I recently brought home a puppy after 8 years, so I feel like a brand new mommy all over again. My 8 year old Goldendoodle and my puppy gets such good care from Anita Grigor. She is very patient with me and helps me understand the best care for my 4 legged babies. I am impressed over the outreach texts I receive checking up on how they are doing when they have a health issue. I would highly recommend her.

Well, this was an interesting one that had my entire family baffled. The vet made a point to let me know that my 10 month old kitten(9lbs) bit a technician on the finger while being microchipped - now he has to be quarantined for 10 days and will require heavier sedation for future appts. This was the second appt trying to get the same animal microchipped…he was hissing at them the first time, so they asked that I bring him back a different time. He is getting a big shot…what did they expect?! I was very disappointed in the efforts of the vet and technician - imagine if I had asked them to cut his nails!!! Luckily, I can do that no problem with my sister AND we do not let him bite us! Time to find a new vet. Update: Just received the paperwork from the Board of Health. Now I have to take an additional day off of work and pay for another vet appt for my kitten to get him released from quarantine - Dr. Sinclair opted not to tell me that part of the quarantine. I can assure you the additional appt will NOT be at Crossroads. I cannot stress this enough - do not bring your pets here, especially not cats. Also, my kitten already has his rabies vaccine, but apparently that does not matter.

I think this was our third visit now and so far I couldn't be happier with both the care and service.

If you need seven reminders of an up coming appointment, this is the place for you. If on the other hand you are an adult and don't want more than one reminder go someplace else. I scheduled an appointment for our new puppy. 2 minutes later I received a text reminding me of the appointment I just scheduled. The text indicated if I reply STOP I won't get anymore reminders so I replied STOP. I immediately received another text telling me I won't get any more texts. The next day, a Friday, while unloading my car at my Lake House, where we go to "get away from it all", I received another text reminding me of the Monday morning appointment. I again replied STOP, sure enough another text telling me I won't get anymore texts. Saturday while sitting on my dock fishing I heard my phone way up on my deck ringing. Rushed to answer it. You guessed it, it was Crossroads calling to confirm my Monday appointment. I asked the girl on the phone to please note my account as not wanting or needing any reminders. She said she would. Sunday evening we were sitting around the campfire and I received another text reminding me of the Monday appointment. When I took my new puppy to his first appointment I again asked to please be taken off their reminder service. She said she would make sure it's done. EVERYTHING the vet recommended I said lets do it, we want him heathy. Paid the bill scheduled his next visit a month away and again immediately got a text reminder. I called and told the girl who answered that I need the texts to stop. She said "I'll take care of it". Thursday before the next visit text nightmare started again. When I received the phone call on Saturday I again asked for the texts to stop. She said she would tell the office manager. Took puppy to his second appointment. Paid the bill, did everything the vet recommended again then scheduled his third appointment, you guessed it, immediately received a text. Called back and was not very happy but, was professional in expressing my displeasure. Texting reminders did not stop. After his third appointment I found another vet. Asked for no texts and .......don't get any. I can not review how well they cared for my puppy because I was out in the car. Met our new vet. Very nice and took good care of our puppy.

We have an older dog who needs daily medication to prevent 'accidents'. And every month it is a huge hassle getting a prescription filled. This last attempt we were told to try local pharmacies. When that didn't work we were advised to order online. Really? Horrible horrible way to do business. Our dog will soon have a new vet, good riddens.

I called to get an estimate on the cost of cleaning a 7lb rescue and was told I’d have to come in for an initial visit before any dollar amount can be discussed . Really.... that’s awful. What a horrible way to do business! If I was able to give zero stars, I would have. Shame on you and your business.

They don't overcharge or suggest unnecessary bloodwork etc. Honest, clean, handle cats well.

I really like the way they communicated with me . I also liked the way they worked with me when I ended up at the wrong place they still took my cat in. They were very professional and very nice and also made sure I understood everything. I would recommend to anyone.I also liked the care my cat received, I felt like he was in good hands and will continue to return for future needs of my cat.

Crossroads came highly recommended to us as new pet owners, and they did not disappoint. My wife and I were very pleased with the care they showed are dog. The vet was not in a rush and let me ask all of my questions without interruption. Although pet care is seemingly always a bit pricey, I felt as though this place had a good value and the prices were transparent. We will be returning in the future.

I’ve been taking my cats to Crossroads for a couple years. I took one of my cats to another vet one time because Crossroads wasn’t able to fit me in as soon as I needed (which is fine - it happens). I called today to make an appointment for that same cat and was rudely told, “We don’t have any appointments” after I told her that I went to another vet. I asked, “No appointments at all?” And she replied “No. I would just go back to the other vet.” No other context. Guess I’ll be taking my pets exclusively elsewhere since they don’t care anymore. The vets/staff at Crossroads seemed to care when we visited previously, but I’m not sure of that anymore.

Be prepared to bring a stool sample (from your pet) when you arrive. They usually ask for one at time of arrival; though no one setting up the appointment has said to bring one. My pets care has always been very compassionate and gentle. They went above and beyond to make sure my cats were up to date with all vaccinations and procedures in spite of my clueless-ness to what needed to be done. Drop off during covid was easy and only required a bit of patience. (Simply call when you arrive)

Professional and empathetic. I took my cat here when it was time to put him down and the staff could not have been better. Their bedside manner and sympathy for how difficult it is to put a beloved pet down was very much appreciated. They explained every step of the process to to me patiently, never rushed me, and made the process as tolerable as possible. My family and I are very grateful. It was a very sad day but the staff here made all the difference.

My typical emergency vet wasn’t answering their phone so I called Crossroads in a bit of a panic. My cat was showing signs of UTI and I didn’t want him to be in pain any longer. I was able to come up and he was taken in and treated quickly, reducing the stress and anxiety most animals get from being at the vet. Price was very reasonable, especially for the last minute appointment. Thank you a million!

Their care is always top notch. We recently had to euthanize our pet, and the could not have been more helpful, understanding or compassionate.

We have a very young German Shepherd who has a 3-4 week time frame to take three shots. My little brother went in to get his first ever puppy his shots. My little sister made a mistake and told him the time of the appointment was at 1130 …

These people really care about my dog. I've taken my young dachshund here several times now and have felt that they are very competent care givers. They did an excellent job on his neuter and he healed quickly and cleanly. They were also able to identify the cause of his recent limp as a loose kneecap from trauma (another dog was playing and jumped on him, but he's just a little guy and got flattened) and provided detailed instructions and prescription inflammation reducers to help him get better quickly and in comfort. They're a little more expensive than your average vet, but very good and in a clean, nice facility.

Everyone I've dealt with in the few years I've been going here seems to genuinely love animals. They stick to their appointment times I never have a long wait. Most importantly though, they take great care of my animals. Would highly recommend them if they are within driving distance.

Love Dr. Siclair and the rest of the staff! We've been going there for 3 years since we got our rescue. They are incredibly nice, caring, authentic, explains everything no matter how big or small. It's great to find a place you trust, and I'm glad we've found them.

Dr. Siclair is the absolute best! The Crossroads Animal Hospital staff, technicians and doctors are kind, gentle and loving. I would recommend Crossroads to anyone seeking veterinary care for their four legged loved ones! Thank You so much for your love and dedication to your profession, the community you serve, but most importantly my puppies! With a Grateful Heart. John.
