Great experience. They were patient with me letting us wash our two big German Shepherd s ...also insisted that they clean up after we made a mess in their wash room

I attempt to use their service for my dog while visiting from out of town. Only after I filled out the online form, submitted my dogs vaccination records, and submitted my credit card information did the business tell me that they do not take out-of-town dogs. So if you are from out of town and wish to use their service, you cannot. They should have indicated this on their website since that is their policy.

I absolutely love pups paradise!! It took a little while for my dog to become comfortable with it, but the staff has always been so patient with him. When he boards, I get lots of pictures and updates while away. He is so well loved and taken care of, and it's a wonderful place to take him! He now eagerly runs inside and straight to the staff, leaving me in the dust. I highly, highly recommend! The photo attached is one of many the daycare staff send/tag us in. Pups is a wonderful doggie daycare!!

Absolutely LOVE it here! Tally and Jo come home after play time and boarding exhausted from the fun they have with their "friends" and the staff greets them at the door like they are rockstars. When we pull into the parking lot both dogs get very excited because they know they are in for a full day of fun at pups if we are taking them for daycare or a weekend of play and relaxation if they are being boarded for the weekend. Highly recommend, the staff is terrific, very responsive and the portal is great for checking on your pups during your time away!

Nice place to get stuff for the dog

Our puppy goes to Pups once a week to give her a better life. She is always so exhausted when we pick her up, which is what we wanted. I LOVE how Pups keeps in close contact with our vet to ensure our dog is always up to date on her shots as well as other things. I would give Pups 5 stars, but they don't have anything for the dogs to play with inside of the rooms. The rooms are enormous and decorated, but the only things the dogs can play with is with each other. We have experience with both PUPS, Perrysburg and Sylvania, and we love them both.

The people who work here are always super friendly. Got a tour of the facility before boarding my dogs so I knew what they needed for an overnight stay. The pups always look like they’re enjoying themselves!

I got the opportunity to take a last minute trip up to Northern Michigan so I called Pups Paradise to see if I could board my Bulldog. They had room for Thurston Howl IV and he was so excited to go. This was his first time away from home. He's had play dates there but never an overnight. I was gone for 4 days and I got a call from one of the staff sayin that he didn't eat much of his meal and they were concerned. She said the thought it was just separation anxiety and stress so I told her to update me later in the day. She called back a couple hours later to tell me he started to bleed which can be common. She suggested they take him to the after hours MedVet so I agreed. I came home from my trip a day early and went straight to MedVet to pick up my boy. The Staff was correct. He was just a little stressed and had Colitis. I'm so happy they staff had to foresight to keep a close eye on Thurston. They even sat with him in his cage and hand fed him to get him to eat. The vet prescribed several meds and he is back to his normal playful, Bossy self today. Thank you to the staff at Pups Paradise for catching his lethargic behavior and staying on top of it. I appreciate you!

Best play plays for puppies

If I could describe the staff here I would use the word "Saints". We rescued a dog 7 months ago and we boarded her for the 1st time here last week. Let's just say my dog is anxious and acted out and wouldn't let the staff near her. They called me day 1 to inform me the status of her and that they are working with her needs to give her the best time there that they can. They took the time to figure out what worked for her and did everything they could to make her comfortable. In my mind they went above and beyond a dog boarding place was required. It shows that they people who work here actually care about the dogs who stay there. They want to make it the best experience for the dogs. If nothing else I will be a loyal customer based on surprised and impressed I was after our 1 boarding here. To the staff that helped with Sophie I just want to say thank you. It means a lot that a place carrying for my dog, actually cares about my dogs wellbeing.

I have heard many good things about Pups Paradise before I owned a dog of my own. They live up to the hype! Very friendly staff. Love that I can check on him through the web cam.

We take all three of our dogs there for grooming. Ashley does a great job. I would reccomemd dropping your dog off right before 8 am when she gets there so your dog comes out first.

I have boarded my dogs here before, & my dogs loved it. They liked playing with the other dogs. The staff is friendly, & you can tell that they love dogs. They took great care of them.

This place is terrible. Told us our dog bit another dog, which was a lie then found out from an employee that our dog was banned because another employee didn't like our dog.
