doing and even told me she would personally take my dog to the vet if it came to that. She even called me the next week to check on how my dog was doing! It is so nice knowing my dog is in such good hands while ay Canine Social Club.

My pup and I LOVE Canine Social Club! They have always taken great care of her when she’s needed to stay overnight and the daycare is great too. My doggo can be quite a handful and they make sure she is paired up with equally energetic friends. I have had to leave her a couple times for two week trips and they post pictures and stay in touch to let me know how she is doing. The prices are very reasonable, the hours and location are convenient, and the staff is excellent. TWO PAWS AND THUMBS WAY UP! ????????????

We've been bringing out dogs here for 2 years now; aside from posting your puppies on their Facebook page daily, the staff is consistent, professional and love the pups! We get dragged in by our boys when they realize where they are and even love the overnights which include a free day of play and daycare the next day! Even when we moved from grandview, we've continued to give Canine Social Club our business. Can't recommend enough!

For 12 years my dog has been going to CSC, and all the people have been great with her. The place is clean, and the dogs are well cared for. There is a groomer who comes 2X a week, and both the grooming and daycare prices are good.

My dog thoroughly enjoys going to doggy day care and looks forward to going 3 times a week. He seems to be very well cared for and most of the staff are great with him. However, the manager seems to have had it out for us since day 1 and is not shy when it comes to showing her irritation with us. I feel very welcome by all the other staff, but the manager makes my dog and I feel very unwanted. For a manager, this is very unprofessional and it makes me want to go elsewhere. So I guess as long as the manager likes you, you and your dog will be good to go.

My Siberian husky is well cared for and enjoys his stay every time. He's exhausted when he gets home from all of he playing!

Many of the bad reviews appear to be from years ago when there was different management at this Daycare, We have taken our "first born" there for just over a year and discovered the perfect adoption by chance here as well. Both dogs love to visit and blow off steam, when they come home it is right to bed (after filling up on dinner that is).

I have been taking my small dog here for about a year. She absolutely loves it! We recently just increased her visits from once a week to three times a week. She get so excited in the morning when I get out her leash and say "do you want to go to doggie daycare?" Each morning she runs in the door with her tail wagging furiously and can't wait to get in to see her doggie friends at Canine Social Club. The staff know her well and always update me on how her day went. My dog is very happy there and I am very happy with their service. My dog and I give Canine Social Club 5 stars!!!

We have a puppy and an older dog (over 8 yrs) that both love going to "doggy daycare" twice a week (including Saturday). It's really helped our puppy learn how to behave around other dogs and around people, and has stopped his tendency to chew furniture (boredom). This pup has gone from being too scared to be around more than one other dog to trying to jump out the car window when we pull up to the Club, and the patient and wonderful staff are to thank for that. Our older dog, a "special needs" rescue from a hoarding case, enjoys being around other animals again and has no fear of people anymore because the staff at Canine Social Club are so caring and awesome. They recognize each dog's unique personality and needs, and we are grateful for that.
