Great doctors and staff. I've been taking my fur babies here over 20+years.

Unhappy with an inconclusive diagnosis and recommendation to go to another clinic. My daughter took her pet to VCA for an emergency situation during regular hours. After an X-ray, $500 bill, and discussion with the vet, they could not determine the cause of the illness. Recommended another vet and shared incorrect prices. Since desperate, we took her recommendation, where she was charged another $500 for tests, as a result a $4,000 surgery was recommended. Found another wonderful place who completed the surgery for under $1,000. If you think your pet needs surgery, not a place to start.

Drs and techs are always pleasant and reassuring.

We met this staff at a very low/sad time. But from first point of contact and beyond, we were treated with great kindness, compassion and professionalism. We are very grateful to everyone there. From the receptionist who patiently waited for me to answer her questions through my sobs, to the wonderful Dr. Meiggs and Vet Tech, Dana, who walked us through the heartbreak experience of saying goodbye to our dog. Cannot say enough good things about the people that work here. My only regret is that we didn't find this place sooner.

They take good care of your pets

Their prices are great and they are so friendly. I got stuck in the mud today with my car and one of the employees asked me if I was okay. I was able to get the car out and I really appreciated that. Thank you!!

Love VCA midparl. I moved outside Parma and drive about 20 mins to take my pets there. Everyone there is very nice but the wait can be a little long sometimes.

The staff there are so nice to dogs. We recently had a visit for our dog and getting his blood tested and the staff couldn't be any nicer. Fast in and out even with Covid parking and calling.

Excellent vet setvice. They really care about your pet and you. Would highly recommend.

Picking up pet meds method. is just plain Assine !!!

Did not need the service, but they were helpful in answer my questions.

Called weeks ahead for my dogs medicine . They said they put it aside . I drive in today and they gave it to someone else . Said i took too long . Was never told I had a time limit to pick it up . They woman on the phone didn't even apologize .

This was my first visit with my doggie Drew, everyone was very nice????. I had to find a new vet the old one went out of business, covid is rough. I look forward to few, but GREAT visits there.

Needed an appointment on relatively short notice: Dr. Sara Meiggs accommodated us. Brought my dog here for reactivity and anxiety and was given special attention and a relatively quick assessment. Dr. Meiggs seems welcoming and did not immediately try medicating the anxiety and had alternatives. Was given some discounts as this was our first visit. Overall, I will be choosing this facility for my pet's care. Wonderful first impression.

We waited in car 15 min after we paid for someone to bring out special food.

This is a wonderful place to take your pet!! They spent the time with us and it was a non- stressful visit for our dog. Great staff and everyone had a good attitude. Try this place!!!

Everyone there is so nice. They are gentle with my Maggie. Prices are better than most places. I reccomend them highly.
