Always good customer service, been going here off and on for years absolutely love the way they treat animals, and they also have a kennel to. If you want or have to go some where and cant take your animal they will bath it feed it play with it ect

We have an older diabetic puggle who tends to push his limits on things and falls ill occasionally. This past week he took a turn for the worse and we were certain we were going to lose him. Dr King and staff were able to care for him and we was able to bring our baby home. This team genuinely cares about the animals and their owners and has gone above and beyond time after time to make sure our loved ones are healthy and happy. Will never change vets.

Always great when I go. My dog recently had a serious liver issue and they saved him. Friendly and informative whenever I go. They know the answers to all of my questions.

My Boy Max was sick and I had actually taken him to another vet that was not able to figure out what was wrong with him. I was desperate and was frantically calling every vet that was fairly close to my location. I had gotten lucky and was able to get him in that day to see Dr.King. They kept my boy for two days updating me every few hours and did everything they could to save him. I thought I was going to lose my Max. Not only the Best dog but my Best kid. Dr.King literally lived up to his name and helped me save my boy and now certainly an adored and admired King lol! I finally got to bring Max home today. The Best Christmas present I could ever possible receive! I'm whole heartedly grateful to each and every staff member ???? the price also was within our reach. Definitely an amazing vet and I look forward to seeing them in the future.

I have two dogs now. My oldest little high strong and rough around edges. Team does amazing. Even at event in the community my dog goes right up to staff. When he had surgery I was the more nervous one. They were calm and answered questions and when took home and had more questions. They resure me. Only thing is the prices but I pay it because my babies are well taken care of. I know we are all in best hands

Dr Bruce is a great Vet. Great Place for you pet. It will be crowded but there's a reason for that. Quality!

I have brought my animals to Dr King and Northside for more than 20 years. In the past, they have been amazing and saved many of my pets. However, Over the years, the practice has grown, become more expensive and overwhelming, and the quality of care has gone down. About 2 years ago, I finally became totally disenchanted and switched my services to a vet in dublin. I now alternate between my small town vet in mechanicsburg and the new vet. I still occasionally use northside for emergencies, but everytime I do, I'm reminded why I don't go there regularly anymore.

Helped my puppers same day and we're amazing considering hrs an American bully and most people act scared around him. They were awesome with him and treated him like family. Dr Mack is absolutely the best

I had a newborn puppy who needed immediate attention. They got me in within an hour, and did not charge me to clean and glue my puppy up. I know it did not take much of their time, but they had every right to charge for what time it took. I am beyond appreciative of this veterinarians office and their wonderful staff!

I've been taking my pets to Northside Veterinary Clinic for over 15 years. With Dr. King reducing his hours and no-longer performing surgeries the quality of service and care has gone down. Today I called to make an appointment for a teeth cleaning and to have a suspicious mole removed from my dogs leg and was told that two different doctors would be needed because there wasn't a doctor who could perform both procedures. And the first available date was over a month out. I don't want to put my fur-baby under anesthesia twice for a procedure that in the past would have been performed at the same time with one doctor. I also don't want to wait a month for treatment/removal of the mole that could get worse or infected while waiting for the appointment. I'm not a happy customer and my fur-babies are not receiving the same attention and quality care they use to receive. Time to look for a new Veterinary Clinic.

Took my mom's cat in for some medical issues. They had very friendly staff and it didn't take the doctor long at all to check out the cat they explained everything to me thoroughly I think it's a great place to take your animals.

Had to say goodbye to our 16yr old dachsy. They handled everything with grace and dignity.

They did an awesome job. The kid that took care of us he did an awesome job. I had to have my 13 year old lab put to sleep due to age and was full of tumors. Hated seeing my girl suffer. She was 4 weeks old when I got her. One great girl.Princess Fiona.rip I recommend them to anyone. Thank you

They are always helpful. Saved my dogs life when his vet of 12yrs couldn't get him in. Was told to go to Cincinnati. Northside said come right over. I had my dog 2 more years. I take new dog there now..

Due to COVID-19, you are required to call or text when you get there, then you wait in your car until they are ready for you, they will let you know when to go in, seems like it takes a while but they are good

Loved the way they did things ❤️❤️❤️❤️ will be back
