Pup-A-Razzi Pet Salon Powell, Ohio

This was the 3rd time I took my mini Goldendoodle, the 1st couple of times were good, Amy’s is not taking new clients at the time which my vet had recommended. This time when he went he had been neutered so could play with other dogs and go outside. Our puppy was just not eating or acting well, I ended up taking him to the vet they did X-rays, and found a bone along side his intestines. This was a Saturday so they sent me to MedVets(amazing) to see if he needed surgery. They watched him gave him some meds pumped him with fluids and a little over 24 hours the bone went to his colon. We brought him home on Sunday within the how he went to the bathroom, and I had to pull out this bone, which was good size. It was a rib bone. I called and talked to the owner a week later so I could cool down, for her to say that he could have never gotten it there. I know he did not get it from home, and next door they sell RayRays Ribs, not a coincidence. I wanted her to know to make sure they are checking where the dogs are, and she just kept saying it could not have happened there. Please take some responsibility say yes I will talk to my staff and make sure area is clean of bones. I pd 1850 for my dog between the 2 appts and she could not take any responsibility. I didn’t ask her to pay the bill just to make sure the dogs are all safe. I will not be returning.

Took my husky/Shepard mix there for the first time this morning. They did a great job and were fast and efficient. Luna is hit or miss with other dogs so I always try to come during off hours and they were kind enough to cater to her needs.

Great people/staff and they always take great care of my our Fur Baby.

Pup-a-Razzi took great care of my older pup today. Kiki was a puppy mill dog for the first 3 years of her life and before I could express my concerns about her being in a cage, the owner immediately got her started in the bath process. I was so relieved to know that she understood. Thrilled we have found this place.

Took our bernedoodle who happened to have fallen victim to my DIY covid cut (of which I didn’t finish). These ladies did an outstanding job on the groom and I could tell Liam was feeling pretty good himself! I give them two thumbs up and will most certainly bring him back for all grooming needs and puppy daycare. So glad to have this gem here in Powell!!

Do not send your dog here. If you care about what your dog looks like at all, avoid this careless establishment. We took our bernedoodle here (she has long fur) and specifically asked for just a trim. We get a call hours into to our dog being under their watch that they “accidentally” shaved her. The best part about it is, the the owner, Tiffany, did it herself! She told me that she wasn’t paying attention when she shaved my 50 lb long haired bernedoodle. Don’t worry! They didn’t charge me for the shaving!! What a joke of a company. If you care about your dog and want it to actually get cared for by groomers, avoid this terribly run establishment.

Grooming was good and like that I get to pick her up when she is thru. Customer service at payment could have been better.

My boyfriend tried to groom my dog, he made a mishap on his lower body so he came here to get it fixed. I can understand that the lower part of his body was a bit difficult to groom but his face and head which were untouched by my boyfriend, was a disaster. It looked so bad I wanted to cry, luckily hair grows back. I just can't get over how much it cost, $70 for an 8lb dog and it wasn't good at all. Two stars because they did attempt to fix a mishap but the rest of it, there was no excuse.

DO NOT DO IT!! Took my 10lbx mix breed in this morning for a cut, bath, and nail clipping. Not only was everything uneven but they're is fur everywhere! This wouldn't be a bad thing if her hair type doesn't shed. I picked her up in a brand new truck 4 days off of the lot and there is fur everywhere. I called and told them and all they said was in sorry that's never happened before. . Asked fir a refund and was told "no ill turn you in for robery if you dispute the charges". Didn't skip a beat like she had done this before will a client concern. The worst cut and customer service I've ever encountered from the manager.

I love paparazzi they are amazing they take great care of my dog and my Abby feel so comfortable with them and when I get her back she’s not sad depressed or acting weird like most places when I take her you can tell she feels safe and she trusts them when she comes back even happier the owner her name is Angie and I love her like she’s amazing and she takes good care of my dog and every time my ???? comes out she looks like a ???? so I drive almost an hour to them and it’s worth it, because I know my dog is taken care of and when my dog gets groomed I don’t have to take her back for a long time because the job is done correctly the first time. Her nails do not grow too fast her hair is not growing too fast I just love ???? it so I just want to tell you guys I love you ???? thank you for everything and thank you for always taking care of my baby ???? my dog is my child she is my life and I love you guys thank you so much. The price is fair and they listen to how you want your dog groomed and what do you want her to look like and then they literally do it , than my dog ???? she comes out and she looks like a star ⭐️ they put little scarves little bows on her head you can tell the love that they have for the animals and you can’t n buy that anywhere so I definitely want to Refer paparazzi to anybody who loves their dog anybody who wants a fair price and wants a job down the first time again Angie and all the ladies that work there thank you so much and , We will Continue to come here as long as you’ll have us so I gave you 100,000 star ???? and more thank you so much love Izzy and Abby

Great people here and all the dogs I saw in there were happy and having fun. Good customer service and great job on the grooming.

I have been going to Andrea for years now. The location back near the railroad tracks is probably perfect for this type of business, and if they get tired of the barking all day from doggy day care, the new craft brewery is right next door, haha.

I am so grateful I found this company. I broke my foot they came this morning picked up both my dogs. They had a play date all day. And everybody is so extremely friendly. They do such a wonderful job with our doggies. Thanks To all your staff. Bonnie and Bentley

First time here. They we're very accommodating with an appointment available the next day. At drop off at 7:30 am, there were numerous people that all appeared to be regulars. Staff were all friendly and they gave our 75 pound dog a great cut and the price was reasonable.

They do an excellent job with my small Shih Tzu. Very quick turn around. Discounts for regular appointments us appreciated.

I'm pretty sure they love our dog as much as we do. There is no better daytime pet sitter than this place and we have been thrilled with their grooming also. We even have arranged over night care at times and they've done so much better than the cage places. One time my wife and I both fumbled the pick-up and neither would be able to get there within an hour or more. Jen called and simply said she'd be happy to drop him off at our house if we make sure she can get in. She drove him home and put him in the house for us. Incredible personal service!

We LOVE pup a razzi! This is the first doggy day care I’ve taken Duke to and he can’t get enough of it. We love all the staff and they are soo good with all the dogs. Each time I go in the dogs are all having so much fun. Duke never wants to leave when I come to get him. We use Andrea for Dukes grooming and she does a fabulous job. 5 plus stars for sure!!!

I love pup-a-Rez and so does my dog. The owner she is the sweetest person I have ever met and she does her job great. In my eyes their the best groomer and my dog does not cry or get scared when she’s getting groomed my dog knows she safe with them and I love that. I give pup-a-Rez ????????????????????????????????Love you guys. Keep up the great work

Our furbaby always comes out looking great!

This was my first visit and I was pleasantly surprised how well my senior Westie was taken care of with his special issues. The owner herself did The Grooming. I would have given them five stars but getting into their facility was a challenge as it's on a steep hill. However they do offer a free service of coming to the car and getting your pet. Also for a $10 fee they'll come to your home and pick up your pet. I definitely would recommend paparazzi pet salon. FYI they have a daycare for all size dogs.

Very disappointed with the grooming of our Pomeranian. They shaved his neck and then hid it with a bandana. It was not what we asked for. You are never supposed to shave a Pomeranian. The hair doesn’t grow back the same. The perfumes in the shampoo or spray bothered my Pom so much and made him tear for a couple days after grooming. And it was February! He froze whenever he went outside. Very inconsiderate! Never again

Our dogs have been seeing Andrea since they were puppies, and now they are old men. We highly recommend her. She treats them like family. ♥️
