They always go above and beyond. A bit pricey but worth it when you see how much they love your animals like their own.

Love our vet's here best place to take your furry family members they show extra love and care here. And there prices for exams and any medical procedures are affordable and well worth it.

Great nurses and Dr. Moved quickly and answered every question we had regarding our new puppy. Haven't been to that many vets but this one is top notch so far.

These people are always nice ac and finally i found a vet that my picky chi loves.

Our family has been taking our dogs to this vet for over twenty years. I would not recommend this vet if your dog needs treatment for ear infections. 7 months of going back and forth we decided to take our dog to another vet after he was going in circles and the infection would not clear up. We decided to get a second Opinion only to find out our dog had a growing polyp that took over his middle ear. Adding medication would not help him because the medication could not get to his middle ear. Dr Brown had said he could see the ear drum which would have been impossible with a growth blocking it. We had to take our dog to a specialist who then removed the polyp and now his ear is healing. If you’re dog has allergies or ear issues this is not the vet to go to. I would recommend temperance animal hospital as they are so very caring and found the issue right away not 7 plus months later leaving our dog in misery.

Me and my wife work seperate shifts so we cross paths frequently on 9/28/2000 my wife called early morning and easily set up a appointment for 11:00 the following day however I was not aware so..... I woke up at 10:56 a.m. and called shoreland animal hospital, I called frantic as my dog has not eaten in 2 days and is in alot of pain(started Friday afternoon shortly after the vet closed, we called and left a message) I was told rudely, we can't get you in for a week and late afternoon, the lady just kept mhmmm'ing me as I explained my situation, and kept repeating sorry, but we can't help you if you can't wait, then she said take it to MED VET. I hung up and notified my wife of the situation. Who then informed me she had already set the appointment up with shoreland. SO I CALLED MED VET AT 1059 And they seen him by 11:31 I live near point place so they seen him immediately! Here's were it gets weird, hen I called they told me I wasn't in the system and my dog had never been there. Then they found him in the system but never noticed he had a appointment scheduled. Were the professionalism? Do they really care about our animals? Long story short if they don't want peoples business then I'll advertise for them... GO TO MED VET ON DOUGLAS WERE I WAS TKEN CARE OF IMMEDIATELY, YES I PAYED MORE, I TRAVELED A BIT FURTHER, BUT MY DOG WAS TREATED LIKE FAMILY AND THEY ACTUALLY WERE SINCERE AND CARING ❤

Our 2 dogs have been patients of Shoreland for a while now and we've always liked them but today we had to take our almost 16 year old Jack Russell to be put to sleep and they were wonderful and so compassionate which we really needed. Thank you. I want to add to my review because after the devastation of letting go of our older baby our other baby was diagnosed with lymphoma. She is going thru chemo and Dr. BROWN AND THE ENTIRE STAFF are WONDERFUL. Isabelle is a horrible patient & they are wonderful with her. I think most vets would send us on our way and say no thanks. She wouldnt be alive without Dr. Brown and his staff.

They take excellent care of our Lily for almost 9 years now. Caring doctors and staff who treat us like family. I highly recommend them to care for your loved furbabies.
