Worst experience ever. Drove an hour and half away to adopt a dog. They quoted a price of 6 thousand for it. Staff very rude. Than the employee takes the pup off me and says someone online put a security deposit on it AFTER I filled out the credit application.

The dogs themselves are WAY overpriced. A few breeds I looked at went thousands of dollars above regular price outside of the store. These rest of the stuff is not bad, a pretty good selection of pet food, collars and toys. But there's absolutely no excuse to price dogs 3 times the usual price. Not even with those pure bred papers, shots and etc.

We had such a wonderful experience with Tarelle at Petland Robinson!! She was so helpful and informative! We can’t wait to get home and play with our new puppy!

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING DOG FROM HERE. Initially, our experience was great. Everyone was extremely friendly and excited for us to get a new puppy. EXCEPT FOR THE GENERAL MANAGER who treated an employee very poorly in front of us for making a minor mistake when doing our paperwork that was an easy fix and we were not upset at all. We were more upset and put off by his reaction to it. Unfortunately, we did not get his name. I had written this review originally because we were told we would get a discount if we wrote a google review, which was fine. Original review: “Tarelle helped us find the perfect puppy. Was extremely helpful, answered all of our questions, was not pushy whatsoever and made our experience pleasant. Thank you Tarelle!” Tarelle came in on her day off to help us purchase our puppy which was very kind. We were told from the BEGINNING that our puppy was a hybrid OriPei (Chinese SharPei and Pug mix). We were given the breeder information and all the paperwork the day we purchased our puppy. We thought nothing of it and trusted we were provided truthful information. Along with this paperwork, our puppy’s vaccinations were provided. We were told she was treated for kennel cough but was not showing signs and was overall healthy. We have two other dogs and did not think she would be contagious as we were told she was not. A week goes by, our one dog becomes horribly sick with kennel cough. We immediately take both dogs to the vet to be treated. Our one dogs recovery was successful and he is doing much better, our other dog unfortunately will have to undergo surgery as he is not responding well to treatments. We understand completely that this could happen at any time! Dogs get kennel cough, we get that. But what we don’t appreciate is being completely blindsided for a sale. As I stated earlier in this post, we were told from the beginning that our puppy was an OriPei. We took her to the vet as soon as we got her and had dna blood testing done. Our puppy’s dna results showed she was 75% Chinese SharPei, 12.5% Alaskan Malamute, and 12.5% American Staffordshire Terrier. So we were pretty surprised at these results EXPECTING there to be pug in her. We are not too sure if anyone else has falsely been given breed information. But when you’re spending $$$$$$$$$ on a puppy, you expect to get what you paid for. We feel very lied to and do not recommend anyone buy a puppy from here. Although, I see by the reviews that others have had wonderful experiences, I wanted to share our story as a warning. We understand the responsibilities of having pets and were fully prepared to take on whatever was thrown at us, but we did not expect this. Thank you for taking the time to read this review, and I hope, if you choose to purchase a puppy from here, you strongly reconsider.

Lots of cute lovable pets

They charge way too much for puppies. It is a shame given it might prevent dogs from going to a good home resulting in them staying locked up for weeks on end. Those weeks can result in illness or death

Dylan is sending my grandfather home with a silky terrier and he couldn’t be more excited. It was super quick and easy. We also got out of there quickly. Highly recommend them!

Had a great experience working with Maltese at Petland! He was super helpful as we went through the process of playing with a few dogs. We are happy to bring our new puppy home!

Amazing staff wonderful experience! Dylan was very helpful. He sent us home with an Australian Cattle Dog. He made sure we got the financing and all the items we needed for our new puppy! Buddy will be a great addition! Thank you so much Dylan!

For the 2nd time we go to get a dog and only to be told that we were approved and sit for 2hours and get our hopes up to tell us that they were sorry but we weren't approved. Very unprofessional and don't get your Hope's only to have your kids disappointed

I went here wanting a German Shepard. Dylan recommended a Malkita. I love the dog. Fully recommended asking for Dylan. Thanks to him fully for everything. He explained so much and was very gentleman like with us.

I drove over an hour to see a puppy. They are from breeders but rip you off tremendously! When I called they told me I had to come in to meet the puppy before discussing prices. They wanted $6,050(thats not even including tax) for a dachshund puppy. There are show dogs of this breed that are sold for $2,200. I will never even consider Petland again for any animal. I've gotten ripped off with my Red Foot Cherry Head Tortoise too that they sold me!! They lied and said he was rare and that's why he cost so much! NEVER AGAIN!!

Prices are very high to buy a pet here, more than what the actual breeder will charge you.

Dylan was awesome! Explained everything, kept it in like with our last time here, and was super fast and sent me home with a Yorkie today!

Thanks to Dylan, we love our Shorkie puppy, able to finance and get in and out super easily!.

The head guy in charge was really not nice. Like at all.

This place is beyond horrible! The staff treat their animals so poorly. Literally witnessed 2 puppies fighting and the one co worker open the cage to SMACK the dog super hard to the point it yelped and fell backwards and then she slammed the cage shut. NOT OKAY.

Amazing care and service! Dylan sent me home with a Havapoo and made sure I had plenty of information and resources for my new forever friend. We discussed food, treats, toys, and other care items as well which made me feel so comfortable with the whole process.

Dylan is sending us home wi tonight the most amazing husky puppy! These guys are great, and will definitely be coming back!

Dylan was very helpful and knowledgeable about all breeds. He helped me find my pups new little brother! We found a tiny corgi that will blend in perfectly with the rest of the family!

Employees were rude on the phone and refused to give the price of there dogs. I asked for a manager to call me back, which they never did. I asked for the owner and was hung up on. Do not trust this store or it’s employees.

My friend and I went to Petland to both get puppies! Dylan was awesome and is so knowledgeable l! He helped us both with our dogs I came home with a beautiful German Shepherd! I would go see him for any supplies I need.
