We had a vet appointment to establish care (wellness check) at 12pm and dropped him off and was told the pick up is between 4 and 6!!! It is already 5 and we still have not heard from them.

Our dog is always cared for by the assistants and vets. The pricing is comparable to veterinary care facilities nearby. They have easy scheduling online.

Dr. Annette Pascal was incredibly condescending. Not only trying to push the wellness plan on us to an inappropriate degree (just accept "no" as an answer, ok?), she laughed at the type of flea/tick medicine we give our dog. She made an accusatory comment due to the fact that our dog has Lyme disease....WHICH SHE ALREADY HAD WHEN WE ADOPTED HER. Even if that weren't the case, not everyone can afford to spend hundreds of dollars on flea/tick medicine. Dr. Pascal would do well to remember that. Outside of that, we tried to get an estimate of cost for the visit, and that was another struggle entirely. Giving an estimated cost before care should never be an issue. The whole ordeal was incredibly stressful, and while I do not think it will prevent us from returning, I will absolutely ensure that we never go to Dr. Pascal again.

I took my pet daisy to be spaded this morning at 815am. I was quoted 425.00 for the surgery. It was the biggest bait and switch ever. I ended up paying almost double 771.00. When they quote prices they should say a minimum to maximum amount. This calls for attorney General help.

Staff and vet were awesome!!! I have aggressive dog and they were able to help me with her shots! We visited again and this time we got our other dog taken care of. Once again the staff was very caring and took great care of our baby. We were very happy with her "pet"icure.

Avoid this Banfield. They seem to be more interested in profits versus your pet’s care, to the point of impacting best outcomes for your pet. We were told that our dog likely had a fractured tooth before a dental cleaning was done and I told them a few times specifically to pull it and do whatever was needed as she has had a fractured tooth that needed pulled. A few hours later the vet called that she was ready to be picked up and did have a fractured tooth. The vet told us they didn’t pull it because they don’t call for consent in the middle of the cleaning in case they can’t reach us. They never tried to call. I told her I had already consented and she dismissed this. Said we could work out a payment plan for a second anesthesia event to pull the tooth. Not acknowledging that my dog has had issues under anesthesia before and we do what is needed to limit this. When we went to another Banfield after her tooth completely broke a couple months later we were told consent was noted in the system for the extraction and they weren’t sure why it had not been pulled. Also discussed having skin tags removed during this dental cleaning and were told it would be hundreds of dollars extra because a biopsy would be required. I had tried to decline the biopsy and was told it was policy and had to be done. The other Banfield quoted us less than $100 to add it to the tooth extraction. They’ve also insisted on sedative medications / anti anxiety medications for my dogs. The one dog I can understand, Banfields in other states have limited her drop offs because of kenneling, but our other dog has never had problems.

Nice to have my dog cared at this pet hospital. Doctors and nurses here are friendly and care your furry friends. It is inside the Pet Smart store. While you are waiting, you can tour the store and pick up few treat or some accessories for your furry friends. Or enjoy the aquarium of fishes. They open on Labor Day!

Banfield is the worst vets office ive ever been to. Wait times are EXTREMELY long. You dont have a choice but to drop your pet off for hours or wait their for an insanely long time. They tell you a price and you agree then you go to pay and ope its way more expensive and “they cant do anything about it.” I requested a PAIN medication refill for my dog and they cant refill it for 4 days because the original vet is off. They refused and say they cant allow another vet to approve even enough doses for him to make the weekend. Let my dog suffer in pain because “theres nothing you can do” the absolute least helpful or compassionate vets office. If you want a vets office that care for your pet then go elsewhere. The front desk staff and people answering the phone are also ALWAYS rude, unhelpful and snobby with you.

Dr. Little very knowledgeable and loves the animals she treats. Also very sensible towards necessary vs unnecessary medical procedures/expenses.

Seems ok. Part of petsmart. We go there to get prescription food for my grandkitty. Cheaper than my regular vet but not by much. Had a very long wait to get the Rx. Seemed like everyone in there should have gotten pet health insurance because they were all setting up payment plans.

I tooked my dog Izzie to banfield hospital about 3 weeks ago for A Terrible skin Infection. After just 1 bath with the MEDICATED DOG SHAMPOO it's for horses, cats and of course dogs. The medicated SHAMPOO was like A miracle. It completely stopped my dog from bleeding took away the soreness SO THAT I COULD walk Izzie again without no problems. The Vet. Also gave my dog some ANTIBIOTICS and he recommended for Izzie to eat Royal CANINE dog food only. Plus since IZZIE had awhole lot of skin cuts then I had to bathed Izzie every other day for almost 2weeks. If I had a car I'd still be going to BANFIELD HOSPITAL. THEY TAKE VERY GOOD CARE OF EVERYONE'S ANIMALS. Their Prices are A little Expensive but worth it.. BANFIELD HOSPITAL HAS VERY NICE & CURIOSITY FRIENDLY STAFF AND DOCTORS WHO NOT ONLY CARE ABOUT YOUR PET'S BUT THEY CARE ABOUT YOU ALSO.

They always take the best care of my dog. I've been to Banfields in 5 states now and can't complain about one of them. Highly recommend if you need care for your pup.

Had to go inside* to drop two Yorkie sisters off for teeth cleaning. Kind, friendly, mask-wearing staff. (*They practice curb side drop-off)

The staff was super helpful and very sweet. We got an appointment the same day, and they took care of our dog after an injury. They made sure to answer any questions we had, and they made sure things went smoothly, which was very appreciated!

The vets are great, front staff is busy, most are polite. There was a couple of instances where the front desk staff did not listen to our requests. One was the type of plan we wanted to put our cat on, so it had to be redone. The other was we requested medication to be refilled and they filled one we didn't need and didn't fill the other at all. The vets are very thorough with our pets and I cannot say enough about their compassion and care for our pets.

Don’t show up to pick up your dog if you don’t want to wait an hour or two. Every single time I come here I have to pay $100 for something and have to wait around in the store because the staff are incapable of being timely. There was a time that I paid $70 for a urinalysis and they made me go outside the store collect my dogs urine myself. Worst service imaginable.
