The Veterinarians are knowledgeable and friendly. The website to make appointments and ask questions on-line is easy and user-friendly. If you want your appointment to be a quick "in and out" you can get that; however, if you have questions they are always willing to take the time to answer questions and give advice about food, groomers, daycare, etc. I've been going to them for years!! Wouldn't take my "pet kids" anywhere else.

For more than 25 years, we have trusted our pets' health to Bigger Road Veterinary Clinic. All of the veterinarians are intelligent, caring professional doctors, and Dr. Blakelock and Dr. Coe are two of the many top notch veterinarians that we have visited. At this time, we have one cat and a dog, but we had three cats before our new family, and they each lived well into their late teens, and one lived a happy life for 21 years. We thank Bigger Road Vet for their guidance and their professional services over the years. It is also very convenient that they have two locations: Kettering and Springboro. Our cat is a shy 7 year old healthy beauty, and our dog is a two year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Adopting a dog was new to us, and Bigger Road has provided for Charlie's health, her training, her socialization (wonderful day care, Erin!), her insurance, her medications, and her grooming (thanks Jessica!)!

I have always been able to easily schedule appointments for my pets, even as new clients during the pandemic. Dr. Olp for my pups and Dr. Crocker for my cat have been wonderful to work with and are always so friendly and thorough in addressing any concerns I may have. I actually work at a local veterinary ER and specialty hospital and have been a pet care professional for almost two decades. I am very particular on who cares for my pets and am thrilled about Bigger Road’s fear-free practices. I highly recommend this clinic not just for veterinary services but also for their daycare program, which seems to be phenomenally ran. As long as we are living in the Dayton area we will be using Bigger Road!

Great team here! They've been amazing for our dog and cats. The staff have all been professional, friendly, and very good at communicating what's going on. Dr Olp in particular has been great at working with our younger cat who has trouble with anxiety and aggression at the vet. Dr Olp's fear free techniques were a game changer for her. They have been excellent at giving me options and advice about planning care for our pets in ways that fit our budget and the pet's needs. Highly recommend this clinic!

I've taken our dogs to both locations for different reasons, and am always so relieved/impressed with the level of care and compassion for them, and for me as well. We are never rushed out the door and are given the opportunity to ask as many questions as we need. Payments, prescriptions, appointments, and tests have all been very easy to navigate. Can't say enough about how happy we are at Bigger Road.

I am so impressed with this vets office. We brought our dog here towards the end of his life and they treated him and our family so well. Really appreciate all the condolences they sent. Amazing vet definitely recommend.

We’ve taken our two Standard Poodles here for monthly grooming for a couple of years now and are so impressed with the service, facility and wonderful staff. Jess does excellent work and our pups love her. Highly recommend.

I recently took my kitten (needed shots and the whole shebang) and my older cat (who stopped eating) to the vets here. We had great experience the vets were very thorough with their questions and answerd all my questions. And even better my old cat is starting to act herself. The lab work was done Friday afternoon and Dr. Coe called Saturday with the results. I will say I was referred here by a friend and I'm very happy we came.

Due to Covid communication is done by phone. Vet, Dr. Olp, goes above and beyond to make our pets feel safe and secure without either parent with them. And definitely takes as much time as necessary to explain all procedures and tests and answer all questions. Can easily see she cares for our pets and their parents peace of mind.

This place is fantastic. I have used many vets in the past and never received the level of care and compassion that the staff here has shown me and my pets. Everyone here is kind and is genuinely concerned for your fur babies. I took my late Daisy Mae here when she fell ill and she received the best care I could've asked for. Every procedure done on her, every medication given to her was broken down to me in terms of what she absolutely needed and what we could do at a later time to save money. Each staff member went above and beyond their duties and when I had to say goodbye to my best friend of 13 years, they were there to comfort me - even sent me flowers. I loved this place so much that my new fur baby now comes here. I would recommend this place to anyone!

We love Bigger Road! Everyone there is knowledgeable, kind, and thoughtful. They do an amazing job with all our dogs but do an especially great job making our nervous dogs feel at home.

The staff is extremely friendly and caring, they take care of the animals like there own.

Really like the staff here, they are all super nice. I used to go to the Kettering location but my dog was too anxious so I switched to Springboro. When my dog passed on, Bigger Road was very nice and even sent flowers. I just moved and adopted but still make the drive for the new pup because the people here are great!

We highly recommend BRV. Everyone who works here really cares about our pets, and tries hard to accommodate each animal's unique personality and behaviors.

Thanks to Covid I'm having to go to Springboro for dog grooming..for the same I usually get in Kettering. Just glad I can get her in there ????????

Thanks! Springboro Bigger Road Veterinary Clinic and Dr. Coe for taking care of sick Atticus and protecting us all with curbside care and wearing PPE (masks/gloves). A Fear Free Clinic is innovative and humane. A wonderful choice for my rescues.
