Pet Supplies Plus - New Albany New Albany, Ohio

Searching around the local pet supply stores, PS+ had (by far) the best pricing on what I needed.

Everyone is very sweet (including the other customers). Staff is always friendly and ready to play with my GSD. My dog is usually avoided due to his size but since the staff is so kind, this has become my dog’s favorite place.

The staff goes above and beyond to assist customers.

It's the one pet store I really love they always have what I want and need today was picture day with Santa all the puppies and dogs and cats that came in were so dressed up and cute they are having a awesome 25% off sale if you are a member I am a fish, so I bought four new fish today that sales clerks are very helpful courteous and always in a good mood

I love this store - You have everything I need and more…Your staff is ALWAYS so lovely…You even helped me adopt a kitten…Everyone should shop there!! One request though: PLEASE update your hours w google…it still says you open at 9…I drove from Johnstown to get the only food my cat in liver failure will eat (and you’re the only store that carries it…again…you guys are the best) only to find out you don’t open til 11 - It wasn’t a HUGE deal…I still got my food when you opened…but it would have been nice not to drive all the way out there just to wait. It’s a minor thing…but could be helpful to many. I am still gonna shop at your store cuz it’s the best ????????????????

I ordered something for curbside pick up from this location, intending to be able to pick it up around 7:30 once I got off work. Both on their website and on google their hours said that they were open until 9. I got there at 7:30 and said that I was here to pick up from the email they had sent. Two minutes later they shut the lights off in the store. I then called the stores number for curbside pickup and there was no answer, all while I could see people standing near the phone. I am very irritated that the hours weren’t right and that when I arrived, nobody answered saying that they were closed.

This is a great hidden gem of a pet supply store. Had everything we needed for our kitten/cats. Most pet stores have very limited supply... not here at all. Much appreciated!

Great little store with lots of small critters, really cute kittens right now, loads of fishes, pretty birds, and everything we need to feed my son's bunny and my 2 birds. The staff is always nice and very helpful.

Ran in to grab bird treats the place I usually go to was out of. Staff was awesome. Store was clean and well stocked. This may end up being my new go to.

Pet supplies plus has literally EVERYTHING you could need for a reptile EXCEPT a T8 UVB hood. They are always out? That’s excellent I suppose, providing proper UVB is important. This is by far one of my new favorite places to stop in and interrogate birds.

Terrible service in the fish department

I love this store and the staff. Always a pleasant time when I visit. I also use their delivery service and my order is always delivered quickly and on time. They also pack it very well.

Literally the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’m catsitting for my sister who is out of town and she ordered some more food for her kitty. After getting home from work around 8:30 I see that the food hasn’t been delivered and I couldn’t get ahold of my sister either. I called the store and they said they were waiting on approval for a substitution since one of the sizes my sister ordered was out of stock. I got everything resolved but they close at 9 so they called me at 9:02 and said the delivery service won’t be able to make it out. The girl I spoke to on the phone said she would personally drop it off! That’s seriously going above and beyond. 10000% recommend this place. :)

Stopped by here today to purchase Purina ProPlan Lamb and Rice formula. I was in search of a 35 lb bag of dog food as our dog has a sensitive stomach and this is the only dog food our dog can eat without issues. I looked and the store did not have the desired dog food I was looking for - I then went to the cashier and asked if they had the food I was looking for and he advised me he would ask the back. In the meantime, he was completely uninterested in what I was looking for and was instead talking to his girlfriend and their dog in the store. He advised me that they probably had the type of food I was looking for in other sized bags and that I should go look on the other side of the store where I had looked before asking for help. I went over and looked again for the food I was in search for and didn’t find it, which was no surprise as I had already looked. I then walked out of the store with no comment from the cashier as to whether I could find what I was in search for. Will shop elsewhere in the future - I spend too much on dog food to waste my time and money here.

Always a pleasant experience. Vast inventory at reasonable prices. Reward program (pet card) yields great benefits from discounts to free items. Store always incredibly clean and organized as a result of professional, accommodating staff members.
