Our four legged family member Buddy Bandit loved his experience in camp as the counselors love the campers and display their care constantly. The owners/managers are involved and provide a great model for the team

So my dad brought my dog here to get groomed, and the lady who cut his nails cut it way too deep. I understand making a mistake, as long as you tell us because I understand the dog may be fussy and such. However, the groomer failed to tell us a single thing about this, until we had called her AFTER we got home and his foot suddenly had blood practically SPEWING out. And I’m not exaggerating when I say that, the groomer had definitely hit a blood vessel and had not even told us that this had happened until we called absolutely panicked, saying she did apply the things necessary to treat it and that it may have come off when he went outside. I come home from college to find all this out right before Thanksgiving break, as there’s blood all over our carpet and my baby is in a inflatable cone. Happy Thanksgiving though, am I right? Nah, for real though, save your money and find a better groomer! You’ll thank me later! :)

This place is great! My beagle loved playing with all the dogs. The staff was great and answered all my questions. I loved that they have cameras set up in each room so you can watch your pup during their stay.

Well since my dog didn't cooperate as I had hoped she would, we have to come back for puppiey socialization in January but the staff was super super nice and I appreciate all the advice they gave me and a second chance for my pup.

My Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Cameron, loves Camp Bow Wow. We have used the day care, boarding and home buddies and cannot say enough about each service. We can leave on vacation or go to work without the worry of Cameron being lonely or bored. The cameras that allow me to watch him throughout the day are amazing! The love and attention he gets is almost like home. Thanks Camp Bow Wow!

Our furry kids LOVE going to CBW Strongsville. The facility is extremely clean. The staff is highly knowlegeable of dog behavior and each member truely loves each and every dog that visits them. The owners take pride in their facility, they hire experienced staff, and they know each and every dog that visits their establishment. Our kids are treated like family and cared for as if they were their own. And for this overprotective mum, it gives me piece of mind to know my kids are being treated with love and respect. Thank You CBW!

I love how friendly the staff is. Even with my very anxious/excitable dog, they are very welcoming and nice. They really do care about their customers and campers. I also really like the camper d-tails card I get letting me know how my dog did that day. That is very much appreciated.

I have taken my dog to Bowwow for years and never had an issue. I always type up instructions that my dog is very anxious when caged and they need to remove his collar and chain and put outside of cage else he will chew it off. They assured us a note is placed on cage and they will take care of it. We recently boarded him and when we picked him up they said OOPS 'a new person didn't know and left his collar on in the cage. '. The fact that they gave us his chewed to pieces collar in a baggie with some Cheap worthless replacement collar on him was the least of my complaint. My poor dog had a bloody huge sore around his neck where he chewed. I have been applying vaseline and neosporine and now to see he has developed a hemoglobin. I will never take my dog to this place again this is the one in Strongsville Ohio.

Everybody was super friendly and answered all questions I had! It seems like the people working there thoroughly enjoy their job and take good care of the dogs! They were able to accommodate me quickly with an interview so I could get my dog acclimated to going there before leaving him for a week. The cameras on the app are a nice feature for helicopter dog moms like myself! We’re happy we were referred to Camp Bow Wow and look forward to day camp/boarding for our dog Bernard!

Many problems with my "interview" My 5 month-old puppy hasn't been around a lot of dogs, due to vaccination quarantine, so I took him here as a means of socializing him amongst other dogs. I was told that his "interview" behavior would determine whether he qualified for future stays. Aggressive and/or timid behavior would disqualify him. After an initial introduction to the other similar sized dogs, my dog seemed a bit overwhelmed, so they moved him to a smaller class of dogs, in which her displayed more confidence. I was told to return or call after about 30 minutes to determine whether he would be best going home, or continuing his (3 hour) minimum assessment. After killing some time, we head back to Camp Bow Wow, greeted by a thankfulness that we had retuned. Apparently, there had been in "incident" in which another dog became aggressive with mine; snapping at him and pinning him down. The director's recommendation was that the camp was not the right fit for my dog, and that he should head home for the day. Problems a-plenty here... Why was I not called, informing me of the "incident"? Had I not returned, when would I have learned of it? Also, as you can view your dog on a live video feed, my dog never seemed to be removed from the yard. Why not? Were we waiting for another incident to happen? And, as aggressive behavior is considered a disqualifier, and my dog displayed ZERO aggression, why was my dog "not a fit"? Why was the other dog, who displayed prohibited behavior allowed to stay? Honestly, even if my dog had qualified, I wouldn't have sent him here for any future visits. The actual experience, for your dog, could be likened to canine prison. The dogs spend most of their day in a yard, surrounded by other dozens of other dogs without any toys. There is one ramp in a very large room, filled with many, many dogs. This is supposed to be stimulating? Don't believe me? Go download the Camp Bow Wow app, and choose a city. You'll definitely see dogs congregating with little to do The director mentioned that the facility had been overwhelmed with so many bookings, leading to far more dogs than normal interacting with mine as part of the interview process. She then insinuated that we insisted upon having our dog "interviewed" despite overcrowding. Never once was this situation ever mentioned to us. We simply booked an appointment with zero forewarning. While the staff, especially the trainers, seemed very nice, the experience was enough for me to say, "Never again!"

Camp Bow Wow makes scheduling daycare and boarding a breeze! Used the boarding for the weekend of my wedding. It was such a relief knowing my dog was safe and having fun playing during one of the most stressful few days of my life. Also, appreciated being able to check on her with the cameras to watch her play. Camp Bow Wow is the best and my dog always comes home happy and exhausted.

Great place for our dog to interact and play with other dogs. Also nice to be able to schedule a bath or groom while she's there and get it all done at once.

Our puppy gets so excited to pull up and run into Camp Bow Wow. From the first FREE day, we have been fans of the prices, facility, and staff. Everyone is so helpful and nice. They often have weekly/monthly deals that help immensely. Our puppy has enjoyed doggy daycare, boarding, and grooming. We look forward to more days and possibly training as we continue to use the pet services of Camp Bow Wow.

Our dog LOVES camp bow wow! He always has so much fun. When we tell him he's going to camp his head instantly pops up and he gets all excited, he knows what it means! When we park in the lot he just about jumps out of the car and pulls our arms out of the socket yanking us to take him inside faster lol. He loves it there so much and its such good socialization and exercise for him!

The people working here are so incredible! Always friendly and they truly care about your dog. Daycare is great way to socialize your dog and to have them burn off some excess energy. I love the Doggy Cam--I can see my dog at play whenever I miss him.
