Excellent care of our Jack Russell. He was very caring and compassionate during end of life care.

My dog was absolutely shaking when the vet tech came out to give us the receipt after getting his booster shots and when she put him in the car she hit his head on the roof and didn't acknowledge or apologize or anything. The female doctor is condescending and unprofessional beyond belief! I'd avoid this place at all costs!

This place is nothing but a rip off. Brought in a kitten for normal vaccines and proper care of a young kitten. $500 later and 3 appointments, we still have 3 vaccines to go and to spay him. Called to ask if I could just bring him in for vaccines without having to pay another ‘vet visit’ and they would not give me an answer without bringing him in. I bet Dr. Pal is living the dream off the scheme

I was very happy with my experience at Dr. Pals. I visited them with a foster that they previously cared for. The team knew the pup well and treated him with such kindness. Dr. Pal answered my questions and made sure the dog was at ease during the entire exam.

My dog loved the visit! Everyone was so professional and treated my dog with such care.

The BEST animal clinic!! Dr. Pal and his staff are so kind and considerate. They really care about giving the best care to all animals they see. Their prices are reasonable, and you can get an appointment fairly quickly.

Always where I take any of my animals. The entire staff is amazing and the doctors dont get any better then here! Always willing to help and always a smile on everyone's faces ! Absolutely the best place for your fur babys!!

I’ve been taking my dog here for grooming monthly ,for a year . Today on arrival was told I needed a copy of shot records, although dog has tags. Ok- so let’s call the vet and get records. The thing that upset me was the girl telling me over and over that they told me- my spouse was next to me when I made the appointment on Bluetooth speaker- he heard it- I was not told- my point is could you say maybe you made a mistake? Maybe you didn’t tell me I had to bring paper records or get them faxed? The girl was so rude and unprofessional, trying to make a point. HUNNEEEEYYY- I CAN FIND A GROOMER ANYWHERE - DONT NEED THIS CHILDISH BATTLE OF WHO WAS RIGHT OR WRONG.

They always have taken terrific care of my dogs. That is why I have been a customer for almost 18 years. I LOVE the people who work at Dr. Pals.

This vet clinic is very good. My animals always come out well groomed and we'll taken care of. They actually get excited to go see Dr. Pal. The prices are always reasonable and you can tell the staff really loves animals. However, sometimes the receptionist staff can come off as snappy or rude and that is just because of how busy the clinic is.

Very professional and super nice. I didnt get to meet the doctor in person due to covid regulations but all the other staff was very nice!

top notch care for my pet!

I was just telling my customers about the time I brought my puppy that I got from Petland in there. They give you a free checkup for Dr. Pals. Well it's a shame that they keep pushing him on other customers..my experience was the girl tech grabbed my puppy's snoot and told him to shut up bc he was crying and well Dr. Pal himself I assume was kind of rude. Not someone I want to talk to. Took my boy to another vet after that. Hey I'm still telling stories of you guys two years later!

I can only speak for the grooming part of the business but if you like to put your dog in a crate for over 6 hours no food and maybe water...then this is the pace for you to have your dog groomed. Here is the protocol....You drop your dog off between 8-9 they do not give a time when the dog will be done the groomer said there is no protocol as to which dog get groomed first or last....so if you like me i dropped her off at 8.30 and did not pick her up unti 4.45....that wil be my last visit !!!.....i LOVE my dog more than what they offer. She does not need to be pend up for over 6 hours...this was the 3 rd time and last!!!!they need to revise there protocol ..DR PAL!!!!

Wonderful!!!! They come to the car. Parking spaces are numbered and they take to pets in so you sit and wait. They consult over the phone or come up depends.

I don't like sending my pet in alone but completely understand with COVID practices. They ate great with my pup!

Dr. Pals and his staff are awesome! They make you feel that your pet is their only client. I appreciate their candor and the time they spend presenting various options for our dog's medical issues. Additionally, their fees are very reasonable. I highly recommend this office!

Dr. Pal is awesome. We have had to bring almost all of our animals in to see the vet between me and my parents animals. They are attentive and they explain everything.

Words can not even begin to express our gratitude to Dr. Pal, Dr. Igoe and Dr. Duecker , Lisa and Sarah for the loving and exceptional care our Husky King received since he was a puppy. We had to say Goodbye to our precious King this past Friday. We appreciate Dr. Igoe and Sarah for being with us at this most difficult time. Thank You Dr. Pal and all the Staff.

Dr. Pal is very condo ending, and the other vet, I cannot remember her name is very uninformed. I switched vets.

Great vets and great staff

Dr Pals was very personal and professional. He was honest about waiting to get my dogs teeth cleaned and he could have pushed the time frame. It was easy to get an appointment and the the wait time was reasonable. It was a little pricey but they did give me an estimate beforehand.

Dr. Pal's has always been a go to for all of my pets. They truly care for your loved animals as if they were their own. And even now during this Pandemic, they have a mostly contactless system where you call when you arrive in your car, then one of the Vet Assistants will come out to your car and get your pet. Then the actual vet will call you with any issues/concerns and discuss the options. I highly recommend Dr. Pal's Small Animal Practice!
