This staff truly cares. Dr. Garcia treats every pet I the family. Melinda is quite humorous. I get her everytime I call. She takes time to make me laugh and calm down when I'm in a panic. We took Oreo in today for a recheck and one of the techs who saw Oreo on his last visit came in just to check on him, she wasn't even the tech that was doing his vitals/check-in. This is an office full of real people doing their best to take care of your fur babies.

Dr Garcia was extremely compassionate as we had to say our final goodbye to our beloved dog yesterday. It was an emotionally difficult decision and Dr Garcia and staff did everything they could to help. Thank you for your stories and kind words this past year as our dog battled melanoma cancer . It helped to hear others experiences and to know we did everything we could. Thank you … it means a lot ???? ❤️

This is not a hospital it is a wellness clinic. The office manager told me hospital is just a name they use. Dr. Garcia told me he only does wellness visits. I wish I had known this before I let him treat my cat's diabetes for the last year. My cat is no longer with us due to DKA. Please learn from my mistake!

Dr McCort is the experienced, loving vet we trust so much we transferred to Brunswick to let her care for our precious dogs. Everyone is so friendly and helpful!

Had to wait over 2 days for bloodwork results when my dog was miserable from apparently wrong dosage of thyroid medicine from previous bloodwork. I was told the vet would call me the next day. No one called until I made 4 phone calls to them myself and it wasn’t even the same vet who called. The one who called did not even know the meds my dog is on and he’s been going there for 15 years. So definitely I do not recommend this hospital anymore.

We have been using this office for a few years and now are looking for a new vet. My dog got sick about a month ago and was shaking, not eating or drinking, and vomiting. I called first thing in the morning and was told they didn’t have anything for 4 days. And if my dog got worse to “just take him to the emergency room”. I called again today because my same dog now has a possible ear infection. The receptionist told me they didn’t have any appointments until next Wednesday which would be 1 week. I asked if it was ok to wait that long and she told me “not really, but we don’t have any appointments”. After telling her I will have to find a new doctor and one that can see emergencies she told me that was ok. If you ever need an emergency appointment this isn’t the place to go.

We moved to this area less than a year ago with a new puppy and two cats. Every emergency and general appointment we have made (which has a been a lot since our puppy is mischievous) has been great! The receptionist are friendly and well organized and the doctors are wonderful! I highly recommend this vet!

I love the doctor there, but receptionists are horrible! Every time I need a prescription for my dog, I’m waiting for days for them to call it in and am forced to call daily until it is done! Last time I waited for 5 days to get a medicine that my dog needs and I literally called 3 times out of 5 days to get a response. I like this vet overall but this is the third time that they have been irresponsible when calling in a script.

The staff stayed after hours for me to fulfill an important need on a very hard day. Thank you doctor and staff for your compassion and willingness. My dog was comfortable when he hates the vet. God bless youall.

Our experiences have always been GREAT! I wouldn't change anything at this point! Buc, my Beagle, LOVES Brunswick Animal Hospital! They always answer all of my questions, and treat Buc like he is one of their own.

Such a wonderful staff, compassion reigns supreme with the loss of our Beloved Sugar Bear and the kind with a new baby Piper. Special thanks to Melissa and Sam as well as everyone there Dr Garcia and Dr Langdon ( the two Doctors we've met so far) are great. I've already recommended your office to everyone at work. I would NEVER recommend Brunswick Animal Hospital. I brought my golden in as basically an emergency on May 23rd. He received an x-ray, and the vet was extremely concerned something was wrong, so his labs were sent to radiology (which is a 3rd party). It is now JUNE 13TH AND I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A CALL FROM THEM. I called every other day since his appointment, and finally 2 weeks in I was told their 3rd party is very behind, and they refunded me that portion of his bill (about 1/3rd of the bill). His pain medication ran out after two weeks and he is now limping just as bad and in pain. I called yesterday requesting a full refund, because I OBVIOUSLY need to take him to a different vet, and was told I would have a call by the end of the day. OF COURSE NO CALL. When I called today- what do I hear? The office manager is out til Tuesday. You would think if they have a customer THIS ANGRY, it might warrant a call on a day off. I have never gotten communication this bad from ANYWHERE. Completely unprofessional, lack of empathy for my dog. Obvious they don’t care about my freakin dog or they might have asked about him once?

Everyone is very nice Any doctor that has taken care of my Naomi, has been great. Their prices are reasonable as well. We have been coming to BAH for over 5 years and will continue to do so.

