Wonderful. Great service. Pampers my puppy. Treat them like one of their own. And she comes out looking great, every time!

My pup has gone there for years. I can't speak for haircut's as she's short coat, but she neat, clean and happy after a visit.

We got our bunny's nails trimmed here. The service was quick. I like that they have walk-ins. Convenient for me.

Great experience! Tried them because my former groomer closed. Friendly knowledgeable staff, good prices. And my golden retriever was sooo fluffy clean and happy afterwards. Recommend!!!!

We have been taking our fur baby's to The Pet Salon for a long time and highly recommend them. First off, they always take their time to make sure that they find out precisely what services you want and how you would like your baby to look. Then, when you pick them up, if they missed anything, they take care of it right away. We love the report cards that they give that let you know how your baby did. They are consistent, loving, professional. On top of all of that, they are compassionate. Recently, we found out that one of our boys had cancer, which was terminal. On our next visit, we told the groomer, so she would know that he may be different. As she made notes in their system, we noticed that she had teared up, which showed to us that she loved him too. When we finally had to send him to the Rainbow Bridge, we called to cancel his next appointment. A few days later, we received a card can gift from the Salon, which brought light to our grief. We cannot give enough stars or thank the groomers and owners of The Pet Salon enough for all they do to help care for our fur babies.

We have been bringing our puppy, Rey to The Pet Salon for about 6 months now and each time we are more pleased!! Rey was extra matted this time because of wearing a cone after being spayed. I really wasn’t sure what to expect, but she looked absolutely amazing!!! You can really tell they care about the animals they take care of. Thank you for taking such good care of our girl!!❤️❤️

Even though I can’t give a review as to their quality of work, my review is on their website which advertises false information and my conversation with the owner about it. I made a first time appointment for grooming and when I confirmed price it was not according to website so I asked for the owner to call me back. When she called me back this morning she said their prices for small dogs are for toy dogs so my dog who is 16 pounds would be considered medium size? She went on to tell me if I wanted to cancel last minute she wouldn’t charge me a “NO SHOW” fee. I was wondering how she could even do this when I was not even an established client and without having my credit card on file? She was very rude and it’s not like they were even overbooked, because I was able to make the appointment last minute. I guess she just didn’t care to obtain another client.

They did such a great job with my 2 malamutes. Recommend this place highly!

We have taken our dogs to the pet salon for 6+years but in the last year the quality of service has significantly went down. The last 5 cuts for our two dogs have never been consistent and have only gotten worse. When we raised concern after a chunk of flesh was taken out of one of our dogs ears, there was no apology or empathy, just a flat "well he was being fussy". Our toy poodle, we always specify how we want him cut and specifically say do not cut him like a Bijon with a big poofy head, they always cut him like a Bijon. Granted, Mike the owner or manager(not sure which) suggested we come back to talk about it and see what they could do to fix the cuts this time. I did not feel he was at all concerned about the issues we have had over the last year. We told him we will not be returning(after being a customer for over 6 years) He simply replied "ok, well I'm not going to argue with a customer". I was trying to give him polite feedback why we declined his offer to come back. For $140 the cuts should be what we want and consistent. Cutting our dogs ear is unacceptable and there was no care about it. He's a dog, he can be fussy, it is their job to treat them well and handle them well. I suggest looking elsewhere.

This is a rebuttal to the negative review by Lauren P. This women has never been to our business. She would be able not identify any of our employees. Her husband Ed Price and son were at our place of business many times over the years without incident, including the day they claimed this incident occurred. Ed’s the type of guy that would let you know there was a problem on the spot, he had no complaints to me or my staff. He picked up his dogs and gave no indication of dissatisfaction with our service. I’ve tried to have Goggle remove this post, talk about bad customer service. I’ve asked Ed to remove this post as it’s defamatory and untrue, he responded that I would have to speak to his lawyer. As for Lauren Prices comments, we have a well organized safety policy and a humane treatment of pets policy and all employees grooming pets have been with us for years. I guess we all have to be vigilant about fake news.

Have been going here for years, but today will be our last visit unfortunately. Pricing keeps going up and the receptionist could not explain to me the itemized pricing. $70 is just a tad too much to get my 5 lb Yorkie groomed. The grooming is never consistent either. Will be looking for somewhere new ASAP. Would like to clarify that service has been declining over the past 3 visits, was never this bad in past years.

I have been taking my dog there for years, they know him by name and are so good to him that I couldn't be happier!!! The staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable I will never take my dog anywhere else!!!

We brought our dog here today to get his nails cut and filed, and they might have trimmed them a tiny bit, but they definitely didn't file them at all. My dog HATES having his nails cut, so I would have understood if they had said they couldn't do it, but they charged us $15 (for basically nothing) and I ended up having to Dremel his nails myself.

My mom brings the dogs here and they always come back fresh, well groomed and having a pleasant scent. Plus the staff here are very nice!

When my elderly uncle passed away, I had planned to bring his dog home with me (out of state). The dog had not been to get groomed before and was in need of a bath and haircut, so I called around to all of the pet salons in the area. No one could take us on such short notice so in desperation, I stopped in the The Pet Salon after finishing up at the Vet clinic across the street. I explained my situation and they told me they could squeeze me in. They were so kind and did an AMAZING job! Our dog got a bath, haircut, tooth brushing…the works. She looked like a new dog when we picked her up. We live in DC and the price would have been 2-3 times the amount The Pet Salon charges. I am making another appointment with them for the works when we are back in Pittsburgh for the holidays!

My husband and I were very pleased with the services. We had been taking our cat there for 2 years before we moved out of town. Our little guy is not a huge fan of other animals and had a previous bad experience at another groomer (he was terrified for a few days). At Pet Salon he was he usual chilled out self. They did a great job keeping his medium length coat clean and trimmed. His nails were always trimmed perfectly. I greatly enjoyed the no pressure environment and would recommend the salon to other cat owners.
