I bring my puppy to Hills&Dales and have been more than happy with their care of my little lady both for routine and ill visits. All the staff are professional, caring, kind, and very competent. I recommend them to anyone looking for excellent vet care for their furry family members!

This clinic gave me a huge scare. Told me my dog had cancer and it was going to be about $2500 for surgery. Went to another vet for a second opinion. Turned out it was just a hair follicle growth that is somewhat common. Still had to have them surgically removed. This cost $500 at the other vet. That price included the anesthesia and pain meds for his recovery. I will never take my pets here again.

I made a couple of appointments that I needed to cancel at the last minute due to life events one of them being going on a vacation with my grandmother whom has Parkinson's and is 88 years old. I let them know both times that I would need to cancel the appointments. No showing is when someone doesn't show up without notification. I have taken one of my other dogs to this place as well. With that being the case, how many times do you have to take a pet or pets in to be considered out of the "new client" phase? A business does have the right to do what they want (in a sense), but a customer also has the right to find something better which is what I've done. Either way, not working with your customers isn't really a good sign and if a business is unable to accommodate the lives and schedules of those who keep those businesses in business, then maybe they should look into a different line of work

Great clinic, great experience! Because of COVID, they have a curbside protocol. Went very smooth, the veterinarian that saw my cat even called me while I waited. Very prompt and thorough. Thank you Hills and Dales Veterinarian Clinic!

Dr. MacDonald did a great job on our dogs spay. The incision was so clean and neat afterwards! He also cleaned out her ears since all the groomers are closed and she REALLY needed it. He did a great job! The staff are super nice as well.

Hills and Dales is an incredible place for your pet. They have taken nothing but the best care of my girl Frida, and I love knowing that she is in great hands while there. It’s amazing to know that they care about your pet just as much as you do, and I couldn’t recommend a place more.

Our experience started off good, with a nice staff and helping our puppy get healthy. But when we asked about neutering big dogs, the doctor explicitly said there are NO conflicting viewpoints and that all dogs should be neutered around 6 months. But we have heard from other vets and read on the AAHA website it could be better to wait. We were a little frustrated that she wouldn’t even say that there might be conflicting data but insisted that all other professionals in the field (that she knew) would agree with her. But then she provided us a print off from the AAHA website that said: “Large-breed dogs (over 45 pounds projected adult body weight) should be neutered after growth stops, which usually is between 9 and 15 months of age.” This just made us a little uneasy and confused because she provided us with a handout that contradicted her discussion with us.

Hills and Dales has been great to us and our dogs for years! We are forever patients! Well checks, sick dogs, surgeries, and nurse appointments are always awesome. Our dogs love to go to the office. The staff and doctors are polite, caring, and thorough.

Hills and Dales Vet Clinic takes amazing care of our dog Archie. They always remember him when we come in. The doctors and assistants are always helpful and responsive to my questions and concerns. And they are very communicative about my dog's health when he has procedures done.

We needed more of our cat's special food, and ordering and picking it up couldn't have been easier or safer. Thanks to Hills and Dales for always taking care of pets and families.

The staff are always extremely polite, responsive and helpful! My cats have seen Dr Jiminez and she was very thorough and effective and explained things at my level. She also has gone above and beyond as a vet. My experience with Dr Maimon has always been poor, she was rude and at one point chalked up a diagnosis (later made by Dr Jiminez) for my extremely ill cat to anxiety -very disappointing experience with her. I only worked with Dr Macdonald once but it was a good experience! So great practice but be wary of which doctor is seeing your pet.

Doctor MacDonald is terrific. He is very thorough with Ernie. We have complete trust in him and his staff. We have patronized Hills and Dales Veterinary Clinic since they opened. They have seen many pets of ours. And have given them the best care. We appreciate them so much.

Our dog went in for some routine shots and a check on his anal glands. They were really full and he feels much better after his visit. The vet suggested scheduling a follow-up to keep the glands clear. Thanks!

We’ve been regular clients for almost as long as this clinic has been open. They’ve stood by me through the loss of too many great pets and kept all my pets in excellent health. They are thorough, kind and considerate in all interactions. They go above and beyond to give the best service and care possible. Now that times are really hard with Covid concerns, they have found a way to continue to offer great service with curb-side drop off. Even in the rain and inclement weather. That’s what I call real dedication! All the staff and doctors are to be commended for their service and smiles. I simply would not go any place else for pet care! Pam C.

Everyone here is amazing and they really care about your pets and they are super organized and professional. If you want a high quality vet and are in this area I would recommend them 100%! I have been coming for about a year as I was new to the area but have been super pleased with the care my dog receives and the way I am treated as a fur mom!

We absolutely love this place! When my mothers dog had a severe panic attack and ate puppy pads and a towel they were so compassionate and amazing. They knew my mother could not afford surgery at the time from just starting her new job. They found an alternative to help save money and to save me. Barkley. We then started taking our pup tinker bell because of that experience with my mother. We cannot say vet or her favorite employee around her because she freaks out thinking she’s going to see her best friend Chelsea! 5 stars all around! Amazing staff, clean, affordable. Definitely an amazing office. When our lizard was very sick we took her to another office who were awful to us but when I asked them if they knew another lizard vet they sent me to another amazing vets office! You guys rock ♥️

Very personable, attentive and caring! Called to check up my Mom’s 24 yr old Pomeranian. Very quick to get “Cody” in and to have his heart medications ready for pick up whenever I needed them, would even ask about my Mom and how she was doing! Needless to say, they were VERY attentive to my Mom and recognized that she too was dealing with a memory issue and was EXTREMELY PATIENT and UNDERSTANDING!! They also care for my 2 10.5 yr old male Maltese! ENTIRE STAFF IS AMAZING!!

I am a new cat owner and was looking for a reliable, personable, friendly vet office environment to take my new buddy to. I was very disappointed with how they handled my visit from the moment i stepped in. I was never givin a clear amount on how much things would cost until after the things that needed to be done were already done. My visit wasnt handled in a personable way. Just felt like another patient they were wanting to take my money from. I had my cat neutered there as well and they handled some extra things on their own without telling me before hand and i had to end up paying for it as well. Just overall not a great place to bring your pet if your looking for friendly, personable staff and experience. Will be finding another vet. Hope my review helps.

My pets are long time patients at Hills and Dales Veterinary Clinic (10+ years.) My dog has had the best care I could wish for. I have referred others to the office and they have the same comments.

We are always satisfied with the care our cats receive and after over a dozen years with four different pets we wouldn't go anywhere else. We've had to put one down, had spaying done, had a couple of surgeries for nasty fights, been through worms, hair balls, allergies (of the cat!) urinary tract infections, feline vestibular disease and a broken pelvis with accompanying tendinitis. They keep track of vaccinations, and remember our pets and their conditions. No matter which doctor we see, they are professional, empathetic, knowledgeable and have provided exemplary care from kittenhood through old age. The office staff are efficient and responsive. Booking appointments for well care/check ups or for emergency conditions is remarkably speedy, with even same day available for urgent situations. They do follow up calls to ensure your pet is doing well after treatment and overall this is the best vet practice we've ever gone to.

I found Hills and Dales through a quick Google search when we decided to get puppies. I cannot believe how lucky we are to have our puppies taken care of by the most caring and intelligent team. They treat us like family when we walk through the door, and take the extra time to get to know us and find out what will work best for our family. Our dogs leap out of the car when they realize they are at the vet, if that isn't the highest honnor I don't know what is! Thank you to this team for caring for our "kids" like their own.

My experience with Elizabeth Maimon's unfriendly attitude was particularly unsatisfactory. Will not return.
