Positively the most knowledgeable, caring, responsive Veterinary Hospital in Ohio. The office staff and technicians are kind, friendly, helpful and go out of their way to help in any way they can. The Dr's are amazing, with such well informed, up to date, state of the state knowledge. They will always strive to find the solution to any problem, and to encourage the pet owner when all is well too! Great place to vet. Highly recommended.

If I could speak on this more I would. One day I might be able to but for now I will say this. When your whole world is turned upside down and you are having the worst time ever in your life? You and your pets need this place and these ppl. Amazing staff that goes above and beyond. Just unbelievable the care that they put into their animals (and their ppl clients too). They really walked w us thru the most heartwrenching time of our life.

This place has gone down the hill over the years. And now with COVID, their techs and nurses are all clueless teenagers, and it shows. Have been coming to this vet for years, and have seen the service deteriorate during that time. My last visit was a hellish experience...waited forever, even though it was a scheduled appointment for an emergency. After waiting for over an hour, I complained to the girl at the reception, politely. The doc comes in after another half an hour and starts yelling at ME for not being nice to her staff, which I actually was. It seems these girls told doc some lies, and she went ballistic on me. This was by far the most un-professional office experience of my life. Needless to say, I won't be back to that God-forsaken place. This office used to be decent. But over the years it really went downhill. If you care for your pets like I do, please heed my advice and go somewhere else. You will not be sorry.

Dr Hull and all the girls were so amazing when my dog Daisy became very ill suddenly and we had to euthanize. They were so kind and caring to myself and my family. They took such great care of Daisy and showed her so much love especially in the end and I will never be able to thank them enough.

Very caring doctor and staff. Got my old fur baby feeling better. Very grateful that they are able to help her feel better. She likes them too, she is shy around people, but likes them all and can tell she can trust them, cause she goes with them so willing and happy.

I have nothing but great things to say about Hull Veterinary Hospital!! I called on a Saturday, after normal businesses hours for an emergency visit and the receptionist was incredible. I was frantic when I called in and she was sweet, calm and truly sincere when trying to help. Melanie Hull and the staff who took care of my dog that Saturday were absolutely outstanding. They were kind, honest, helpful and affordable. I will be recommending Hull Veterinary to any and everyone I know. Thank you guys!!!

Just moved into the area and this was the first vet we took our dog to. Talking to the receptionist on the phone she was not eager to get me off the phone, she answered every question and addressed any concerns and even gave me advice. I have talked to 3 different people on the phone and each one of them was nice and profesional and straight forward! Taking our fur baby in we did not have any surprise expenses as soon as we told them what was going on with our dog we were given a estimated statement. No surprises, and everyone was super sweet to our dog. Would definitely reccomend to anyone! Reasonably priced too!

Since coming to Mansfield 14 years ago, I can honestly say in my 45 years of pet ownership, we’ve never experienced better quality in every way, especially care, compassion, and what is in the nest interest of the pet within the context of the family. Superior advice, professionalism, and family orientation. Best veterinary care we’ve ever experienced - and we’ve lived in Cleveland, Boston, Houston, and then of course our beloved Mansfield. We love Drs Hull and Congdon and the entire staff. Very loving and caring. Good partners to work with in the care of your beloved pets - the whole team always has your best interests at heart! I have been taking my Bichon, Tessa, to Dr Hull since we brought her home from the breeder when she was 8 wks old. She is now almost 10 yrs old & I have not one complaint. Dr Hull is very professional and explains everything thoroughly. Her staff are always polite & friendly. To every one of you - Thank you Very much!

I will never go to another vet as long as me and my animals are alive. The staff here are so amazing and caring they are almost like an extended family i always feel welcomed wether im there just for an appointment or picking up special kitty food. I highly recommend these guys.

Dr. Hull and staff are wonderful. They show as much and compassion for your pet as you do. Usually have to wait for a while once you get there but they spend a lot of time with each patient. Highly recommend this Vetrinarian to anyone interested.

I recently lost the best dog any human could ever have. Dr. Hull came in on her day off, after hours even. I have been going to Hull's for 10 years now and they always treat my animals like they r their own.

We are very very happy with Dr Hulls office. We used to be at another very popular vet down the road, with our former dog. We are much happier here and it’s much more affordable on top of that.
