We have a retired Grey and they treat him like family. He doesn't get scared of going back with them by himself like some animals might because they're so friendly.

Vet took the time to talk to us and didn't make us feel like a metric.

I’ve brought my eight month old dog which is a German shorthaired pointer to this place. My dog is suffering from a broken front left leg. When I brought him into the clinic they turned me away because I did not have an appointment. Even though my dog can’t even walk or support his weight they felt that it was necessaryTo go somewhere else because this is not a walk in clinic. I told the head secretary all I wanted was professional advice on how to wrap my dogs leg. It is very sad that one point in time veterinarians did not care about money and whenever they saw an animal hurt and in need they would immediately do what they can to help. This place just like most places it’s only worried about one thing and that is making money even if an animal is in dire need of medical attention. Don’t waste your time because they are not genuine they are just there for the paychecks.

Im 71 yrs.young..i have never ever been treated so well and weve always had pets.never have i had the DOCTOR himself call me and tell me how surgery went.another time what the xrays said,even when id call with a question,hes the one i heard from,cant thank them enough.superb service

Everyone I've ever talked to has been so nice. Also one of the cheapest vets in town, I've checked. Highly recommend!

I have been taking my Labradors to RRAH for 40 plus years. Dr. Grothous and staff always provide TOP SHELF care for my pups. I would recommend to anyone looking for a Veterinary professional for any animal. Great people make Great businesses. BRAVISIMO!

They are always friendly and truly care about your pet.

My dog is taken to another area and then I hear her crying like she is being forced to be compliant. Oh, this was to have her nails trimmed.

Great staff super nice. Took 5 cats and 2 dogs. The Dr. Was so sweet and kind to all our babies. Would recommend to everyone !

Been going there 40 plus years it's a great place.. got a house out in Delta and I make that 45 minute drive for my dogs

They did a great job trying to keep me within a decent price range and were very knowledgeable.

Recommend this for anyone who has a pet. From the doctors to the staff everyone is very kind and courteous

Dr Severt is the best....

They followed safety guidelines. Came out to the car and walked my fur baby in for his appointment. The doctor called me on the phone to discuss his visit. He came back out tail wagging and happy ????

I greatly appreciate Dr. Savage taking her time with us and answering every question. She genuinely loves animals and educated me on proper animal care... I've had animals my whole life and still learned from her!

Best Vet in town, and I only trust them with my dog!!!

My 5 year old German Shepherd was experiencing anxiety with the fireworks in the neighborhood and without question she was examined and prescribed medication to take the edge off. They went out of their way to see her during the COVID pandemic while socially distancing. Hats off to the team!!

Their hours are wrong I’ve been calling them since they “opened” at 7:30. When they finally answered the lady was rude to me. I arrived and the front desk ladies made faces at me while I was explaining I was a new patient. However, I was taken in the back quick and my nurse was very polite.

All the doctors are friendly and professional, and love animals. Due to covid parents must wait in their cars while their children are inside. The doctors will call with the diagnoses, corrective action and estimated cost.
