My 10 month old pup gets treated so well at Petsuites! He’s always super tired after a day of daycare. The staff makes curbside pick up easy and are always so friendly to greet Presley when I drop him off! I would highly recommend their daycare!

Lovely staff, take great care of my 3 babies Very happy overall but My only suggestion is that at peak times they need to have more front office staff - especially at 630, 8 am & between 4-5

I take my sweet Tia there M-F. And they know who I am right away. They are sweet to my children and tell me how my dog did when she is there. They are very sweet and kind people who actually love dogs. And you can see it

All of the staff treat the dogs extremely well. Even though there are a large amount of dogs, they still pay attention to each one. My dog went to a smaller facility before this one and I was initially concerned about how attentive the staff would be, but my dog loves it there. He gives the ladies hugs and kisses every morning at drop off. He gets to run and play all day while I'm at work, and since they close late I don't have to stress when I get off late.

Very friendly staff reasonable prices. And they spoiled my great dane puppy. The picture updates was nice because my wife worries. Was able to reach out to the staff during hours of course to check on her.

Traveling thru Columbus, Ohio and needed to board our 2 mini Aussies for 3 nights. A friend suggested Pet Suites. We were totally impressed with the facilities, the staff, and the atmosphere at this boarding facility. Clean, no smell, well lit, dogs all seemed happy, talking back and forth with other dogs. Dogs being dropped off seemed happy and not hesitant to go to daycare room. Dogs being picked up we’re fine with no obvious stress or anxiety. I truly believe the staff all care for the dogs as if their own. I would use this facility again and again if we lived in the area.

Great staff and service, unfortunately our pup got sick staying here. Edit: Pet suites reached out and covered out vet bills! What an awesome company.

Visiting from out of town, they responded immediately to our inquiry, all staff were so friendly, helpful and attentive - our sensitive dog responded well to the staff and had so much fun! I feel safe leaving my dog here because they require proof of vaccinations and personality test each dog. The facility is amazing, and they board cats, too!! Why leave your pup at home or in a boring hotel room where they may get into trouble? A fantastic service well worth the money. Also stock some great safe toys and healthy treats in the gift shop! Happy Holidays!!

Felt very assured that my cat Oreo was taken well care of here. Clean, large sleeping quarters and unit for him, and workers are nice folks.

Update your Booking Software. Don't take reservations if you're booked up.

Manager Jackie is completely unprofessional and harasses her employees. She is more wrapped up in drama within the facility rather than the pets she’s in charge of. I wouldn’t want my beloved pet to be cared for in such a tense, hostile environment. Management needs more attention and evaluated.

Hands down best place to park your pet for a weekly play day or week vacation. Super sweet staff genuinely care for furry family members. Social time with other dogs is essential and so is the day off for me!

I was told that my puppy would have a walk around the play area prior to putting him in a crate. He was taken directly to his crate and literally shoved into the crate. I was told they would feed him if I brought his food and gave them directions. The same food I took for him was brought out to me at the end of the day. When I asked the girl if he hadn’t been fed she said “I don’t know.” I don’t even know if the poor little guy had water all day?!? When I asked if I could speak to someone about how he did she said she would check his chart. She brought me a progress report that said he was a happy, goofy puppy. When I called to speak to a manager they were all gone until Friday in a conference. I am so disappointed in this place and sad that I subjected my puppy to this abuse for even one day of puppy preschool.

Facilities are clean, modern and very well managed. The staff was kind, efficient and organized which helped with easy booking and quick check in/check out. Our only issues were, as new pet parents and boarding for the first time (which we mentioned multiple times), there were no proactive updates on how our girls were doing. This communication was promoted on their website and one of the reasons why we felt so comfortable using their services. The progress reports that were given at the end were fairly light on details. We just feel that an extra layer should be added for those who are new to the process. Also, we provided anti-anxiety meds to be provided only as needed. When we picked up, it was obvious that our dogs were dosed often. Finally, for the price, a complimentary bath (like most boarding services offer for multiple night stays) would have been appreciated. We would consider Pet Suites in the future with the caveat of managing our own expectations.

