Quick and easy and they had the food I needed in stock!

Was very unsatisfied with the customer service. Went in to get some fish for a tank that we have at home. The older lady working back in fish was very rude and acted like it was an inconvenience. We had asked her opinion on a few things and she was very snarky with her answers. We decided on one more fish before leaving and I was told she would be with me in a moment while finishing a grocery list with another employee. Disappointed for sure.

Seemed cluttered. Good variety otherwise.

Staff was friendly a helpful and knowledgeable and the store carries a variety of products that are different from everywhere else it's pretty good selection

Normally staff is very friendly but I was there not long ago I took my yorkie for the first time and I was asking a worker for a fish and my dog had an accident I was extremely apologetic I told her I would clean it up If she gave me cleaning supplies and an older lady came up very rudely gave me a dirty look and aggressively out the cleaning supplies next to me and said “here” in a rude tone and she never told me where to throw it away and still never helped me with a fish very disappointed

They overcharge, hardcore. I thought Pet Supplies Plus was bad. I will only be coming here as a last resort, if I absolutely have to. Outrageous

They only had some chacilas for adoption, we wanted a cat, ok I wanted a cat maybe even a turtle ???? would have been nice.

The store on my last visit was lacking in employees to help on the floor for questions. I finally got a cashier to help me. I will shop at Petco again because you are the only large pet store near me. Though your prices were a bit high considering I tried to order online to pick up in store but my internet use is sketchy and the online prices were much cheaper than shelf prices. I did appreciate the store being able to price match the online Petco prices.

All the fish I bought were sick. But I live too far to drive back over 5 dead fish. Hard to find an employee to help when you need something

They were SO rude they refused me and my daughter who is 5 years old service and when I asked for the corporate manager they refused me the number the manager is the worst their staff is horrible and they discriminate against you on how u look n dress all n all don’t go here

Went here to purchase some saltwater fish and was quite surprised with their selection. The tanks were also very clean (saltwater and fresh), and everything looked healthy. They had fish, invertebrates, live rock (of various sizes) and even a few corals. The staff is typically not very knowledgeable (but they are SUPER friendly and try to help in my experience) but if you want knowledge, research on your own (I was googling fish while standing there for compatibility) or go to a local fish shop. This is not somewhere to go and buy fish if you don't have some knowledge or aren't willing to research compatibility and care. If you go to a pet store their fish people are typically more knowledgeable, there's Preuss Pets which is amazing in Lansing... They have EVERYTHING (expect to spend HOURS looking at their items, it's amazing how much they have), or MVPets in Portage, they have a good selection and most of the staff knows something about fish or can ask someone who does know.

One of your sales people was so nice when I called and she said it looks like what I was trying to find was the last one on the shelf so she pulled it and put it at the front for me. The girls up at the front were always nice but today they were especially sweet with my poor old bloodhound. The girls had a rough day cuz she was traveling out of state and her harness broke. I love that your stores are just as nice no matter where we are or how far we travel

We had the best experience ever! We had no idea on what flea products to buy. Two employees came to the rescue today!! Amazing wealth of knowledge and awesome customer service!!! We would've been lost otherwise. I will definitely go back to this store!!! Highly recommend

Amazing store, which has everything you dream for your pets to have!

Very little engagement by associates. Hard to have questions answered. Website is confusing, particularly when it comes to making appointments. I want to bring my senior rescue dog for an appointment, but I am unsure of the quality of care he will receive.

I love the help that I received for my first time with a new puppy I have never owned a dog before.

I take my dog once a month for her mini make rover, I really like the groomer there her name is Tabatha, she is awesome, she talks to my dog the hole time

Extremely nice staff and for the variety and quality of products the prices are almost unbeatable especially if you use the rewards program!
