I would be shocked if there was a better place, with better people. The service is beyond what I expected, and everyone I met there was amazing. I can't recommend their boarding services enough, and I'm sure everything else they do is also the best! The whole experience made me comfortable and confident that our pets were being cared for by experts. I am so happy we found them!

I really didn’t want to post this review, but when the person who took my call yesterday insinuated my dog Josie contracted the dreaded KENNEL COUGH somewhere other than their pet hotel, I got very angry. As I told her, my husband and I have not been anywhere with Josie, especially since we are 66 and the virus. She had her vaccine, but had it 10 months ago. As my vet suggested, get a booster six months before your trip. She is sick, quite sick. I am not after some compensation for her stay nor her $300.00:vet bill, but come on, OWN UP to the fact that there is KENNEL COUGH in your kennel.

We boarded our dog here while we went away for couple of days. When I called to book our reservation, the person answered the phone informed me that my dog is due for a fecal exam. I asked if the fecal exam was mandatory for boarding, she replied “no” so I told her to skip the fecal exam for now. She replied OK. We returned from our trip and our dog’s stay was unremarkable and our dog was in good shape. During our pick up, I paid for the services, but was never informed that a fecal exam was done. I just figured that the total costs were just for my dog’s stay AND I declined the fecal exam when I made the reservation. I only found out because I received an email a day later from them informing me that my dog’s fecal exam result was negative. So this place charged me a service that I never authorized and didn’t even inform me upon check out. That’s not OK. I guess I could’ve asked for a cost break down before I paid, but a thorough business would’ve disclosed all of the services rendered and their costs. Lost three stars from me for not being thorough, transparency of services rendered, and conducted a service without authorization. UPDATE: been back here twice in the last year with my dog since my initial disappointed experience with the Pet Hotel. I must say, they have been great since. Due to that fact, I’ve decide to reward them with two more stars! ????

We were very disappointed with our recent experience with this pet hotel and their customer service. Upon picking up our dog the morning of her 11th day stay, we arrived at 7am, as stated when the business opens. When my wife went in to the pick up area there was no one in the reception area. She walked back to where there were two ladies working and asked if she could be helped. They replied that they couldn’t help her and she would have to wait until their receptionist was in and she was running late since it was now after 7am. Another women entered the reception area and my wife asked her if she could check out with her (assuming she was the receptionist) and the women replied she doesn’t work in that area and couldn’t help her. We had two kids in the car waiting and had to be at work. My wife asked for this women to go in the back and get one of the other girls to help her and she was told she couldn’t do that because they were busy. Finally after being told repeatedly nobody could help her and she would just have to wait until their receptionist got there, one the the girls from the back clearly recognized the level of frustration and came up to check my wife out. If a business opens at 7am, we expect to be able to pick our dog up at 7am and not be told we have to wait around until the receptionist decides to get there. Proper protocol should be in place for events such as this and proper customer service should be given instead of everyone saying they can’t help. We had taken our dog to this hotel in the past but stopped after two separate occasions when we called to confirm upcoming reservations and were told we never made them. After that we began going to the Wexford Vet Pet Hotel and have had nothing but exceptional service the times we have boarded with them.

We are very happy with the Bradford Hills Pet Hotel. We are especially happy to know that there is staff there 24 hours a day unlike other kennels in the area who leave at 8 p.m. and do not return until the next morning. We were on vacation June 30 to July 9 and were very happy with the care that our dog Teddy received. He has a medical condition and we were able to enjoy our vacation and not worry because we knew that someone was there if needed. I highly recommend this hotel for boarding and their daycare service.

They were great with my cat and were able to get him in the day after I called. They didn't push me into any tests/treatments that weren't necessary. This is a great place to take your pets!

Fantastic service. We left our collie here while we on vacation. When we picked him up he was just as happy and healthy as when we dropped him offer. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

We have used Bradford Hills for both Veterinary Services and Pet Hotel/Boarding and they have been very professional and compassionate.

I have been meaning to write this for a while....I was going to board my 2 cats there in May 2016 because my oldest cat, Max was dx with Kidney Disease. He unfortunately passed away prior to our stay. I did take my other cat Sansa there. Although she was not a fan mainly because she was away from home, I loved the care she got there. In the future I will definitely be boarding her and her new brother Boo- Berry there in the future. The Staff even took the time to write a card for Max which was very thoughtful, kind, and considerate of them.

Today, I picked up my dog Finn, (White Siberian Husky) from this fantastic facility. The staff was so welcoming and complementary of Finn - it just made me feel wonderful (Just like when you get a good report from your child's teacher or doctor!) The hotel was clean, organized and affordable! When I greeted Finn for pickup ~ I knew he was well taken care of - he was smiling! :) I sure wish he could talk because I know he would be singing the praises of this facility. He did give two paws up! We will be back!
