The people are great and we had an emergency and well my dog didnt make it but the doctors tried there hardest. My pet was more important then money and he got the best possible medical care. Love them and there staff

I found a pit bull puppy on the street awhile back and decided to keep him. When I found him he was bit up, skinny, and had fleas. The staff at med vet took him in to help him at 2 in the morning and were so wonderful . They saved his life …

In the most difficult time that an animal lover will go through. Medvet and there employees (Toledo hospital)are helping my family transition with a lose of our boy chewy. Thank you medvet.

If I could go back to that day I made a TERRIBLE DECISION taking my 2 yr cat to this place. I should've NEVER taken her there. She would still be alive today if they would have given her treatment but because I could not afford the care they had me make a payment and sent my cat home with me. She suffered terribly that night in my house in front of my 9 yr old son . She could not breathe and laid in agony til morning. I took her to a different vet and it was too late. She had a stroke early morning and died. Your office is shameful. Payment before care is your reputation. I just found out too late. Go somewhere else for quality humane care please.

The ladies that took care of my cat in the early hours of Friday were amazing. I wish I would have gotten their names. They were professional and compassionate. I was in and out in no time at all. So grateful that I had some place to take my cat In the middle of the night. Thanks to you all for being there and doing your jobs with such great work ethic. May you all be blessed with wonderful blessings.

Vet pretty much told us that $400.00 wasn't enough money for them to treat my pet...all about money, no compassion for animals

Caring, understanding and wonderful staff.

They were kind to me and I'm thankful for their help when my cat was ill. Unfortunately she needed to be put down, but I was grateful they were able to run tests and give her an exam without an appointment. I tried other vets but they were going to make me wait at least a week.

My 21 year old cat was in rough shape on Thanksgiving and of course no place else was open. I took him to MedVet on Douglas and the staff was so friendly and understanding. He may not live much longer but he finally ate some turkey when we got home. I am so grateful they were there to help.

When I made the appt for get my friend Bagel to have an ultrasound done on her liver, I was given perfectly clear instructions about what to do and what was going to happen. Then, at appt time, a very nice employee came out of the bldg to get Bagel and brought her back to me when they were done with the ultrasound. She even thanked me for trusting Bagel's care to them! I am very happily impressed.

Best place too take your animal they are great animal doctors and they care about each animal alot i would take my animal their for any emergency!!!????❤❤❤

Waited over 2 hours for the vet then she shows up with an attitude.

Our dog's tail got clipped in a door and we took him in. Made the options flexible that was in our budget. And in the end ended up being less than discussed. Plus every worker from the secretary to the doctors where soft spoken and very sweet. Highly recommend in the instance of an emergency.

Our dog got hit and you got us in right away!! The vet came in and said he was a miracle because after being ran over by 2 tires, he had no internal injuries and no broken bones!!! Thank you for being so nice to Ishka during this stressful time!!! Will recommend you always!!!!

It's nice having a vet that is 24 hours but they are always busy and it hard to get in to see them.

I had accidentally trimmed one nail of our dog into the quick. It started bleeding pretty good. Had no styptic pencil & my wife couldn't find one at three stores she visited. I tried cornstarch, baking soda and even super glue! Thought I had it under control but it soon restarted. Called MedVet & they said bring our dog over. They took her in. Vet Tech named Jocelyn (sp ?) said they had a hard time too using Quick Stop but got it done. Wrapped her paw and put a cone on dog's head. They even trimmed the rest of dog's rear nails!! No charge! What a pleasant surprise. We were there perhaps only 20-30 minutes. Very professional.

MedVet does a great job of letting you know what's going to happen, how long it's likely to take, and when. Then, they'll make sure you understand the procedure, any implications or potential complications. When it's all done, they'll go over exactly what was done and make sure you understand the discharge instructions and medications they are sending home with you. They are conscious of costs and won't perform any unnecessary procedures. My only complaint is that they wouldn't refill a prescription and the communication with my regular vet was delayed or not done the way my vet likes it to be done. Most of that is my vet's problem.
