Called earlier to ask some questions about one of our rottweilers. Some of the questions the Dr had to answer, who wasnt there at the moment. Not only did i get a call back, but was left a detailed message answering all of my questions. Also mailing us a detailed plan and some brochures a out our dog. We have only been going there for a few months, but have nothing but great things to say. Wonderful place. Highly recommend

The staff actively try to get to know your pets. They treat your pets like their own. The staff are so sweet and friendly. The best part is they are very well priced. Not too expensive but not so cheap that you think they aren't charging enough. I cannot recommend this vet hospital enough. ????????

Friendly and knowledgeable professionals, really the best, but the wait to be seen runs 30 minutes late or longer.

Dr. Couch is always so customer service oriented. With her compassion she is certainly in the correct profession.

Can't say enough about this vet and Dr. Couch!! My dog was not walking well - very stiff. Woke up whimpering in the middle of the night and couldn't move. I called the emergency vet, but waited until the morning. I seriously thought I was going to have to put her down. Dr. Couch assessed her, pulled blood and gave her anti-inflammatory's, which worked well. She called the next day to check in and to give further instructions. Dog is 100%! Thank you!!

I can say nothing but praise for Dr. Couch and her entire staff. My Duchess is well taken care of and doesn't have the OMG I'm going to the doggie doctor symptoms if horror and trauma. They take wonderful care if her and I feel confident when she has to go for her check up every year. Way to go Dr. Couch and staff.

The doctors here are so incredibly smart and compassionate. They helped our elderly animals live two more years after we moved from another vet who wasn't doing anything for them. Dr. Couch is awesome. You can tell she loves her job.

We love Stellhorn Veterinary Hospital. That took amazing care of our cat a couple years ago and we continue to recommend them to any one looking for a veterinarian.

Dr. Couch is awesome! Very patient and treats your animal with love and respect. She is very professional, but also very kind.

The vet refused to even see my dog and he almost died until we went to another vet and got other advice. Go somewhere else if you want your pet to live.

Staci, the vet, is very knowledgeable, very loving of our pet, & very polite. The others in the office are the same! Very covid compliant ! Was a great experience!

Vets don’t seem to have my dog’s best interest at heart. I feel they unnecessarily push annual vaccines that could be given less often. I was not informed of all risks which in my opinion outweigh the positives. They also told me they would spread out the vaccines because of a prior reaction but gave two at once (one of which had 8 vaccines) and my dog had a bad reaction again. Disappointed and feel guilty and badly for my baby.

The Vets always take great care of my kittens, cats, & dogs whatever. I've been with them for many years and would not go see anyone else. Dr. Staci and Dr. Buckner are fantastic I enjoy their personal touch with each one of my animals.

Pet loving folks work here. Helpful. Friendly. Caring
