Pet Supplies Plus Reynoldsburg, Ohio

Came in tonight at about 6:50 to buy about 25 plants, a school of dithers and the remaining silver dollars on hand. Was told they were closing and I couldn’t spend my money here? Awful odd business model. I live an hour away and made the trip after work. The franchise owners should be aware that the staff handling small live animal cleanup on evening of 1/19 were the ones that refused service. I went home and placed an order online with a reputable aquarium supplier. Not a good look. For this experiencing similar difficulties, Petland just opened about 5 mins down the road

Great Pet Store! My dog comes here to get groomed and a bath but also his Birthday Doggie Cupcake! Pet store allowes pets in just to shop and My dog did mark his territory by the dog food (heads up) but it was cleaned up..lol Staff is always friendly and helpfull . I do hate that they dont carry live feeder mice for snakes though.....

If I could have given no stars I would have. The groomer never keep there appointments. People are friendly but work ethics are horrible.

Love this store and that they also work with VIP Petcare to get all my animals vaccinated. Truly a 1 stop shop for your pets. My only wish is that they had more cheaper options because I struggle financially. I never seem to get their coupons even though I'm signed up. Regardless. I still love them

This store had everything I needed at the time, for my cats. I also stopped to pet the kitties, look at the Fish, birds and other animals that all looked very happy. The employees were professional, helpful and kind.

We go here to use the self serve dog wash because our dog is too big for the bathtub and this location is close to home. In previous visits a discounted pet wash was included in our membership, but this time we were charged $10! It costs me less to get my car washed, and I didn’t have to do it myself!! They also previously had multiple shampoos to use, oatmeal, calming scented, and I liked having the options for my dog. This time there was only one bottle of something that wasn’t labeled. There also used to be grooming ties to keep the dog in the shower bay, those were missing or gone. It seems they did this huge pet wash renovation & aren’t doing much upkeep. Then, upon leaving, I heard another person buying a wash for their dog & they were offered to prepay 5 washes for $25. I was a little annoyed I wasn’t offered this deal after I spent $10 on one wash, but honestly it’s for the best because I don’t see us returning. The guys who work there are pretty useless. They didn’t seem very pet friendly or interested in helping out the customers. Sooo, yeah…we’ll be washing our dog with the hose out back.

Was told by phone to come in for pet nail clippings. Got there 10 mins later and female groomer said not taking walk-ins. Went to the faithful PetSmart!

We recently moved into this area & I have been super happy with the selection & services provided by Pet Supplies Plus! We are doing grooming appointments every 6 weeks & if you schedule your next appointment at the end of your first, you get 20% off the next one (so on & so on). It's a good deal & I really like the staff. They seem to really care about your pets.

Very clean organized store and nice employees. They have reptiles, fish, and kittens for sale. No live mice but they have frozen. There's crickets and other insects for sale too. Had everything I was looking for for a reptile set up ????

I did not have a mask. I went to get one item. Employee approached me asking if I had a mask, I said no. I had my food in hand when employee I assume manager stated " I will not allow my cashier to check you out." Her approach was very snotty treated me like a criminal. They lost a customer for life, and she said she did not care!!!

I normally love coming to this store with my pups but recently I've placed an appointment for grooming services and was disappointed upon arrival. The groomer called off that day and the manager claimed to have called to inform me but didn't call me and called my kid who's away at college so that didn't help. Then was told I would receive a call back the next day. The manager never asked me for my phone number. No phone call. So then I called and was told by another person they would call me back. Like dang what is up with the grooming services. Still no call back. I'll do a better rating when I get that phone call. This next appointment should be free for the inconvenience. ????

Went today for a pet adoption event. Biggest joke ever! one dog. NO other information. Website says look at dogs we will have at event. Picture provided. Went with my whole family in hope of finding our new family pet, all totally disappointed. Update. How is me calling you so you can address my concerns. My review is very explicitly explained. If you read the ad for the event that's explicitly explained the failed pet event on Saturday. You need to discuss the failure of the event with the pet adoption agency you partnered with. They failed you. We were all excited to go to your event as soon as we read your email. My whole family was very disappointed.

We go for the dog wash. Very clean and well kept. Except for one employee who clearly hates his job, we love the place.

I prefer Pet Supplies Plus over the big box store pet stores. They have an impressive selection of healthier dog foods and treats and very little "junk food" like the other stores have. Their staff is very helpful. They have two dog wash stations to take care of easily washing your dog (diy dog wash). I like their focus on the healthier foods. What you feed your pet can determine their health. They also have a ton of cat supplies but I don't have a cat. And there's some small animals and fish there too. Great store! And it's not too big so everything is easy to find.

Friendly staff, ready to help you. I'd take my dog here for the wash. Unfortunately I can't do that anymore because I have levoscoliosis and it hurts me too much. ???? I also printed her tags here as well. And I usually go here for her joint meds because she's old.
