The Vet techs are always helpful and friendly. They are fast upfront and my dog gets excited to visit which makes appointments much easier!

Geno & Rooney were really well taken care of while I lived in Westerville! I have since moved back to Western PA and often contemplate making the drive due to the exceptional level of quality service and care.

Always professional and so very caring. Our dogs even like to go to this vet; they rush up to the door with their tails wagging because they get hugs and pats from the staff. The vet keeps up-to-date with current vet practices and medications and asks so many questions to find out any problems. This practice is beyond excellence!

Dr. Forte went above and beyond my expectations for a first time visit. He took the time to answer questions, prepare me for future treatment and called me with updates. He eased my concerns and made me feel that he genuinely cares for his patients. I knew my 16 year old precious fur baby was in good hands.

Took my fur baby to the vet, even though she is always anxious and skiddish due to her original owners not being good fur parents, she felt comfortable with the staff and she got her shots without any problems and the vet and the staff are absolutely amazing, I'd give 10 stars if I was able.

This team goes above and beyond in compassion and taking the time to explain everything. Thanks to all of them for all they do for our family pets.

They took really good care of us when my dog passed. All of my options were explained to me in detail and they treated our family and my Zelda with respect during this difficult time.

After identifying a potential issue with our cat the vet arranged to have an additional test to determine severity. The test went well and our little pal was back home quickly , and we now know exactly what her situation is.

We are relatively new to the Pet Medical Center of Westerville. We recently switched due to the declining quality of service and care that was provided at our previous vet. The staff here is very professional and thorough. When we first brought our pets in for initial checkups, they made us aware of a number of potential health issues that our previous vet had not made us aware of. They also provided options to help make our pets quality of life better that had not been previously discussed. In a recent visit to provide dental surgery to one of our dogs, the level of follow through, professionalism and communication including, several post surgery calls to make sure he was ok, was very much appreciated. We will continue to use this vet for the foreseeable future, and I do recommend them.

The staff was wonderful they took such good care of my puppy we're so kind and considerate and I absolutely love the veterinarian.I signed up for their pet insurance it is such an amazing deal you'd be crazy to pass it up.

My dog Junior had eye surgery, teeth cleaned and skin infection and allergy care. I cant say enough of how happy I am! Junior has been so happy and running around again like hes a pup. Dr Nowery and his staff did an awesome job with his care! Highly recommend his practice. He truly cared about Junior's health and well being!!

Good vet, cares about the animals, very skilled. Dr nowrey operated on my Dog's mouth, got rid of all the bad teeth, and my little Georgie has such a better life now. They are very kind as well.

The extreme compassion and care is overwhelming! Dr. Nowery and his staff are above the normal for making sure your pet is well taken care of. I have a 3 month old kitten who needed a front leg amputated. Dr. Nowery and his team took extreme measures to make sure she was healthy enough and strong enough for the surgery they kept her overnight and monitored her well being. They called the next evening and followed up the next day. They truly care about your pets.

Have been taking my lab here since she was seven weeks old. she is now ten years old. Very caring staff. They follow-up after major issues. Dr. Nowery is an outstanding vet. He takes his time to explain any issues and fully answers my concerns. Highly recommend the Pet Medical Center.

They took great care of my Chihuahua Winnie, I was worried ,but knew she needed surgery for extraction of some teeth etc... Dr Nowery’s whole staff, called me several times during the surgery, and then a phone call from Dr. Nowery, that night after we picked her up, just to check in see how Winnie was doing, and see if I had questions, I appreciated all the calls and follow ups as I did have questions as the day went on....I always receive caring, loving service with Pet Medical! I would recommend them to anyone! ????

We were new patients, and it was a weird experience because they picked up my cat at the car and took her inside without me. Despite that, I felt like they valued me as a customer and took the time to speak with me about any questions and concerns.

Everyone is so personable. The staff is knowledgeable and make an effort to comfort my dogs when they are nervous. The vet provides excellent care and advice. I appreciate everything they do for my furfamily.

Both of the vets at the faclity are great! The entire staff does a wonderful job in keeping you informed, treat your pet like their own and respectful of the owners. Everyone is very courteous and I feel has my pet's best interest in mind.