Dog seems happy to go there but seems a bit over priced, especially having to pay for play time.

My dog absolutely loves going to daycare here. She's tried 3 different daycare providers in the area and the only place where she fights to get loose from me to get to daycare is PetSuites Worthington. Also very affordable!

If you've ever stayed at a 5 star hotel in Dubai, it's like that, except for dogs.

Well maintained place and the folks that work there seem to really enjoy the animals. I have a big energetic dog and they always praise how well she's done. Can ask for more than that.

I’ve been using this company for about a year. I have two dogs and typically drop them there for all day play once or twice a week. Check ins are unproblematic. Checking out and the condition of the dogs at pick is often an issue. First, they are frequently returned with a smell bad enough to require baths the same night. It is the sole reason they aren’t there more frequently although I need this service more often than not. Once I didn’t even want them in my car because the urine smell was incredibly strong on both dogs. The dogs and the leashes and collars needed cleaned. A week or so ago a young lady was on the phone at the desk when I walked in at pick up. The other lady was helping a new client and it took a while. The young lady on the phone took long enough that three or four people were eventually standing behind me waiting. She finally completed her task. I was next in line. She saw a lady *behind* me. She spoke to her and said she’d get her dog. I wasn’t acknowledged. Again I was in line first. The other lady finally wrapped up with the new customer and got my dogs. She apologized for the wait. Today the SAME person that ignored me previously went to get my dogs. She opened the door on the foot of one. She’s careless. Then let the dogs go to run around the lobby. Typically, I’m handed the leash. This time I had to corral them myself. She didn’t even bother take off their name collars which staff has done every other visit. I asked what was the problem. She was immediately defensive and raised her voice. She claimed to have let them go because she feared falling. That would have been understandable if she’d not began with, “What!?! I gave your dogs to you. I’m sorry if you feel…” in a tone that was demonstrative of anything but giving a damn about how I felt. I’ve never had an issue with that kind of attitude when a concern is mentioned before. She’s rude plain and simple. My recommendation for her is if she can’t perform the monumental task of serving the next person in line and remaining civil then she should find another job that doesn’t require public interaction.

Our cats seemed to love their stay! Loved the fact that the staff loved our fuzzy children enough to take pictures with them. They gave us cat report cards which we thought was hilarious. Well maintained place, can’t ask for friendlier staff. Will definitely be back, thank you!

Worst pet care!! Clear instruction was given by me for kitty's diet and they haven't feed my kitty treats for 14 days! I am not going there ever again! And when my gf called and ask them! they just rudely blame us that we havent given any instruction! I left my kitty’s bed with them, i came home and smelled it and it smells like pee!

I purchased the ten pack puppy daycare pass for my pup. I wanted to love this place, as the location is convenient, they have several locations in and around Ohio, and they are open super early at 6:30 am for drop off. But, After riding the experience out, I have to be honest and say that the services and provided care are hit or miss depending on who is working. Sometimes the experience is great! But only sometimes. And it’s not worth dealing with the majority of times it is not. For example: they never return any calls. Do not leave a message; you are wasting your time. But if you can get someone on the phone (which is rare) they will be kind and helpful. Just keep calling and calling until someone picks up. Eventually they will. Further, they do not share vital information about health and safety precautions with clients. For example: my puppy came down with severe kennel cough after visiting here three times. I asked them to post something so pet owners would be aware and could look for symptoms in their own pets. That is “not their policy” so beware. I understand it might drive business down but if you take the health and safety of your fur baby seriously, look elsewhere. They will not be transparent about the sicknesses that are present in their facilities. I have switched over to All Paws and it is a WONDERFUL alternative if you are close to the area! Highly recommend checking them out if you are searching for a reliable, professional, transparent place you can trust. But unfortunately, this place just isn’t it.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! My dog contracted a form of kettle cough he was not vaccinated for and is incredibly sick (not to mention the additional costs of the vet bill and medicine).