Absolute WORST!!! I had an older cat who never had problems before, and they only test they wanted to run was one for HIV and give her fluid injections. They didn't want to help her just make an extra buck. Plus it was a circus in there. They were all so unprofessional and very creepy with the animals. I thought one chick was trying to get a date with the cat. Very rude, and it's obvious there vets don't care about the animals.

I used to go to Westpark animal hospital but had to switch vets due to moving and found this place and liked the reviews. I absolutely loved the staff, the only issue I had was with the scheduling. My appointment was set for 10:30 and I ended up having to wait in the parking lot for 45 minutes before they let us in. I will be bringing my cat here from now on, just need to be patient in the parking lot because they do care about our fur babies. I would give 5 stars if the scheduled time was accurate but having to wait 45 min in the car with my already freaked out cat, having to run my car due to the heat was not ideal.

Dr.Garcia was great. Took my dog Midnight in for a checkup because she was not eating and he was able to quickly find out what was wrong with her and had me rush her to a hospital to get surgery performed on her. Needless to say, he saved my dog from a life-threatening infection. And their prices are highly competitive.

I saw Dr. Garcia who took the time to help me understand my cats issue, what all options are, and suggested ways I can further educate myself on his issue. He was patient, compassionate, answered all my questions, and was very honest throughout our visit. I felt very confident and comfortable with the whole experience and highly recommend him. The staff was also very kind and sweet. Thank you for taking such great care of my family member!

Absolutely the best experience at a vet's office we have ever had! You guys! I'm sharing a God send to you all! If you have a dog, and need the best, most affordable, educated and caring vet on this PLANET..... See Dr. Reveley Brunswick Animal Hospital! For 2 years, we have tried diets, medications, treatments and different offices! Our pupper (yellow lab) is finally healing and on a road to recovery. Dr. Reveley had spent so much time with us and genuinely cares about Khaleesi! The continued follow up calls speak volumes. I was about to spend $300 on a animal dermatologist for a consultantation ONLY, when I randomly googled this office! He fixed her, cleaned her ears, examined her, set us up on a plan of action, cleaned her glands and did swabs under the scope for under $200.00 after spending $$$$$$$ over the past 2 years on absolutely ZERO relief or diagnosis for her, he saved her! We will NEVER go anywhere else! Guys, trust me when I tell you he is AMAZING and the real deal!!!!

I called at 2:15pm asking if the vet could see my sick cat since he hasnt eaten, drank nor used the litter box in 3 days. They were able to get me in at 3:00pm and were the friendliest staff and most professional vet. Explained all options and possibilities for Louie's behavior. I couldnt be happier and they have a client for life now.

I love the staff and the veteran's that have taken care of my minature Dachshund, George. They helped me through the hardest thing a dog lover ever goes through, they were there for George and I on the decision to have him euthanized. He died in my arms as he received his final shot. They sent me a wonderful card of condolences from the complete staff, that's a personal touch that I really appreciated. They helped me with getting George cremated and helped me pick his urn.

Absolutely fell in love with this place and the staff today They are very kind and patient with animals you can tell that they genuinely care about the animals and not about racking up the prices the doctor was honest and the staff was amazing And kind. I will continue to go here

Waited all day to get some medicine for my cat and was constantly told they would call me back when it was approved. A basic over the counter medicine. Ended up doing a google search to find a store that sold it. Unprofessional, unreliable, and uncaring. Take your pets somewhere where they will actually get help.

The Brunswick Animal Hospital has done a great job caring for my dog Roxie. My sister has had to manage the care for my dog while being deployed and BAH continued to keep me updated on all of Roxie’s visits and has answered all of my questions. Looking forward to many years of utilizing them for my pet’s healthcare.

Dr. Garcia and his nurse Emily were so patient and kind treating my baby last minute. Very professional and clean. Highly recommend!!!

This Animal Hospital was a very welcome surprise for us, who are new to the area. This was our very first visit, but we are overall happy with them. Besides the initial excessive wait (40 minutes waiting outside past our appointment time), the rest of the visit was great. They seem to really care well for our babies (our 9-month is a handful, and they handled her really well), and they were very patient while explaining everything to us in detail, as our oldest needed special attention. Hopefully the wait was a fluke, as we really like everything else about this place.

My dog Pria went for a follow-up from xylitol poisoning and she love the place everyone was so nice to her and even though she gave Dr Garcia a hard time she did good got all her shots and micro chipped. I highly recommend them.
