We have 2 pups with allergies. We originally could only find their food online (expensive and inconvenient). I talked to the manager and now they keep it on stock. Also, now that they're in a larger store, they have a pet washing station and Peticure services. We love it!

Great local store that had name brand and specialty products. They had everything I needed for my cats!

Staff was super polite and kind to my dog who was hesitant to accept treats from anyone. When we got to the car he did accept the chicken treat bag he was given. Top notch kindness and care from the staff

We buy all of our pet supplies including cat litter from this store, primarily, because they try to keep prices low wherever possible (which isn't always easy with higher end products for pets). The staff is as helpful as possible, it feels right supporting a closely-held business, and we will stick with them as long as we can.

This the only place I shop for my dog. Wags to Wiskers has a large variety of high quality foods and treats for dogs and cats. They carry toys, collars and bowls as well as other items for rabbits and Guinea pigs. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting just the right thing for you pet and they are very friendly. If you join their points club then you can earn free items. All in all the best pet store on the West side of Ann Arbor.

Great selection of quality food and products. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location and easy parking. I came for my dog's nail trimming (they host Peticure on Fridays) but couldn't resist leaving without some fun toys for my dog.

I love this place! It has everything we need for our cat care, including an excellent selection of dry food from Orijen and great toy selection. We also got a kitty condo that was made in Michigan; our cat loves it! The store keeps track of your recent purchases if you try out different types of food, etc., which is helpful for new pets.

The best pet store in Ann Arbor, hands down. Some of the most impressive customer service around. (Shoutout to Lane!) Staff is extremely knowledgeable of pet dietary needs and always happy to special order items not in stock. It's going to be slightly more expensive than your big box pet supply BUT you're supporting a local small business and that's what really counts. I will state that when I'm in there, the person that does have issues at Wags is usually same person that gets immense enjoyment out of yelling at hourly employees everywhere they go. Wags folks rock!
