I brought in a 4 week old kitten that I found. There was no one there so they took me right in. Feed the kitten gave him flea and worm meds. All which I payed for. They were very kind and helpful and I brought th kitten home.

Friendly staff who understood our veterinary needs. Our vet retired and the new owner cancelled four times. Our dogs needed their rabie shots and distemper vaccinations, simple walk in procedure. Thank you for outstanding customer service.

Though there are closer places for my pups to get their shots I always drive the extra 15 min to go to Pet Guards. Fantastic people and the best prices for vaccinations.

Really great staff. Super friendly and the vet was excellent with my 2 dogs. Will definitely be coming back

I am very disappointed with this group. I arrived 10 minutes before they closed to pick up my dogs fecal record. They would not let me in and wouldn't give me the record. Might have to start going to Cuyahoga Falls location, they may be a little more caring.

Took my two dogs in here today they had eye infections and needed their shots. The vet was awesome he was very intelligent and helpful and the lady at the front desk was really nice and helpful had a great experience all around will be going here again ???????????? thank you so much ????

The vet I saw was super friendly and knowledgeable. The staff was very concerned with safety and social distancing. They were also good with keeping order. I will be going there again.

I felt the vet was spot on and he was personable and gentle. I went in for what turned out to be a yeast infection in my dogs ear. The savings was only about $20 though, compared to my regular vet (they charged 30 instead of 50) and I wouldn't have had the convenience of an appointment. I think they do offer a good service though

Great service and truly wonderful with my dogs. Appointments are punctual, no long waits ever. Good money saver too. The only non-profit vetranarian office in our area. I can't praise them enough!!

I used to go here for the affordable vaccines for my animals. The staff has changed and gotten very rude. Constantly cutting me off while I talk and poor customer service. I don’t plan on returning.

I love pet guards. They are inexpensive and they do a great job. They will send you to a vet if they can't handle the problem.

I believe my pets needs were met. That was most important. The staffs dry demeanor and the feeling we were intrusive made the experience barely tolerated. This was NOT our first visit. We will re-evaluate.
