Dr. Washington and his staff are amazing. 5 stars does not adequately rate their autheticity and genuine interest in the wellness of my giant (and mini) schnauzer. Today we needed some urgent care and it didn’t cost me an arm or a leg! Thank you Dr. Washington and staff for taking i terest and care in my extended family of dogs! Robert S.

Dr. Washington is wonderful. He is so knowledgeable and very calm, and straightforward. I’ve brought my dog here for fast, easy vaccinations (they don’t add on mystery fees like some other places do for vaccinations) and for issues minor and major, and have been so relieved and happy after every visit. All of the staff there that I have interacted with are so kind. Highly recommended!

We've been coming to Dr. Washington for our dog for more than 11 years. They've always offered the best customer service, are reasonably priced, and they treat our dog as family like we do. It may not be the fanciest place, but we've had everything from grooming, boarding and even surgery (she tore her ACL like a rookie running back. Lol) here. All of the staff are so nice. I always recommend them.

They saw my two cats on short notice the same day I called cause our vet couldn’t see them for 2-3 weeks and it turned out the cats had pneumonia as they had colds for 2 days prior to that but developed fevers on the 3rd day. Wonderful vet who stayed after hours to care for my cats and saw them again 2 days later. Cats are doing much better especially the boy who was the sickest of the two. The vet even called personally to see how the cats were.

Absolute worst animal clinic I have ever been too. I have at needed a shot and nails trimmed and they motioned the groomer was out. The "vet tech" reassured me that she could handle nervous dogs. She can't. She muzzled my dog, with an filling muzzle, and then tried again. She let said that my MUZZLED dog bit her drawing blood. Then she realized that she cut my dog's quick. Didnt see the vet one time. Incredibly unprofessional.

I just called to schedule an appointment and had the rudest lady answer and hang up when I asked about why they couldn’t schedule an appointment bc I mention I may take my dog somewhere else before Tuesday if necessary. That was VERY unprofessional and I hope this isn’t how the employees are trained to treat potential customers.

I brought my cat in for grooming two weeks ago because we needed a new vet since we moved. He was very scared when I went to pick him up and it took a couple days after for him to go back to his normal self. His hair was a lot shorter then ever before but that’s okay, I know hair will eventually grow back. We were also told he got a small cut on his ear and there was medication applied in the area. The medicine was hard and stuck to the ear for the past two weeks. Now that it’s come off, the cut is actually a lot bigger than I was told and has yet to heal. This has never happened before when we took him to the other vet. The cut is still not fully healed and I really hope it does not get infected! This is not what I wanted for my cat when I took him here. Although they might take good care of dogs, I would not recommend cat care here.

I worked here for about a month, I expressed that I could only work part time because of personal reasons, that along with anything else i expressed was ignored, there was no organization and there were no boundaries for my privacy, i was subjected to being called to work in the middle of the day regardless of what i was doing, a dear friend of 30 or more years passed 200 milrs north of here and i was told (in the middle of the day without notice) to report to work thT day which later changed, I have never worked for anyone who has called me so many times on the phone that your privacy means nothing ,however I must say Dr Washington is an excellent doctor and very caring veterinarian and the care he displays for his patients and clients is Amazing, wished things had worked out i really enjoyed working with the Dr.

I worked here briefly and its about as organized as a bowl of spaghetti, to many chefs and not enough Indians. No training programs, the best thing about this place is the Dr. He's awesome,

I went in today for an appointment for my kitten. It was for vaccinations and I was told that we’d get deworming, nails clipped and some other tests. They told me it’d be $85-90. I left very displeased. I had an appointment on Friday. I was called the day before I had to come in and asked if I could come in half an hour earlier. I said it was okay. On Friday, I received another call informing me that we needed to come in a different day. I asked for the price again and I was told it’d be around $110-117 because my kitten was almost 3 months and that meant other vaccines he needed to get. I said okay. I come in today and they are very busy, which I totally understand. I was able to get in and had to wait some more. I was seen at around 1:20. They weighed him and gave him one shot. Then they asked if I wanted dewormer medication and I was confused. They’d told me on the phone I’d get it so I said yes. He was given a dose and I was given a dose to give to him in 2 weeks time. Then it was time to pay. I was extremely confused. They were charging me around 79$ dollars for this and there was no nail clipping and no checkup. I asked the lady and she told me that because I was rescheduled they weren’t able to do all the things they told me they’d do and that they only had me down for vaccinations. They didn’t tell me this at the time I was rescheduled. When I asked why he was only getting one shot, they told me it was because he was too small. Why didn’t they tell me before? Why did I have to ask to get answers? They told me I could get squeezed in for a checkup and I said yes. I waited some more and I was seen. The doctor I saw barely spoke to me. Never explaining what he was doing. Leaving the checkup room and coming back without saying anything. I didn’t even feel comfortable asking him any questions. He got a paper for me and excused himself. I assumed we were done and I just left. I was charged $101. I won’t be coming back. They seem like nice people but the lack of communication and price just don’t seem to add up for me. 1 shot and 2 doses of dewormer adds up to around $79. By adding the checkup and the stool sample taken during said exam it was $101.

They acted like they were very scared Because my dog was just barking, so they had her put on a mouth guard, i don’t know if it was just because she was a pit or what, she’s not even 1 yrs old yet, and of course she’s not going to have all the proper training yet. They clearly seen she was scared and yet still acted as tho she was just ready to attack, also they just had a dog in the room before and when I brought her into it, I asked could the lady clean the table off, because you can obviously see that they didn’t clean it, she told me no and proceeded to cut my dogs nails on a dirty table, they need to be more sanitary and react better to certain things!

I have been taking my cats here for about 10 years but I was kind of bummed out that when I went to make an appointment for one of my cats to rule out a UTI there was going to be over a 2 and half week wait time for the next appointment available.

Great practice, my cat saw Dr. Farrow-Harris and she was very kind and knowledgeable. The office is very busy (as is just about every vet post-covid) but everyone I interacted with,  including the vet techs and office manager, was pleasant. Their facilities are basic/older but the services are well priced.
